Love this place and will be back! I decided to check this place out based on the the reviews I saw on yelp and they are definitely worth five stars! The owners name is Ken and he is a super friendly guy. I had a literal hole on my drivers side rear and received quotes from other body shops with prices in the $1,800's, taking a week to finish. Ken quoted me more than half of that price with a two day finish and the work was phenomenal! My car was returned to me washed and looking great! I will definitely be referring a lot of people here! Based on the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I needed a new radiator. The job was completed for a good price but they were very messy. Antifreeze had spilled everywhere under the hood and was also in the crevice of my fog lights. I complained, they apologized and cleaned up the mess. RED FLAG! Second visit went back for AC lines. Cost $1400, kept the car for 3 days, picked it up and guess what!! My air still wasn't working. He told me it would be an additional $800 to fix! Not to mention they left dirt, and black fingerprints in the trunk of my car where they were working. I went to another shop and had it repaired for $300. I've been using Victoria Auto Service for over 8 years now and the mechanics and owner here never disappoint. I bring my car in for a routine check-up and oil change when I hit the 5000 mile mark. Sometimes I bring it in for new tires and wheel alignment but no matter the job the workers at Victoria Auto Service main focus is to make their customer's happy. Considering most of the work done on my vehicle are minor, the turnaround time is relatively quick. I can get in and out within a few hours. Luckily the shop is fortunate enough to be located across from the Brentwood mall so you can walk around Giant or Home Depot if you're looking to burn time while your car is getting worked on. Customer service is fantastic here. There's a sense of family revolving around this establishment; the people here know you by your face/name after the 2nd - 3rd visit. Even if you're coming in for some quick work, you're treated like you're part of the family. I would say I feel guilty going to anywhere else to get my car worked on. The prices charged here are extremely fair. You won't get gauged for major work done. The owner is very knowledgeable and can quote you an accurate quote that is competitive to any other auto-body store. I know the mechanics and owner here do a fantastic job. The value offered here is unparalleled to any other car repair shop I've been to. One thing to point out is they don't do window tinting so I'll have to go to another place to get that resolved. I have been taking my car to Victoria's for years. The prices are reasonable. She will make sure your car is fixed and doesn't try to rip you off. They do tend to do shortcuts to try to save the customers money. That can be good or bad but from my experience, it has been good. They seem to be honest mechanics and that is why I keep bringing my car to her shop. Just be prepared to leave your car all day. read more

This has been my mechanic for the past 6 years. I came here before when they were an inspection station and I needed some work done. There is a sister and brother pair that own the shop and they are more than fair with practices and pricing. What I like most about this shop is that you will get your car back in one day. I have never had to go longer than two days waiting for work to be diagnosed and completed on my car. After your car has been repaired Ye (the brother) always shows you the old parts that were on your car. This is also a curse, they don't offer used parts at all. So if you are looking for someone who can scrap a piece for you here and there, this is not the place. read more

Took my car the dealership to get some work done and they quoted me $750; I noped right out of there. I found out about this place via Yelp and came here to get the work done and paid less than half what BMW was trying to charge. The staff here is great, very knowledgeable and capable of repairing your vehicle just as well as any dealership for a fraction of the cost, and they're much quicker. read more

Decided to update my review based on my last service I received a month ago. First, the original owners sold the shop to one of the mechanics and while he's good at repairs, he doesn't have all of the necessary equipment and technology that a shop should have. He also pretty much works by himself so be prepared to wait a while. We wasted money on 2 AC compressors because he failed to test the part prior to putting it in the car, something that would've been automatically been done at a higher quality shop. In my opinion it just isnt worth coming here, pay a few dollars more and go somewhere with actual technicians. read more

These guys were great! I was only in DC for a few days on a business trip when I bent my control arm backing out of my hotel parking lot... They stayed open late just to take care of it so I could get home in time to see my kids! Yes! And, they quoted me $600 at first, which I agreed to, and in the end they charged me only $415! read more

This was my first time bringing my car to Victoria Auto Service and I have to say that I am very satisfied. I was charged half of what the dealer quoted me to have my power steering hose replaced and I got my car back in 1 day. Definitely going back when I need servicing again. read more

Just referred a DC friend to this place and though it would be pertinent to write a review. I used them for all my work over the course of my three years in DC. Super fair about pricing and almost always got the job done in a day. If they couldn't, they'd tell you when to come back so that they could squeeze the job in. The owners and employees are super nice, and even had a look-over at a few other used cars I was thinking of purchasing to ensure I wasn't getting a lemon. I wish I had a mechanic like this in NYC, very highly recommended! read more

A year ago I was a victim of a Ripped Off by a shady owner Auto Repair Shop here in Seat pleasant, Md I was charged for work that hasn't been done? Instead of taking the law in my own hand...I chosen to take them to Small Claim Court and I WON! Victoria Auto Service was the shop who found the problem and fix it. Their Restroom need cleaning service. Not much room for parking...but, they seem to know what they are doing when it comes to Auto repairs. I do recommend them read more

I can't say enough about this place. I've been taking my 2003 BMW 330xi there for more than four years. The car is more than 10 years old now and still running great. I think the best example I could offer as to why to take your car here is this: A year ago, I discovered that the coolant level was low. I added fluid and checked the next day. The level had dropped but it wasn't empty so I knew it was a slow leak. I took it in to Victoria Auto. I went across the street to do some shopping and came back about an hour and a half later. I was expected charges for new hose(s), clamps, two hours minimum labor, etc. Easily more than $150. My charge? $35.00. No joke. After I left, they got under the car and determined the reason for the leak was a single "C" clamp. They tightened it let the car be for a while and then checked again for additional leaks. There weren't any. They could have easily charged me more than 4x what they did and I never would have been the wiser but that's not how these guys operate. They are a very knowledgeable, honest (!) and hard working shop. Definitely take your car there and check them out. Also - they have moved. I will repost the new address.
