They have been great at every step, and when the E-bike starting giving me issues they were very helpful with the warranty repairs, even helping me ship the bike back to the manufacturer. Eventually manufacturer gave me a current model bike, and I've had 0 issues. I love having a local shop I can ride to to get service, ask questions, and buy supplies. He also offers me a test ride on a Trek Dual Sport 2+. After taking the bike out for a ride in the large parking lot behind the store, I'm convinced I've found the right bike for me! I return two weeks later and finalize the sale with Adam. He is very helpful in placing the order for my new Trek, and after it arrives, he assists with seat adjustments and accessories. I am so grateful to the employees at bicycle central! I got a flat tire on my TurboAnt electric scooter and when I tell you it was the most frustrating and difficult experience trying to fix it. I called and they took me immediately, they had my size inner tube and they had it all put together in 24 hours ! I made it a point to sign into Yelp to write about my great shopping and learning experience with Bicycle Central today. I walked in looking to get an Ebike and had a great session with Adam. Adam greeted me and answered all my dumb questions about Ebikes. He was honest about what he likes and what he doesn't like and recommended some bikes for my size. We test rode some bikes in the back of the shop in the nice parking lot and had a lot of fun. It was like riding a bike at 14 years old again. I also like to take photos as a hobby and Adam recommended the best camera bag that'll fit on the bike. They installed and added those accessories and bike rack at no charge for me. Left the shop an hour later with a brand new bike I got to test and feel. Highly recommend coming here to get your questions answered. Thank you Adam- will definitely come again for future purchases. Cost a lot for services, I thought this place was my to go place for my biking needs until I met an employee named Scott he's rude and acts like he owns the place. Also another employee mentioned to me that it wasn't worth fixing my bike since it was an entry level hardtail Mtb. Isn't this hobby meant to improve your skills and to do upgrades on your bike no matter if it's an $800 or $4000 bike? Employee also said to take my bike to another bike shop what solution for a long time customer, thanks for taking my hard earned money. Now I finally found another bike shop that treats you like family and this bike shop I found gets your bike done the same day and has better prices when it comes to repairs sometime you can wait, but Glendora Central takes up to 2 days just to fix a flat! Scott if you read this please change your attitude and the manager needs to acknowledge his customers even the ones that keeps on coming back. Great service at a good price! I came here to get a moutain bike packed for shipping, and got it done at a great price in one day. I had called several bike shops I'm the area, and all wanted 75+ dollars just to pack my bike. They guys here did it for $50, and got it done ahead of when promised, and left it open for me to inspect before sealing it up. We went to this place to get some bike accessories and When we first walked up, one of the employees was rolling a bike from the parking lot to inside and we said hello to him and he just looked straight at us and kept on rolling. No acknowledgement. No we were a bit turned off. But once we got inside, the guy behind the counter was very cheerful and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose the correct accessories for our needs. He saved the rating and is the reason for the 4 stars. Quarantine/isolation got me stir crazy so started my hunt for a bike. Probably haven't bought a bike in I don't know how long so had no clue where to start. Finally got a family member stear me in the right direction, but now the issue there are hardly any bikes out there that is reasonable price for someone who is a novist biker. I finally found Trek offering a decent priced bike, but then it was the hunt to find it. I called over 5 places and everyone was out of the size i needed. Finally found Bicycle Central i emailed them and they stated to call when they opened to verify. I immediately called when they opened and BAM they have it, but unfortunately i am was not able to get there immediately, but they let me put a deposit till i was able to make it.... I finally got there the next day and Andy got me at the door and was extremely friendly and sweet talked me through it all. And made sure i was comfortable with everything. She helped me accessorise with a water cage and helmet, they got me sized on the bike and even help me load it in my small hybrid . How can I explain this one! Adam, the manager helped us. We went in there with two old bikes that were given to us and we wanted to see what was needed on them. New chain, new seat, new brakes or tires. We went in to get an estimate from Adam but meanwhile window shopping. Adam told us everything we needed for one of our OLD bikes and hadn't even started to tell us about the second one. Had him tell us about the one new and shiny bike we were eyeing. Price was higher then we thought it would be but it was VERY nice! So we talked and talked and then saw another one, almost double the cost of the first one. And that was love at first sight! Adam helped us learn about it and upgrade our sit and get some goodies for it. He helped us load the bike and everything. I had to wait to tell mine came in the color I wanted but I was 100% okay with it. After spending the price we did. It has been over 3 weeks now that we own them and we love it! While on a bike ride, my husband's bike tire blew out but luckily we were able to walk it to Bicycle Central for repairs. As a lot of their inventory is low, we were lucky there was a bike tire and inner tube available. Because they noticed the bike was our only mode of transportation, they fixed it right away! Prior to going inside you have to wait outside for about half an hour to limit capacity. Overall it was great service at affordable prices. Highly recommend this place for your bike needs! read more

I have been here twice in the past year for repairs. The first was a rear hub that went bad while I was out riding; the second, just yesterday, was for a left shifter that wouldn't shift into the big ring. Both repairs were done promptly and at a fair price, with attention to details such as putting the left grip back in the same position as before the repair. I've been to quite a few bike shops in my 50 years of riding, but right now this my shop of choice for getting work done. Wow does this place over charge! They charged me $60.00 for a flat repair. $20 for the tube "ok" not a problem. Wow $40.00 in labor to change a flat? I also asked them to adjust my breaks and i left with a $165.00 quote? i just needed some adjustments. They tried to sell me brand new pads all the way around the bike and charge me $80.00 in labor to change them.. Hey, I just wanted my breaks tightened! Don't bring your e-bike there! The only thing i can say is at least they give you a quote. Never going back! Ordered a flat repair kit from Amazon for $10.00. They have lost my business for life! Good luck.. read more
