Missing the west coast this weekend so we wanted to venture out for iced lattes and yummy pastries near us and I believe we found the right spot! Welcome to Moussey Moussey Cafe!! It was very busy! The line wrapped around the inside but service was fast and there were many employees working their butts off! The decor is pretty adorable, from the croissant shaped benches and light covers to the pastries shaped like fruits and animals to the labubu wall. If you want to hear your girlfriend say "That's so cute!!" 100 times in like 20 minutes take her here. I got an iced latte with vanilla ice cream in it, that one might THINK would be too sweet, but it really wasn't! I thought the flavor ratio of vanilla to coffee was perfect and I didn't think it was too sugary at all. For food I grabbed a strawberry and cream danish! It was light and crispy, incredibly fresh. I love grabbing the hostess danish from the gas station when I need a quick snack, this was reminiscent of those but 10x fresher and a lot less sugary imo. Great coffee yummy snacks and super CUTE! It is clear from everyone else's photos how cute the interior is. With ample seating space & types, you can come here on a quick lunch break alone, or with a group to celebrate with delicious treats! And that's exactly what they have. While I have not yet tried their savory half of the menu, their drinks and sweets are incredible! The little figure desserts are so much more than cute, they are flavorful and complex making it a delight in each bite. Their cakes follow the trend in being delicious, and with a wide range of flavors you will never get tired of trying new flavors. The teas are also a hit! The base itself is always so fresh tasting, and if you are looking for a boba, the tapioca pearls are soft and flavorful, but not overpowering. My only hesitation is the price, and while Cleveland has many other great cafes, Moussey Moussey will always be one of my top sweet treats to reward myself after a stressful day. Stopped by Moussey Moussey to try the new Tiramisu Latte and viral fruit pastries! So many delicious options to choose from and make sure to check out their stunning cakes! The mango fruit pastry was light and delicious and I really enjoyed the tiramisu latte. I would probably try something other than the Avocado toast next time as it was very average. Wow, this has to be the best dessert place in all of Cleveland. Each piece is like art. The presentation of each piece is perfect. They look so good you must admire it before eating it. They taste just as good too. The mango pomelo was my favorite. The cake was spongy, soft and moist but not overly sweet. The cream is light and airy. The shop is very clean and well decorated. In an unassuming strip on Broadview, step into a more whimsical world filled with coffee colored furniture, croissant shaped lighting, & tasty and Instagrammable desserts. Ever wanted to eat a dessert in the shape of a polar bear? Me too! You'll be pleasantly surprised that it's not just style - the substance is there too. The mousse based desserts are light and flavorful. I also tried the tiramisu which was cloud like. At least for now, if you have your heart set on something, come early in the day. A great new spot in Parma! When I walked in, I was pleased by the adorable decor including a croissant-shaped chair and a wall of Labubus. The cafe was inviting and clean, and the staff was friendly. And the food was fantastic! I got a strawberry cream croissant ($6.50), a slice of blueberry cream cake ($8.75), and a bagel sandwich with spam, kimchi, and egg ($10). The croissant was huge and stuffed with cream. The croissant was buttery and flaky, the cream was not overly sweet, and the strawberries were fresh. The cake was even better. It was moist and soft. And if you don't like your desserts overly sweet, you will most likely love this cake. It had just the right amount of sweetness and plenty of fresh blueberries on top. The sandwich was also tasty, though I wish it came with an additional slice of spam. I wasn't surprised that the sandwich was pretty good, but I was wowed by the bagel. Moussey Moussey makes their bagels in-house, and you can just tell. It was just a plain bagel, yet I could taste that it was made with care and I LOVED the pillowy soft texture. Moussey Moussey is a brand new bakery in Parma located right next door to the Moonlite Tavern. It's Japanese-inspired bakery with viral fruit desserts and Insta-worthy everything. While CLE has quite a few Asian bakeries, it's the first of its kind in the area. I checked it out for breakfast while in Independence. It was just minutes away! AMBIANCE: The cafe is contemporary and chic. Focal decor points are aplenty. Croissant chandeliers and benches. Coffee map with a story of coffee origins and distinct regional taste. A wall of Labubus and anime characters. The cafe has a clean aesthetic with plenty of natural light. Open floor plan with various seating options based on your mood. Sit in the center at the wooden bar if feeling social. Sit at the comfy brownish, cushiony stools if craving comfort. Tuck away in an arched booth if seeking seclusion. Select a booth if your friends are joining. The layout allows you to have sufficient space for yourself or your company. FOOD/DRINKS: The menu has it all - appetizers, salads, sweet brunches, savory brunches, entrees, cakes, signature drinks, and delicate desserts. The cafe is open all day long, so you can drop in for all meals of the day. The versatility is amazing. I ordered breakfast bomb sandwich ($12), black tea ($5.75), and polar bear ($11). The breakfast bomb sandwich comes on your choice of bread (croissant was my choice), with bacon, sausage, cheese, and egg. It's served with a side of chips. The sandwich featured seemingly high quality sausage but was way too greasy. The proportion of ingredients wasn't my favorite. There was too much sausage and too little of everything else. I wouldn't order it again. Black tea was served with slight foam which I didn't request. It was quite diluted black tea and barely lukewarm. I also wouldn't order it twice. The polar bear tasted soft and cloudy. Overpriced? Yes! Worth it? A thousand times yes. It was such a delicious dessert. I see a lot of polar bears in my future. Aside from my order, there was a large selection of beautiful desserts in the case. Although I'll be honest and say that some didn't look just baked fresh. Most other guests were really into croissants. Your dessert will be prettily packaged in a paper bag with reheat/preservation instructions. It's very cute packaging if you're gifting others or self-spoiling. This bakery has cake ordering options. There is a helpful size chart of cakes. I really appreciated it because I can never envision cake sizes. I'm always left with a huge or tiny cake. SERVICE: There is felt newness at this cafe. Employees are still learning to navigate the register. The order took quite awhile (sandwich specifically) despite few people at this cafe. The employees tried to be very nice and welcoming. They welcomed every single guest with a warm smile and answered everyone's questions. I appreciated the warm welcome. PARKING: Parking is available at the adjacent lot. Plenty of spaces. I'd recommend giving Moussey Moussey at least one try. It's a very instagrammable location with plenty of aesthetic desserts. I look forward to them settling in their space and coming back for more. This new cafe is adorable! The interior is charming and appealing which is my personal favorite thing about cafes! The bakery items are so sweet and delightful you can they took there time making them not only taste good but look good as well! The drinks are good as well! My partner and I ordered a raspberry croissant, matcha strawberry cake and boba. I got Thai boba milk tea, and my partner got some sort of fruit tea. The boba teas were meh. Mine was made straight from powder. Thai milk tea is not hard to make from scratch. The Thai milk tea had no flavor. Their pastries were okay. They looked aesthetically pretty but no substance. The cake was a bit dry. My partner did like the raspberry filling in the croissant. The croissant was not flaky at all maybe because it was refrigerated. Unique and absolutely delicious. Basque Strawberry Cheesecake - Smooth, rich, and indulgent without being heavy. Mango Pomelo Sago speciality drink - Very refreshing lightly sweet, and full of texture. I had never ordered a drink like this before . It was like a perfect drink-dessert hybrid. Passionfruit Peach Tea - Bright, refreshing, and well balanced, not syrupy or overpowering. They also make beautifully creative custom cakes, a few were on display. They're the kind of cakes kids and adults stop and stare at. Just stunning with impeccable detail. Everything we tried tasted fresh, beautifully made, and crafted with care and was beautifully presented. I was obsessed with the small whimsical plates that the desserts were served on. Each detail is well thought out, down to the cute croissant bench, croissant lamp shades and private seating. They offer a wide variety of items including coffee, matcha, boba, desserts and even pastas! I've been driving past this place for a while now and was really exited when they opened. The inside was very nice and fun looking. I loved the croissant bench. They even had a map of coffee around the world with underneath explaining the flavor of the coffee from that region. I saw they have Ube and knew that was what I wanted. This place is an amazing find! As someone that grew up overseas in Asia, this is the closest bakery to what I know and love that I have found in Parma! We ordered the scallion and pork floss bun which was divine and then the raspberry croissant which was a perfect melody of sweet and sour! We also ordered two coconut matchas which were ok, very milk forward... my only feedback was that the ratio of matcha to milk could be improved! When you order a matcha you really want to highlight the matcha not the milk. But overall this place is absolutely delightful! It is clean and a fun atmosphere with great service. Wow. What an incredible experience. I didn't have expectations going into the bakery because the concept is very different from any I've seen and I simply didn't know what to expect. I got the iced pistachio crème brûlée latte. It was amazing, very balanced, not too sweet. Then for breakfast I ordered the Breakfast Bomb sandwich on a croissant. It was your typical breakfast sandwich, but my gosh the ingredients used were of such great quality. I finished with the Coffee Bean. I thought it was a pastry but it's actually a coffee ice cream with a sweet cookie-like inside and a chocolate shell. SO GOOD. The staff was kind and welcoming. There are plenty of seating options. What a cute new spot in Parma! I met up with family here on a Sunday at 12:30pm and it was hoppin'. Luckily there is plenty of parking on the side, as well as a few spots in front of the building. The aesthetic inside is perfect...bright and adorable with so much to look at (including a glass case wall of labubus as soon as you walk in). There was a good amount of seating inside and the line moved quickly. There are so many beautiful pastries and drink combinations to choose from! They are a bit lacking in savory options though, especially vegetarian savory options, so I went for only sweet offerings today. I got the strawberry cream croissant and it was fantastic. The croissant was perfectly flaky and the cream inside wasn't too sweet. I got a cherry blossom matcha too that was also quite good. My dining companion ordered the BLT on a croissant and the superlicious fruit tea. She enjoyed the BLT and the tea was filled to the brim with fresh fruit and so flavorful! We hung out for a while and then ordered some desserts to go as well. She got the strawberry cream cake and, after much deliberation, I went for the polar bear cake because it was too cute to pass up! I tried a bite of the strawberry cream cake and it was light and airy and delicious, with real strawberries between the layers as opposed to an artificial jelly or jam. The polar bear cake was good too - it tasted like cheesecake - but I think I would try something different next time. They have so many cute and unique options, there's plenty to try. Overpriced for just a drink, a slide of cake and other small pastries. I ordered brown sugar and boba milk. It's too sweet. I can taste and sugar granules. Their tiramisu crepe is also very average. The pastries I ordered I shared 2 of them to friend and family so I could only say the ones I had were dry. I have been to other Asian style bakeries so I really expect better than this for the price. Maybe other food they serve taste better but that's my honest opinion. So I'm not sure if they had me at "hello". By that I mean, I called because with was 530pm and I was afraid that all selection may be out. The young lady that answered was so nice a d exclaimed that they would not run out l, they bake continuously. Zoom zoom I was there. I walked in, was greeted, however I was mesmerized by the cleanliness and the decor. I was taken aback by the thought that went into each detail. Now let's get to the sweets. I ordered a few items because 1, hubs has a sweet tooth and 2, it all looked so good. I came home anxious to try the cake slice and score points with the hubs and boy did I. I tried my first bite and my first words were WOW. The taste was very good, so delicate and flavorful. It was not only SO SO good but filling, I wanted to try the almond croissant but held off until next day. The next day, a little crisper but so buttery flavorful I knew I had to drive 35 minutes to get more to give to my neighbor. I love trying and checking out new bakery shops in town. This location is new to Parma. I really like the decors and interior layout as it's IG worthy. However, the drinks and pastries were mediocre. I can get better boba drinks in downtown Cle. Sadly, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. The pistachio creme brulee latte was decent, but the strawberry matcha latte was nothing but preserved strawberry. It was the worst of the 3 drinks that we ordered. While they have a great selection of pastries, it's definitely pricey. 3 drinks and 2 pastries costed us about $57. It was definitely our first and also last time. read more
