They kept our boat for over a year with little to no progress made on the original issue. We were told we needed a new battery panel and ended up having to buy a completely new battery -- only for the boat to break down and leave us stranded on the lake the very first time we took it out. When we brought it back, the "new" service manager left me a voicemail with a terrible attitude, insisting the problem was the battery and not anything they had done. We were basically told to come pick up the boat and not bring it back. Well, we replaced the battery... and guess what? The boat still won't start. Since then, I've heard multiple complaints from others about this business, and if I had known then what I know now, I never would have trusted them with our boat. They clearly do not care about their customers, communication, or the quality of their work. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Scott came out to diagnose the boat within 3-4 days. He found the problem (bad starter relay) and fixed it straight away. We appreciate the fast/right fix as I had plans to go out on the boat that weekend with my daughter. By fixing it quick I got the quality time with my daughter.

Promised it would be parked inside so I did not bring the cover. When I drove out to their place to see what was taking so long my boat was parked outside during the spring rains. I took the boat to diagnose why the warning buzzer was going off. They finally called and said the carbs needed rebuilt because they were leaking. Cost 750 dollars , they also claimed the buzzer never went off after a lake test. When I took the boat out it behaved exactly the same as before I took it to these guys. When I called they said they would be glad to work on it but would cost more money. I took my boat to a better qualified mechanic and they fixed the problem , said there had been no recent work done on the carbs. No new seals etc... Don't use the people.
