I had asked for honey and cinnamon and received neither. The smoothie was fine but for $17 these items were subpar. Maybe they forgot about my order because a person walked in and ordered food and received his order before I received mine. I'm not sure but there was a guy unloading items into a cooler who seemed like management and there was no acknowledgement of my long wait.

I ordered the Bora Bora smoothie to start (around $7) and ordered the turkey and brie cheese sandwich (around $10). The smoothie was made quickly with fresh fruit and the sandwich is a huge portion and came up quick with fresh bread and all fresh produce, the sandwich was truly amazing! After 45 minutes, with no customers inside and nothing going on, I asked if my order was ready and was told no. I canceled the order and left. Two seconds later, I got a text saying it was ready. At that point, it's pretty clear the issue isn't just slow service, it's a lack of attention and basic organization. This isn't the first time I've seen orders get missed while staff focuses on other things. For $20, this level of service and lack of awareness is unacceptable. I won't be back.
