I was rear-ended recently and had to deal with MetLife to take care of a cracked bumper and slight scratches on the front from where I was pushed into the minivan in front of me. Lo and behold, saw an old acquaintance (over 30 years ago?), John Joyce. A little reminiscing and my car (pending insurance company approval) should be done in a week. Fine.... Well, as you can imagine, the insurance company wanted to use a used bumper for my 2004 Infiniti G35x. It took longer, and WFC found out that my radiator was cracked, not noticeable at first, but they caught it and worked with the adjuster without bothering me at work. WFC warned me that the time needed might be longer than a week, so I appreciated that they set up that expectation ahead of time. It ultimately took longer, but not the shop's fault. Got a nice rental down the street at Enterprise for the duration. Car's front and back look like new again....just wish I could say about the door dings from all the parking lot smacks! We just had my wife's 2008 Civic repaired here. Two separate 'incidents' on either side of the rear end, hence we had to pay for repairs ourselves: with deductibles, insurance co would have paid little, then raised rates anyway. We got estimates from 7 body shops, ranging from $700 to "$1500 minimum". These guys came in at $1250 but rounded it to $1100. We left the car with them for a week while on vacation. Picked the car up yesterday and wife was overjoyed; said when she looked it over again later, it brought tears to her eyes. The car looks like new, she has pride of ownership in it again. This place has big, professional facilities, perhaps avoids high rent by being a bit removed from central Rockville. Regardless, it's worth seeking them out. We could not be happier with the work or the cost. A great value! read more

I cannot say enough nice things about the owner John Joyce Jr. who has always been there anytime when needed to help various friends and family get their cars fixed timely and correctly or even if they just needed an estimate. All of the many people throughout the years I have sent to White Flint have come away more than satisfied and impressed with John and White Flint. I just picked up my 1970 Plymouth Cuda that they had finished the final body preparations on for me and then Earl and the crew performed a flawless Hemi Orange paint job on the car from top to bottom inside and out. You should have seen the stares from other drivers checking it out as I towed it home!!! Can't say enough good about these guys. A major accident I had a few weeks ago and I was looking for a good bodyshop. They were beyond awesome, picked up and delivered the car to me when it was done, and gave me a pretty sweet discount on my deductible. Stephanie was awesome to work with. You never want to need a body shop, but when you do you appreciate a quality shop. My car was repaired on time and on budget. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had one issue with my tire rotation (insurance company did not communicate properly to shop). The body shop squeezed me in the same day and corrected the issue free of charge. Even though it was the insurance company's fault, White Flint Collision took care of me without complaint. I hope I never need to get my car repaired again, but I would definitely return and recommend White Flint Collision. read more

This is in regard to an incident I had a couple months ago. I was in an accident in early April and was referred by my insurance company to White Flint Collision Center. I liked that they had a 100% guarantee or you could bring your car back free of charge for additional repairs if necessary. When I went to pick up my car my keys had been misplaced and it took over 30 minutes for them to find them. I didn't get too upset by this because things happen so I brushed it off. After about six weeks my car started shaking which got progressively worse so I took it into the dealership and they said the shaking was due to the repairs done at the collision center. I had my car towed from the dealership to the collision center only to be told that the issues with my car weren't because of the repairs. They proceeded to put the blame on someone else saying it had to be someone who worked on my car before them. The only work I've ever had done to my car other than an oil change and tire rotation was when I had the accident. I had my tires rotated two months before the accident so there was no way anyone else could have been at fault. I had repairs done at the dealership which ended up costing $800. I was lucky I brought my car in when I did because the mechanic who worked on my car at the collision center failed to properly tighten the lugnuts on my tire and the tire almost completely came off which is why my car was shaking. I argued with the insurance company for two weeks before the collision center would take responsibility for their mistake and give me a refund for the repairs. My experience with this center was completely ridiculous. You shouldn't advertise that you have a 100% guarantee as far as repairs go if you're not going to follow through. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and simply fixing the damage, they slandered someone else by blaming the mechanic who did my oil change and lied about the repairs they made to my car. I would not recommend White Flint Collision Center it's not worth the hassle. read more

My Tesla was involved in an accident that involved some repairs to the front end of the car, I wanted the highest quality work. I was not disappointed. When I arrived it was waiting outside looking like it just came out of the factory, brand spanking new. There was not a single detectable flaw in the work. None! I couldn't be more pleased. Even better was the communication about progress on the work. Owing to the very high demand for Teslas worldwide, parts are a bit slow in coming. Stephanie handled my case and was always informative and polite.I couldn't recommend a better place. read more

THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The owner or whatever he is extremely unprofessional. I brought the car in (after Geico suggested I go to them) trusting that my car would be well taken care of. First off, I had no issue at all with the young ladies who answer the phones and schedule everything. They were extremely nice and helpful. I was called once my car was ready for pick up. A couple of days later, i noticed my bumper was a creamier color than the body. So, I asked if I could take it in to have them look at it. The young lady was very nice and said to bring it in and that they would do what they could to make me happy with the job. When I arrived In the afternoon, after having returned from the morning because the owner wanted to see it for himself,I relayed that i wasn't too happy with the color that my car is not creamy but white and that the bumper looked too creamy. i asked if there was anything that could be done. The owner walked outside with me and from the get go was very defensive. He told me he could walk me around the whole lot and show me that no car's bumper matches the body color. I mentioned that a few people had said they should be able to match it or if bring the color closer to a white rather than a cream. He said if i could find a professional to guarantee me that they could match the color, he would refund the money and I could go with them. I told him I just wasnt happy becuase the color stood out too much from the rest of the car - even from the back bumper color. He had me look at the back bumper and asked that if he brought in the paint company and they could "fix" the color, would I be happy then? Would i be happy if the front bumper is whiter than the back? Would any of that actually make me happy? Let me say. At no point from the first call to let them know the color looked off to me to the point that I was interacting with him, was i ever rude. I never came in with an attitude nor did I have a fit with anyone. I simply asked to go in so that we could look at the color and find a solution. He was a complete ass from the moment he walked outside with me to look at the car. He was extremely defensive. I found it offensive that he was questioning my contentment with any of the future work. I obviously do not work in that industry and was not educated in any of the color jobs. I went in looking for a solution. Rather, I walked out upset and feeling belittled. He obviously is unaware of good customer service. I simple explanation of how paint works on different material and then an offer to find a solution would have been nice. Needless to say, my car's front bumper is a different color to the body of the car. Never have I had that type of customer service and will never recommend them to anyone. As the owner speaking to his customer, he should have more respect and understand their concern. I had been told to go to Zamora's - they came highly recommended. A co-worker has a pearl white Lexus that had bumper damage. Zamora's matched the exact color. Next time, I'll go there. read more
