Vice City smoke is the best smoke around. Hands Down! I Promise you Other stores out here don't have the variety of items that vice city Carrie's. From wraps to papers they literally have it all. Backwoods, Swishas, Loose Leaf, Grabba, Pearls, Dutches, every tobacco leaf product you can think of, they got it all. Even the limited edition stuff and new flavors. If you vape, vice city has you covered. Every possible vape brand and flavor you can think of...... yes, they got it! Two of my favorite and top reasons why I say this smoke is the best is one, obviously the hospitality and customer treatment when walk into the store and second the overly large variety of foreign munchies and beverages. They top anyone there smoke shop I've stepped into. Just with the potato chip and candy selection alone , they definitely are up to par with they're stuff. And not mention all the cool stuff they sell besides tabaco products and munchies. Almost forgot to mention, they even sell Pokémon cards and condoms not that the two have anything in common but it's definitely worth playing it safe when choosing a good smoke shop that won't let you down. Being that this place is right around the corner from home, I really wanted to like this place. They have a large variety of selection and international snacks. But what sealed the deal for me was the obnoxious, arrogant, short man syndrome coming from the miserable cashier behind the counter. I asked basic questions such as pricing or flavors and dealt with rude condescending answers. Still tried to make the best of the experience and decided to buy some $30 for some international Kit Kats and Oreos... It's a 1 and done with this place for me; too many smoke shops in Miami to support instead of this place ever again. Get rid of the assholes running the place n then maybe the overpriced products would be worth it. Definitely makes me question where all these other reviewers are coming from. read more

I knew it! I knew these guys were selling fake Puff Bars! The Pina Colada packaging looked different and funny and they actually had the audacity to lie to me and say that Puff Bars changed their packaging. I contacted Puff Bars directly about this to confirm what the people at Vice City said and Puff Bars told me they have NOT changed the packaging but in fact discontinued the Pina Colada flavor! I just want to say out of every smoke shop I've ever been, this one really has everything you can ever need. I mean from the selection of vapes, to wraps and trays, to even exotic snacks and drinks that you can't find anywhere else. The staff is always so so chill. They have street parking right outside of it as well. The location is too convenient for me, and the fact that they're always stocked on absolutely everything is a plus. I do wish the prices were a bit lower, not sure if because downtown and what not, but sometimes vapes are better bought elsewhere price wise, other than that, this is the spot to come to. If they would change that, I'm sure it would attract more regulars. 10/10 read more

I've always received such good customer service from this place. But today I was not greeted at all. There was a different guy there. He has no customer service skills. I asked him a question and he had a bad attitude. I made a purchase. Then I watched him greet the next customers and actually smile with them. I guess he didn't like my brown skin. I wish there was a way to just post his picture so that people can see this rude employee. Can't say enough about this shop. Employees are knowledgable and professional. I needed help locating the best CBD oils for my parents for different needs. I left feeling like I had learned so much and felt great being able to take an informed decision. Prices are in line with other smoke shops around, but selection is above and beyond others.
