So I've been coming here for awhile and never really loved the place, people were rude and the nails were mediocre. But yesterday I came in and she rushed thru my nails so fast and as a result they turned out bad. So today I call and she said come in and looked at me like I was stupid when I showed her my nails and said if she were to do it again it would look the exact same, yet all the other times I've been here they have never looked this bad. She flat out refused to redo them. Then she said if I got gel it wouldn't have looked as bad, while that may be true if you can't paint nails at a professional level without gel then why even offer the service claiming that you're a professional? This place use to be great. New owners took over and its horrible. No customer service whatsoever. I made an appointment and when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. Got the dip and after using a dremel, which is standard practice, only part of the old dip was removed before putting 3 layers of new dip on top. It was so thick and uneven it actually hurt. Long story short my nails are destroyed after having to use acetone several times to remove all the layers. read more

I have been going to this salon for a couple of months now, under the new management and I cannot say enough good things about it!! I have my nails (gel manicure) done each time and the only reason I have to get them done again is because of my nail growing out because the polish is still perfect!! No chipping, peeling, cracks.... they're perfect! Ben is the technician I request each time, but I've seen the work of the others and they're great too! We came to this place because it was close to our house. We have made pedicures a family affair, which includes our 2 year old. She was disappointed they didn't have a smaller chair for kids pedicures like other salons, but they still made her feel special. The staff was kind and it was very clean. You be the judge: 1) the man who worked on my pedi was visibly annoyed I didn't want to pay $5 to have him razor my feet. I don't think it's good for my feet. So I had to actually argue with him to use the scrubber thing. Then in a passive aggressive way he very gently used the white (tighter grained) side of the scrubber and said, "see, it's not enough". I'll note, he used the purple, more rough side on my 11 year old daughter's feet. When I left the bottoms of my feet looked exactly the same as when I came in 2) he gave neither my daughter or me a foot massage - as every single other pedicure I received has done. And, as every other client in the shop received from other workers. 3) he didn't put on a base coat of clear before applying the polish. 4) he put on ONE coat of polish - I had to ask for the second. 5) I said my nails were too long. I had to ask THREE times to get him to clip them. He never clipped my big toe. Only filed it. 6) he filed it with the coarse file and now they are very rough. I didn't notice the roughness before I left because they were still drying. 7) he slammed the polish bottles twice while doing my daughter's manicure. She wanted her index finger on one hand and ring finger on the other pink and the rest blue. When she reminded him each time he would sigh, roll his eyes, and slam the bottles on the table. 8) I guess to not have to split the tip - we had to have the same person work on both of us. So the whole event took TWICE as long. I saw this with other clients as well. 9) some of the other staff seemed nice. I was obviously unhappy. Another man who wasn't even working on us but who was speaking in their language to the man who was called out to us as we left - in an obviously sarcastic way - "you go and enjoy this sunny day!" It's frustrating to spend $70 and be treated the way we were. I wanted a nice little mani/pedi with my kid and left feeling ripped off. They said they would fix it but I was going out of town the next day so they won't fix it when I get back due to how many days have passed. My recent visit to Victorian Nails was met with rude behavior and terrible results. It was my first visit, since I typical go to a salon closer to my office. The man with blonde streaks in his hair was extremely rude, rough and unprofessional. The words please and thank you seem to escape him when speaking to customers. I went in for an acrylic refill. He continuously said things like "move you hand." Prior to starting on my refill I told him I wanted my nails thin and slightly shorter. He seemed really annoyed by my request. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The manicurist applied too many coats of paint, unevenly. As a result the surface was too think was bumpy, not smooth, and even after 20 minutes under the dryer my nails still weren't dry. The polish kept running down one toe under the dryer, and even after it was fixed once still had the same problem. This was the oldest manicurist in the salon, who needed translation assistance from the other workers. My daughter's toes were done by the young man in the salon; hers came out much better: they were smooth, they dried well. He seemed a little flustered dealing with an eight-year-old, but did a fine job in the end. However, given the number of salons in the area, I am not likely to return to this establishment. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I don't get pedicures done very often and my mother and I decided to try out this place for a pedi afternoon. We looked online and thought we would paying $20/pedicure (which is what the website says) only to find out they are $25. Not only that, but we waited 25 mins for a 20 min pedicure. They were sloppy and just trying to rush us through. My cuticles were bleeding and my mother's polish was all over her cuticles. After she tested the color on my toes, she asked me if it was ok, I told her that I thought it was too light and didn't care for it.. she followed that with 'it would be ok'....? I've been coming to this shop for a while now with my mom and we love it. Wesley, Lynn, and Angie always do a great job. Recently I started bringing my dad in.....yes men get pedicures!! Lynn does a wonderful job with him. He has diabetic feet and she uses the drill on him. While there he is treated like a king (his words) and leaves there feeling great. This at one time was a great salon - when JP was there. Since he left, it's gone down hill fast! The first time 'Linda' did my pedicure after JP left, she said she would take care of me. She spent a lot of time and did a good job. But the next time I was there... My feet were soaking for about 10-15 minutes before she put the disinfectant pedi-bomb in the water! Then she raced through the pedi so fast that she made me bleed twice! I felt like she was just trying to hurry through and get it done. It was painful! I have Palmoplantar Psoriasis on my hands and feet and explained this to her. She corrected me and said, "You have eczema and need good lotion." Excuse me. I know what I have and have had for 15 years. She is no medical expert by any stretch, but she thinks she is. Not going back. I won't make this mistake again. After reading positive reviews of this place on Google and finding a 20% off coupon for first time customers on their website, I figured I would give it a try. I planned on getting the $25 pedicure, but let the technician talk me into the $45 treatment. After all, I get 20% off. I even asked her about it and she said yes, they would give me the discount. My pedicure was interrupted for four different phone calls. Two of which took quite a bit of time. She used inappropriate language on several occasions. The real kicker was when I went to pay. She said she was giving me $5 off. I showed her my 20% off coupon on my phone, but she said she couldn't accept it because I didn't print it. Worst experience at a nail salon ever! Horrible customer service. My technician was extremely rude!!!!! Did not get what I asked for and it was a just a daisy with a yellow center and petals around it. She drew three huge petals at the corner of my nail, when I said I wanted a full daisy she threw items around and then gave me the worst manicure ever. Could not believe the rudeness and unprofessionalism over a daisy. It literally took her two seconds to take off my polish and repaint one big toenail so don't really know what in the world the rudeness was about. I guess just her. Never will go back. read more

I always get my acrylics done here but I ONLY go to JP for them. He's by far the best there, and I've only had positive experiences with him. He's very social and always remembers me and my best friend no matter how long it's been since we've been in. However the other employees I've had do my nails are not as great. My friend and I went to Victorian nails today to get our nails done, I called after school and Lynn answered, she said it would be $25 for a full set of acrylics, we got there and we showed her pictures of what we wanted, my friend wanted a flower on her ring finger and Lynn said she didn't know if she knew how, throughout the whole process she was being very rude, when I had sat down to do my nails I showed her a picture and she kept messing up and having to restart, and again being rude throughout the whole process, she even left me in my chair and went and touched a mans feet and came back and finished my nails without washing her hands, when we get to the register, she tells my friend that it's $50, we were both confused, she said gel polish was extra, never did she tell us when we told her we wanted gel, that it was extra, then she tells me that my price was $45, when we heard those prices my mom was trying to be nice and explain to her that she never told us that gel was extra, then Lynn got very very ignorant with her, IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER, we were in this place for 4 hours, if you think about going to this place, think twice and turn around and leave read more

They are very rough here. Fast, but rough so if you enjoy pain and don't mind bleeding a tad you'll be fine. I like to relax a little more when I get a mani/pedi. In addition they only have usually 3 employees working at a time so even if you go at 1:30 in the afternoon you may have a 20 min wait. It all depends. And I've been told, "Don't like color, 5 dollars. Don't like pedicure, 5 dollars." Which pretty much sums up the customer service here. read more
