Yummy biscuits The solo hen is my favorite---it's just a biscuit with a piece of fried chicken breast. I love going to the butter and jam bar they have in the restaurant. I love their homemade honey butter and their strawberry jam. It goes so well with the warm buttery biscuit. Also, their iced coffee is very good. This location is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time. Walked in just before 8am, pulled directly in front and there was someone standing at the counter not doing a thing. As I was getting out of my car, employee went to the back and never came to the front. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and walked out. There was not a single customer inside and I can see why. Totally over hyped. The biscuit was huge and gluey, with no taste. I question whether it was fully cooked. The scrambled eggs and potatoes ordered as sides were cold and definitely not cooked to order. They tasted as if to be served from a pan sitting under a heat warmer all morning. The biscuit and sausage gravy needed salt and pepper; too sweet for my taste as it's a maple sausage white gravy. My partner tried blueberry jam...it had an unidentifiable spice to it and not natural tasting at all. The bourbon maple butter tasted only like a mouthful of cinnamon. I gave it 2 stars strictly because it was clean and the staff was friendly. We'll give it one more chance and decide if it's a keeper. Otherwise, this will go down as just another spot in ILM that isn't worth your time. We were so excited based off various reviews, so this was a major let down. read more

I think this place is overrated. I've been there a couple of times and the food was ok, but not sensational. The service was great, and unlike many other brunch spots, they serve cappuccino which is a big plus. The food though was disappointing. I had the Benedict: the egg was undercooked to the point that the egg white was runny and slimy which grossed me out. The ham they chose to use was not very good. The hollandaise sauce was way too much. I liked the biscuit after I excavated it from under the eggs, ham, and sauce I didn't eat. If I go back remind me to choose something else, ok? read more
