They run such a well organized, professional, and efficient salon while still creating a warm and personal experience for every client. I see Myolie for my nails and Michelle for my pedicures, and I cannot recommend them enough. Myolie consistently gets my nails exactly right. She pays attention to every detail, understands my preferences, and always delivers beautiful results. Michelle gives the most incredible pedicure massages. It is the perfect combination of relaxing and luxurious. One thing I truly appreciate is their respect for my time. Appointments are always scheduled efficiently, and when I arrive on time, they are ready for me and on time as well. I've been coming to Queenie's for years now. While there may be other options in the area that are more affordable or even pricier, I still find myself coming back to Queenies. Nothing beats the quality and care that the nail technicians provide. My most recent visit 01/19/26 with Michelle for my pedicure and another gal who I unfortunately didn't get the name (sorry!) did such a great job with my mani and pedi combo. They definitely took their time and the massage they provided was so relaxing I wanted to cry. I immediately thought that they should open up a separate business for spa like Burke Williams :) Call first especially on the weekends to ensure you get your nails done! They tend to get pretty busy. The vibe is like Burke Williams. Quiet, serene and you feel like you don't want to leave. The products they use is from the brand Eminence Organics. Has a very light scent and not overpowering and full of artificial ingredients. Even when I got home from my spa day, my children and husband really noticed the smell of the products and loved it and asked what it was. I like this place. It's very spacious and they can accommodate a lot of customers at the same time. There's plenty of parking spaces outside as this is right next to Target. They do a great job doing my nails One of the nail technicians in one of my visits wasn't very nice at first, she was impatient. But later got nicer. I came here maybe 5 years ago to treat a friend to a birthday mani/pedi after hearing rave reviews, but unfortunately, Queenie's didn't live up to the hype. At the time, I felt rushed when choosing my colors and services, and don't remember the staff being particularly friendly. The mani/pedi itself was just okay - not the level of care I expected for the $$$. Now that I've been to other salons with more consistent service, I wouldn't choose to come back here. That said, my experience may be outdated, and I've seen recent reviews that suggest things may have improved since. Queenie's nail spa is truly the most reliable, high-quality, and talented salon in the area. I've gotten countless sets from them from numerous people and they are all so great at their craft. I've never felt uncomfortable to voice my opinion nor have I been pressured to get a service I did not want. I would say that I am rather particular about the type of nails that I like and everyone at Queenie's has always been able to understand my vision and adjust even minor details. I wanted to give this salon a try, but overall my experience was disappointing. The salon is not well maintained -- the furniture looks worn out, there were flakes coming off the chair leather, and the client chairs were not very comfortable. Most of the staff is older, so the service is quite slow. Make sure you keep a good amount of time in hand if you visit. Considering all this, I expected the prices to be lower, but that was not the case. I was charged $45 for a gel manicure and an additional $5 to remove previous polish. On top of that, they charge a 3% fee for credit card payments and do not accept Venmo, bringing the total to about $51.50. For this price point, I believe there are better nail salons available in the area. read more

I used to come here every now and then for nails and pedicures. I've tried a few places but always ended up coming back here. I honestly missed the pedicures! They're friendly and courteous and provide you with their nail colors while you wait. Walk-ins are pretty easy but I liked to call in to double-check since I'm close by. You pay at the end of the service & they also have a point system. This is a very solid place if you have figured out your favorite tech. I usually just went with whoever was available. Last time I went during the holidays they gifted me a cute little goodie bag filled with a pale pink regular polish & cuticle oil. That was nice of them! However I stopped coming here one day after I came for a new set and paid extra for soak-off because I didn't like how they would pry your nails off with a nail tip. Acrylic shouldn't take so long to remove! It wasn't soaking off in the acetone so they ended up filing it down in between soaks until my nails were paper thin. That got me wondering if they are using MMA or EMA monomer with their acrylic. I'm not a professional and it's been so long but idk why it always seemed so much easier watching other nail techs remove acrylic. I always thought it was standard to get a whole new set by prying the entire acrylic off your nails but it damages nails so badly. read more

The nail artists are always accommodating, able to give me the design that I ask for, and easy to talk to. Prices are fair and similar to other nail places in the area. The salon itself is very clean. I've never had a bad experience here! There's 2 sinks and a bathroom. Music is often playing in the background. However, she failed to break down the pricing of my set. I'm unsure how it came up to $80 when I didn't get gel-x tips and refilled on my natural nails. The results were unfulfilling as it looks nothing like the inspo. She started off testing with my ring finger nail which looked blended and good enough for me but after she did the rest recklessly it was so splotchy and unblended and uneven. Super spacious and staff is very friendly! I am forever loyal to Jenny haha. She knows how I like my nails and they are perfect each time. My wonderful nail tech! I cannot recommend her enough! I've tried other nail techs and my nails just do not last as long as they do when Trang does them! Here are the factors as to why she provides quality nail service: The shape is exactly what you want! She makes sure you are happy with the shape The design you want, she will do a design on ONE nail first before doing the rest to make sure you like it! The color, if it's a new color that you're trying she will make sure you like the color before curing it! She is so detailed, so critique! The thickness of the nail is not too thick, not too thin, it's just perfect My nails literally last 4-6 weeks by her work!
