We bought a new to us boat last year and we wanted to get the motors checked out before taking it…read moreout on the ocean. I called and made an appointment for about 4 weeks out. No problem. Appointment comes and I take the boat in and drop it off with a list of my concerns. He lets me know the tech came back from a conference and was out sick that day. Ok, no problem. After a week I call back and tech hadn't had a chance to look at the motors yet. Following week, call back again, still haven't looked at the boat. They had our boat for over 6 weeks without doing a thing and very poor communication. Found another boat shop to look at them within a week. Called back to let them know not to start and I was coming to pick up my boat. He said he would have someone look at it by the end of the week and I declined his offer. Fast forward 3 months, We were in West Marine looking for a part. They didn't have it but recommended going to the Outboard Center. My first thought was absolutely not! Work brought my boyfriend down the street from the Outboard Center a few hours later and he decided to swing in. Christina was AMAZING!! He explained our previous issues and she apologized and explained changes have been made to better serve her customers. She was able to order the parts and get us scheduled to have the part fixed in our very tight time frame. We picked up the part, installed it, and it was leaking. Called her up and she immediately called the manufacture. She didn't have the individual part but had a whole rebuild kit she was able to take apart to get the part we needed. She made an appointment to bring the boat in the next morning for Colton to get the part replaced. HE had it done by noon and got us back on the road to our vacation. Everything was covered under the manufacture warranty. They have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of our questions. I am so glad we gave them another chance, they have gone above and beyond for us. I will be sending anyone I know that way.

Even after buying a new motor from them, they never follow through with what they say they're going to do like call you back with information you need after repeated requests. And this has been from the (new) owner down to the employees. None of them follow through with what they say their going to do without repeated call backs. Regret my purchase and wish I would have used another dealer. Now I dread the thought of having a warranty issue. Hope the motor doesn't have any trouble. Signing up under my Dad's account because I don't want to be uncomfortable if I have to go back in there.

I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. I Called the shop and asked how much to get a muffler welded onto my Engine [estimate 45.00 + shop…read morelabor] Then when I brought my **Bicycle** into the shop to have them Weld on a YZ80 muffler onto a Header to be mounted on the 2 stroke motor. The estimate went up to $120.00 *Including shop labor*. But His welder was out sick, So they had someone else work on it. It sat at their shop for 2 weeks waiting on the welder to get better. by the time the 3rd week rolled around Monday morning I was on the phone and the gentleman on the other end of the phone said he had another mechanic that new how to weld. Would I be all right with him doing the work, I said yes. 3 days later I was told I could pick it up. The Mechanic that worked on my Ride, He's such a Idiot! The welds are blobs and balls & pitted. Worst welding I have ever seen from a Newbie Welder! I had spent 20+ hours getting that Muffler to a Mirror finish and 3 separate coats of High Temp Gloss Black Baked in the oven at 300 degrees for 2 hours and wet sanded after each time before the next coat. It looked like a Black Mirror I loved it! The Welder decided on his own to re-paint my Muffler to it's original flat black using HTP and charged me 2x times the price of A can of High Temp Paint. The Mechanic was using the paint to cover up his poor job of welding. On top of this I was charged 157.29 for him to weld my Muffler & Paint my Muffler. Yes I took a Bicycle to a Motorcycle Mechanic to get a Motorcycle Muffler welded onto a 2 stroke motor for me. I've got over $2,000.00 into this ride. I was shocked at what he did to my ride and the price I was charged, I'll never send anyone to them.

Call mobile RV repair tech who suggested I call Redding Trailer Rental. Got towed here, and Steve and his crew got to work right away and had the bearing replaced and a new drum fitted in under 2 hours. I was about to head out and noticed a frayed 7-pin electrical cable, which they were able to replace in no time also. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Very reasonable price for work done. Friendly, fast efficient service.

I asked if $179 would go towards the $2000 -$3000 of work that would end up needing to have to be done. And she said no, had they applied this I would've had them do the work, but since they are unwilling to do that, I will go elsewhere.
