Hit the spot having some comforting munchies- crochettas"s and pastries that were delivered by Uber eats! I do share of course... every can enjoy the yummy treats! ( besides I can't steal all the calories for myself...lol) In the past I've tried their cafe con leche and let's just it was on point! ( I like my coffee sweet... so it was just perfect) They have different pastries, tostadas, cafesito, breakfast options, a sandwich selection, shakes, (batidos) small & family size deserts, special occasion cakes, Cuban bread, some Spanish dish options. Great for party catering that won't break the budget! I actually can't wait to visit the new Location that recently opened in Key Largo! While the Miami Lakes location is a bit small. It has a few tables. But the clients normally pick up and go! But I Heard the Key Largo location has a pretty good vibe with Latin music and spacious sitting area. read more

so my review was deleted by this specific store because I wrote about how Berta was very rude and disrespectful to me when I entered the store. She didn't want to take my order when I was waiting for 20 minutes to get called. when i was in line they called my ticket number a lady cut infront of me I waited patiently until she was done with her order and showed Berta my ticket and she kept refusing to take my order because the lady that cut me was two number ahead from me and she decided to say my number has been called when not even a second passed by thankfully to the customers around me were there to defend me and say that I was next and got cut in line. Berta was still being rude telling me I had to get another ticket and wait all over again. Mind you not even a second passed when my number was called. Luckily another young man spoke to her and told her it's unfair for her to be treating me like that. When I was clearly next and was cut in line. She finally gave in and with attitude she took my order as I waited for my order to be ready another lady don't know her name she was young with dark hair sarcastically started screaming the numbers slowly and saying don't cut in line with a grin in her face staring at me. You can never go wrong with Vicky in when you're in the 305. Miami is known for our Vicky Bakery. The ham croquettas are delicious and pan de bono or the tostadas are really good(I personally recommend asking for light butter). The cafe con leche is delicious and the store itself is nice and homely. read more

Stopped by this Vicky Bakery last Saturday after my annual eye doctor appointment. Found in a shopping center, parking is ample but difficult to find during prime hours. Given that we were there around 10 AM, yep - that qualifies as prime hours for a bakery. Standard bakery with plenty of sweets and a ticketing system. Staff is welcoming and ordering is a breeze. I do have to say, however, that given others of this chain, options are limited. They don't have oven-baked empanadas except for cheese ones. That was my understanding anyway. Apparently, one lady had no idea what I was talking about and another did and said that this particular Vicky Bakery tends to fry empanadas. At any rate, my fried empanadas were tasty. Ditto with the croqueta and the café con leche. Food is no problem, staff isn't either, but the lack of options and the cramped feeling I had at this location is, hence why this Vicky Bakery gets three stars from me. read more

It's one of my favorite places to go on the weekends. There is nothing more cathartic and relaxing than eating a box of pastelitos and a cafe con Leche from Vicky bakery on a Saturday morning. The staff is super friendly. You are always greeted with a smile, and it's fast and efficient. The prices are affordable and it's always very clean. I highly recommend the ham and cheese croissant and the cheese pastelitos with a colada. If you are in a hurry. This Vicky Bakery is actually in a good area, right in between Miami Lakes and Hialeah. Upon arrival, parking was a total chaos. Several other businesses are in the same plaza so parking gets hectic. It took my wife and I sometime to find a parking spot. At any event, we entered the place, we grabbed a number and had several people waiting. It looks overcrowded since the place its narrow. The lady that attended us was somewhat nice, but I sensed she had a bit of frustration on her which I could understand. We ordered beef pastelitos, guava pastelitos, which tasted not fresh at all. I ordered a natural squeezed orange juice, and it taste like water. Wife ordered a pan con bistec, but for the first time ever, she didn't finished it, she told me it tasted not fresh. And i ordered a media noche, which also tasted not good, low quality ham and cheese. The only good item was the pan cubano. This location needs to step up. This is by far my favorite bakery. I've been coming here for the past ten + years. The ladies are always super welcoming and nice. I love all their desserts and pastries. The cafe con leche , the orange juice everything is always so delicious. I now live close by so I go walking some morning and pick up a few delights during the weekends. I just went this morning and saw that they are asking to be nominated in the "Sweetest bakery of America contest" I went on the website but didn't find them so I sent an email to place them on the nominees. Hopefully they do get place on the selection so I can vote for them. On any given day you might have a bit of wait to be attended but the reason for this is because everything here is worth waiting in line for. The best Cuban pasties I've ever had! I've tasted many from different bakeries over the years but none come close to these right here. I love how sweetly consistent their glaze is saturated throughout their pastelitos and how soft they are with a little carmalized crunch that melts in your mouth. Got food poisoning from their Pan Con Bistec day before yesterday. Been sick for two days. My 82 year old mother complained to to an employee since she was the one who bought them. The manager called her back and was very rude, impatient and belligerent. He even hung up on her. He refused to refund the money or at the very least offer an exchange. He didn't even ask how I was. Warm, fresh, perfect combo of crunchy and creamy on the inside. It's amazing!!! They have everything when it comes to croquettas and pastelitos (guava, cheese, mixed etc), in all sizes and as many as you may need. They have good pastelitos and their coffee is usually really good but today I ordered a cafe con leche and it was abnormally light- I didn't check it until I was home and ready to drink it but there is almost no coffee in the milk! It moved so slow I almost gave up to go somewhere else but I was so hungry I convinced myself to stay since I had already invested time in the line.
