Don't come here, I got a pedicure and it was not worth $40 he took like 20mins to do it and didn't really clean my nails. Two weeks later my toenail started hurting alot and today my other toe hurts. So I recently moved to Hemet and was in desperate need of a pedicure because I hadn't had one since I moved here mid October; (I was scratching my husband at night) I am a Yelper and came across Vicky's Nails. I came across a negative review that was 16 days old that said if you are a "Black person" you should not go to Vicky's Nails but there was no clear reason why. The owners response to that Yelp is the actual reason I gave them a try and I am glad I did. The service and quality were 10/10. I got a pedicure and my 5 year old daughter got her nails and toes painted. Danny was so friendly and kind and made us feel very welcome. I haven't had a pedicure this good in YEARS. The prices are reasonable and service was far above average. The place was spotless and kid friendly. I highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great experience while getting serviced. I will be bringing my 13 year old daughter back on Wednesday and will be seeing Danny every three weeks moving forward. I am very picky about my self-care and although I relocated in mid October I travel to Rialto still to get my nails and eyebrows done. I am thankful I don't have to do that for my pedicures. They have definitely earned a new customer and I left a $10.00 tip. Not sure what that other person recently experienced but my daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our services! I got the spa pedicure: they did not use any sea salt or do the hot towel thing, my foot was soaked in just hot water. The man did my pedicure- i had to ask Vicky to cut down my left big toe nail as the man did not so it looked uneven from the right big toe. I had to ask for them to polish my entire nail as half the nails on one foot were not completely polished. Then I had to ask them to clean off the polish around the finger nails. The man was very upset, looked like he was shaking as he was cleaning around my nails. He told me in an aggressive manner to check everything before I leave- I told him I would and that he doesn't need to get aggravated with me because I am fixing his mistake. I'm not sure how this salon has such good reviews. My experience was not good. read more

I have to say that this was the worse place I have ever been to. I had an older lady with medium length hair. She did my pedicure and there was a younger guy who did my nail both were horrible. I think the lady actually nodded off when she was painting my toes. Because When she got to my big toe she was painting in a circle and then down my actual toe on the skin. My nails literally started lifting 3 days later. I ended up having to get a new pedicure and had to have the nails taken off and redone at my normal spot in San Diego. They were shocked how bad my nails and toes looked. The gel on my toes had 3 bubbles on my big toe and they were very rough. I actually checked the reviews before I called this salon as I live in San Diego all of the reviews were great. Don't always trust what people write. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Just moved to the area and needed a specific type of product for my manicure. Called after seeing the glowing reviews and set the appt. They called me before my appt time and let me know that I should come a bit later if possible and still made time for a lovely pedicure. It was a nice couple of hours with really nice people. Don't let the area scare you. They seriously walk you to your car! It's immaculate inside and feels great even on a hot day like today, it was comfortable. I hate to give bad reviews but, I don't know about this nail salon. First time customer- owner I think is by himself no workers, let's just say my pedicure was not great- another person came in while getting my pedi done and he took her in rushing my pedicure, let's just say it was definitely rushed and not completed properly...he was so rough for the callus removal and didn't take care of ingrown nail as requested, the paint on my toes is not even even it literally sits outside my toe. I'm just not sure, what the situation is at this place but, wish them the best and hopefully they get some people and make it more of actual nail salon read more

Today me and my sister went to Vicky's nails thinking it would be a normal nail salon, but we were wrong it was above average amazing! Vicky's nails are owned by a husband wife duo that paint and customize your nails until you like it. Me and my sister got matching full sets of acrylic nails. They did amazing! They are so kind and thoughtful, when we first walked in they gave us a bottle of water without us asking. There prices aren't bad at all 45$ for a full set (I got the same nails done at Milano nail spa and it was 75$, I paid 60$, 5 for tip and 55$ because of the design I wanted). They could do powder or polish and the nails look amazing. Powder and polish cost the same. Usually when I get my nails done I get cut and they try to play it off, but I didn't get cut and she didn't hurt me at all, same for my sister. My full set of nails took around 35 - 40 minutes which isn't too long. Vicky is the only one that does full sets so if you have multiple people going to get some done you better be prepared to wait. (They are looking for nail techs so if you are one hit them up). Over all my nails look and feel amazing and I couldn't be any happier. (It is appointment only so make one if your gonna go). I also know on Apple Maps it shows it's at a weird place, but it's not. On google maps it shows the right place. read more

I needed to find a salon for pedicure service & stumbled across these reviews, so it sparked my curiosity. Here's my story: on Saturday, I called, hoping to come in, & spoke to Brandon (about 11am), he informed me the earliest availability was at 2pm, which I couldn't make. He was polite & apologetic, but I completely understood scheduling, so no biggy. I asked if they were open on Sundays, he said they are closed but he wanted to confirm - i didn't expect what came next - I heard another male voice in the background and I was asked if I could come in Sunday morning. I assumed that there may be other customers coming in as well so I accepted, come to find out, it was just me. To me, that's a big deal. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Vicky, like the viewers mentioned, but Danny was the next best thing. Danny was so friendly and easy to talk to. Needless to say, I highly recommend this salon for your mani/pedi needs. However, it is best to make an appt ahead of time as they do get very busy.
