I came in to purchase a part for my truck. I had to call my brother who owns a reputable auto shop in town when I forgot the name of the part. The employee who assisted me was smug, degrading, and talked down to me. He also went out of his way to tell me I was wrong when speaking to my brother. Three holes drilled through my 2017 Tacoma headliner after ditch mount install for a roof rack. I realize mistakes are made, but I had to discover this a few months after the job was done. I still don't understand why as a business you wouldn't tell the customer immediately and try to fix it. Long story short, Totally trucks finally decided to hand the fix over to Lithia. It's clear the owner of this business feels most his customers are ignorant and inconveniencing . Do your homework and maybe drive elsewhere for honest work and decent customer service. Really upset with the service form these guys . Took my truck in after a lift I had installed on my own . Wheel hub was bad and they needed to replace ( keep in mind I had just had it aligned after installing lift and it was perfect before leaving it with them). They said I would need a new alignment obviously, and new brakes and rotors , thought it was weird considering I just replaced brakes and rotors recently , but I do drive a lot and figured it was worth it . Not even 6 months later . My rotors are so bad I can barely come to a complete stop without my truck shaking and bouncing around, and my truck is pulling so hard right that it got dangerous , along with my tires wearing very weirdly . The alignment was way off , and honestly I believe they charged for me new brakes and rotors and did not actually install , or just resurfaced my old ones . Over all very upset and very frustrated that I'm now paying for all those things over again not even 6 months later . Would not recommend this place to my enemy . I've heard other horror stories as well but decided to give them a chance any way because they are one of the few 4x4 shops in town . NEVER AGAIN unless you know someone there and can trust them , I WOULD NOT bring my vehicle there . Definitely not taking my truck there EVER again. Point a tires I would recommend highly . The only reason they are getting 1 star is because of the good service when I made my order. Will did a great job! The follow through with installation isn't as good. My lift kit came in today & somehow can't be installed for 2 weeks. Per what I was told, they got really busy today. Unfortunately I went in last week, guess my pre arranged isn't as important as their today business. I was told it would take 4-5 hours to install & yet they wanted me to keep my vehicle for 2 days. I'll be stopping by tomorrow to get a FULL REFUND. I will also never be using this company again. I spoke to the manager and he couldn't give a crap that he had an upset customer. They don't seem to understand the concept of repeat business or caring about their customers. Since I've read all these exact same reviews on here with no change, my assumption is that the owner doesn't care. Truthfully I had a great experience with working with Jeremy, Bill, Trent, Kim, Jeff & Andy as these were all the Totally Truck employees that I had personal contact with and conversations with either over my trucks upgrade experiences or during them. I felt like I was treated respectfully and charged reasonably for the services I received. The Bakflip MX4 bed cover is amazing-looking with a nice low profile and the Bed Rug liner is an amazing comfortable and clean-looking upgrade which I chose over a spray in or insert bed liner. It's a whole lot easier on the ole knees too! In my experience no matter who I spoke with they were helpful and willing to answer my questions and work with me....often done earlier with their installs than even promised. company is a complete job, bought a camper shell here almost two years ago, its been completely replaced one, winds have been replace three times, dozens of visit due to there failure of an installation on multiple occasions. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks out, arrived 10 minutes early, truck sat untouched for an hour & a half. I ordered 3 things to be done, one replace screens in camper, 2 hours into "visit" girl tells me they don't have any spline, so no screens installed, next I wanted a boot, I was told no one ever uses them & they didn't have one. Keep in mind they had 3 weeks to get what they needed & said they would do. My guess is because this was an older truck, they just didn't care. for me it is my evacuation from fires truck, I live in Shingletown, most likely my dogs & I would be living in it. They didn't care. They did replace the seal & brake light connection. When it was time to pay, they tried to bill me for time I knew they didn't spend, I was there! So I had to get hot with them just to get a fair price. So what I was told would be a hour, turned out to be 2 hours & 45 minutes, and 2 things undone. It would be such a relief to know the truck is ready to go in case of fire, which is very possible. No I get to start over. Wish me Luck. read more

We had lots of stuff to get for our new truck and Totally Trucks did it all. We are return customers. We had our first truck outfitted there, too. New cap, rims, dash cover, rain guards, step rails and mud flaps were installed. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Jeremy and his crew did a fine job. There was not one person that was not friendly and helpful. After our new rims were installed, we had a defective tire pressure monitor in one of our tires, which caused a problem on our computer dash readout. I will not set foot in or do business with Totally Trucks again, ever. Here's why: On Oct 13, 2018 I went there and ordered a 12k Smittybilt #SMB.98412 winch which they priced at $689.99, a Quick Connect Winch Kit Rear priced at $199.99, and a Winch Cradle Multi Mount priced at $109.99 and which they estimated a 2 hours install at $100 per hour. So far so good, EXCEPT when I got home I decided to check retail prices online. While the Winch kit and Winch cradle mount were in line with Totally Truck's price, the Smittybilt winch was not. It retailed on virtually every venue for $579.99 that shows I was being overcharged $110.00! On the day of the scheduled install, Oct the 22nd, I dropped off the truck, pointed out the obvious error (to which another salesperson stated that they were a "bricks and mortar" store and had to charge more because online businesses don't have that added cost. This is BS because the other items were okay). We discussed my concern and I emphatically told them I would not pay their increased price. We settled, I thought, on the $570.99 price and since I'm a cancer patient I told them I would pick it up after my Oncology visit around 4PM. I arrived and the truck was brought around to the front of the store as I was paying the balance. The salesperson asked if I wanted a receipt and of course I said yes, glancing at the price of the winch and not seeing until I returned home that they had not installed a 12k winch, but a 9500k winch, charging me the price the 12k was supposed to be. So ... there you have it. There little shell game worked and they got their extra dough by selling me something I never ordered. Congratulations, Totally Trucks, you put one over on a senior citizen, a Navy veteran (I wear a pin), and a cancer patient. Sweet. read more
