Wow...I can't say enough about how amazing Vic and his team was for supporting our transportation needs. We attended Cheersport at the convention center with a bunch of teenage girls and their moms. We used Vic and his team for travel to and from the center. Vic was AMAZING with the girls, getting them all pumped for their performance with a great playlist, awesome lights in the van, and even Karaoke. When the girls won, he was their biggest fan. In addition to the big bus, we also had additional drivers in vans who were equally friendly and engaging. Hands down, his team made this a special weekend for the girls and their moms! Took the shuttle to the braves game. $5 per person, not a bad rate. Called for a return ride, $15 per person. The kicker is you can buy a round trip ticket for a lower rate. Found out they were 3 times more expensive than the other shuttles. What a rip off read more

Vic seems very nice on the phone when you call. But he does not offer information that you should know. I went to an Atlanta Braves game and spent $40 for parking which offered a free shuttle service to the stadium. I was grateful for this and as I got off the shuttle I asked if they picked us back up. At that point I was handed a business card pictured here and was told to call this number and they would pick us up. As the game ended we went to the Shuttle pick up line and called the number. I spoke directly with Vic who said that they are running all night and after asking he gave me the description of both vans they had running. After 20 minutes of waiting we called again and he said he was around the corner and would be there shortly. He arrived as promised then asked to see wrist bands. I knew nothing about wrist bands and he said that those were for some other customers but he could take us for $15 a person. When I asked why he told me that the parking company just hands out his cards and they're supposed to tell me that he charges. They did not. I explained to him that when I called he should have told me that instead of wasting 25 minutes of my time to find out that I was going to have to pay $60 to be driven less than a mile. Instead of trying to help he just proceeded to interrupt everything I said and told me that the parking company should have told me and that he had not responsibility to tell me of his charge. He probably sat outside the bus going back and forth with at least 3 groups of people in the same boat while his other customers with the wrist bands sat on the shuttle waiting for him. We ended up walking back to the car which I would have done 25 minutes earlier had he asked me if I had a wrist band on the phone and told me of the charge. Now I will say that the parking company has some responsibility here too but just the way Vic reacted to the groups that were not informed is enough for me to never recommend his service. And no, I did not use his service. And I never will! Because he obviously doesn't know how to deal with people, especially when he is trying to earn their business! read more

Impromptu shuttle ride from our hotel to SunTrust Park. There were 3 of us and we each paid $5. My friend is in a wheelchair. Vic was kind and courteous, and very helpful to my friend with his chair. It had to be disassembled and re-assembled, which Vic happily helped to do - twice. He carried pleasant conversation and our fee only changed on the way back to our hotel because we paid with card vs cash the first time. A $2 processing fee for the card. No biggie. Long story short, I am a front desk concierge at an apartment building downtown, and a man came in looking to get to one of our other locations. It was very early in the morning (about 4:30am) and no other taxi/transport services were answering or dispatching vehicles to our location.
