Very disappointing. I wasted my money and time. We agreed to have a permanent hair straightening, but after i slept it turns wavy again. I texted Kayla that my hair turned back and then she said to come back and I did. She redo the treatment and followed her after treatment instruction. But after two days, I washed my hair it turned back, nothing changed. I texted her again and said what happened. She replied, she will fix it, but I don't wanna waste my time again to go back. And I'm worried that my hair fell off due to chemicals used. I felt I got scammed. Because the treatment is too expensive, it was my husband gift to me but it turns out to a nightmare. I came here with a friend after us getting out of the small shop next to the salon. The lady mentioned to us to come get eyebrows down and I didn't choose but they straighten my hair which was an okay job something I could of done. But my friend wanted to get her eyebrows done. This place messed up my hair first by not putting heat protector which is horrible until I mentioned it to them. Secondly they messed up my friends eyebrows horrible they tinted/perm (they gave her a good deal which she said yea why not) they left her eyebrows sideways and the color was not even black it was green/black. Her eyebrows are messed up and now she is looking to go get them fix and removed the tint which is ridiculous but do not go here and do not trust them and there deals. Horrible job will never be back here read more

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. It was a little busy and only two workers juggling a few people. My mom and I decided to stay and wait a couple hours for a mani, pedi, and an eyebrow wax. If you're short on time, this place not be the best for you. The reason why I'm giving this place 1 star is because of their eyebrow waxing. My mom and I were totally fine with waiting our turn for what we wanted. So when it was my time to get an eyebrow waxing, I expected at least some care to go into the wax. The lady was waxing eyebrows and my hair would literally get stuck in the wax and she would pull a couple strands out. I could tell she was using the same wax paper on both my eyebrows as well because I would feel my hair strands brush on my face as she was waxing. She basically rushed through the whole thing, not really caring what she was doing. She was pulling so hard that I basically have a red irritated scar under my eyebrow. I thought this scar or mark would go away or maybe it was just my swollen eyebrows, but nope! It has been close to TWO days since I've gotten it waxed. DO NOT come here for waxing unless you want to have red marks under your eyebrows and want to be treated badly! Edit: someone informed me this was a waxing burn of some sort so.... there's that. read more

Came in to get half a leg wax done and I can't even say how disappointed I am. Normally I do my own wax or I go to a salon in Fremont but since I was in Milpitas I disided to give this salon a try. When I first came in the lady said have a seat at a hair wash chair I know I shuld just run while I still had the chance but hey we all work different so I let her do her work. I ask her if they had a waxing room and she replied she did but since I had not much hair then we did not need it. I know I wax regular and know y hit growth is different all over my body but I also know I was past due for a leg wax. She did not even wax the back part of my leg wen she tells me we are all done. Sorry but no way will I return or recommend this business. The lady got a bit offended when I told her can we plz go to your waxing room and do the back of my legs properly I mentioned I was a aesthetician and work at a salon for over 10years so yea I now what I was doing just did not had time to get it done at home or the salon. Long story short she did ended up doing the back of my legs. I just paid to not get the waxing done properly. I will be goin home and re doing my own legs. Great place, great prices, friendly staffs and amazing owners, easy parking. This place have super great pricing for haircuts and wax. At my old shops I normally would have to easily spent at least a $30 dollar for a simple cut and fix off my burn and dry hairs, the job was sloppy with very little fixing, but at Victoria Salon the very friendly owner lady give me much fresh hair cut with amazing prices. I'm not sure was it because of promotion for new management, the owner lady only charged less than half the price. The job was super good I glad to tip her 100% and I would will save money from my normal budget. Accidentally over heard some good deals for highlighting and nails. Plus the place is very clean. Save your money... Avoid going here.. do not think they know what layered hair cut is.. Went for Layer hair cut.. I had a very nice long hair.. She just chopped it 4 inches and made it straight even after I told her give me layers.. There were 2 people and on the other chair I asked the lady to give layer hair cut for my daughter.. we both ended up having a straight hair cut rather than layer.. My friends and family were shouting at me looking at my hair style which was not only bad but too short too...I would not recommend this place to anybody and nor will I go there again... Both the ladies took more than half an hour to cut our hair... I assumed they are very careful and will give me a memorable nice hair cut.. but it ended up in a disaster.. :-( read more
