From the moment we reached out to N&FL to the actual wedding day, the entire timeline was under three months (I know...crazy!). Despite the quick turnaround, Corinth made sure everything came together seamlessly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, she kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. What really stood out was how proactive she was. Since our venue was a space she hadn't worked in before, Corinth actually visited ahead of time to familiarize herself with it, figure out the best locations for vendor setups, and ask thoughtful questions we hadn't even considered. That level of care and preparation made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind. Because of Corinth and her calm, positive energy, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality. We were…read moreunder a time crunch, had an estimated guest count of ~200, and were doing a destination wedding. Naomi was cool, calm, and collected during our first call, and gave us the faith we needed to know we could do this. We spent many time calling, emailing, texting, and Naomi was always responsive. We purchased the chocolate soufflé package that gave us help for planning a wedding of this size. Naomi helped us so much in finding the right venue, negotiating drinks, food, and other vendors, I really have no idea how we would have had our wedding and stayed IN BUDGET without her! During the day of, Naomi brought in 4-5 people on her team to help accommodate our venue and guest count. She helped us plan the perfect day which ranged from a morning tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and the in n out truck for a late night bite for our guests. We had such a special time, and Naomi and team ensured we ate and drank everything at the wedding (thank goodness, because we would not have remembered!) We ended the night with our bellies full, tired from the long day, but overall so thankful we hired Naomi and DNT! Thank you!!! It was our first (and only) tour of a venue and Christina was the first planner we met; almost immediately we knew our search for a venue and planner was done. Christina was so sweet and eager to make our day special even before she knew we planned to hire her. We booked Christina for her "month-of" services but when I had questions months before the wedding, she didn't hesitate to help. Though my husband may disagree, I like to think I was a chill bride but even the chillest of brides has a planner full of questions from how to get elderly guests to a faraway bathroom to how much water I needed to buy for a hot-summer wedding. Christina promptly answered every question and every time I spoke with her I felt like planning a wedding wouldn't kill me after all. She had so many cost-saving tips that helped us have a gorgeous, budget-friendly wedding our friends and family are still talking about.
