Semi annual sale... Nuff said and I'm there though I keep forgetting and thankfully I was here for another reason...where!? Pearlridge Center Mauka on the second floor location is nice as it's quite spacious at both Pink and Victoria's Secret section but isn't as crowded which makes it a breeze to browse at my leisure. The staff here is nice okay not the friendliest though does keep everything clean and organized especially in the clearance items bins as shoppers search for the deals it's all well kept which makes it so easy to find what you're looking for (which I did) and gosh it's so satisfying lol! Speaking of as I checked out I received a coupon for 30% off a full priced item for my next visit as it says...shop, save, repeat...indeed! Thank you! read more

I've always gotten very good customer service at this location. I'm not here often. Ala Moana is my main store. I feel bad reading about all the terrible customer service that others have received here. They're always emailing me coupons and freebies, especially since I have their credit card. I don't shop here as often as I did pre Covid. I feel like they've fallen off as a brand. My name is Angel. They used to have a whole Angels line, everything from underwear to clothing to perfumes. I would buy all their clothes with the word Angel on it. It can't get any better than free personalization, lol. These days, I mostly buy workout gear and pajamas. I love their night shirts to wear to sleep. It's so soft and comfy. I also stock up on panties when they have the 7/$35 sale. They always offer me a free one, so I get the 8/$35. read more

This is the first time I'm submitting a review for a retail store sales associate. This is also the first time I received an excellent service from a sales associate. The store had only 2 sales associates. The associate who helped me is a good example of what a sales associate should be - excellent customer service - professional - knowledgeable - friendly - respectful. I know because I worked part- time at a retail store where we were trained to treat customers as "the boss" because if no customers, no business. Anyway, I was so impressed with JASMINE - I couldn't believe it. She was so helpful, so patient in answering all my questions. I told her that she had excellent customer service skills. She replied that she's happy to make customers happy. Victoria Secret Store is fortunate to have JASMINE as their employee. I've been shopping for decades and in all of my shopping years, I have never experienced this. I just wish all customer service employees were like JASMINE. read more

I came here shopping for a family member. They had buy two get two free on glosses and perfume and 30 percent off certain items. They have a lot of cute stuff. Some of their stuff is so over priced but luckily I have a credit card and the lady at the register was able to activate my card. I didn't have an updated credit card with a chip. Hopefully I get mine in the mail. My daughter and I picked up lip glosses since it's buy two get two free. Cool. I hardly buy anything from here anymore unless it's their annual sale. It's so easy to spend so much money here. They open up at 10 am on Sunday. Not sure if their hours are different for the holiday hours. Most stores open up early for the holidays and then go back to normal hours afterwards. It's located inside the mall on the second floor. Sales ladies were okay. The place could be a bit more organized but so far my favorite that I have been to in a while! I got a cool swimsuit for $8 each top and bottom. Pink with sparkles I cannot wait to use the swimsuit for a photoshoot. They had a great selection of nice clothes for working out or just every day. Much more variety than other places and a large selection of great deals. I only give it 4 stars since it could use more organizations the swimsuits were not organized in the right location by size so it took me a while to find what I needed. I went to Pearl Highlands Victoria's Secret and I didn't think that they had very good customer service because I had to find all my own sizes and all my own everything and I was in there for probably 90 minutes and they kept asking. "are you good ?" but they don't actually help you and find your sizes and help you shop. The other problem is they didn't know their merchandise and I asked if they had any purple panties in Section 1- their employee told me all the purple panties are in section 3 which was wrong. 2. it was hard to find my size and I did not think they were helpful. maybe because of shrink. Anyways thats assuming your customer is guilty of something which I understand but its the twentieth century Not everyone is broke trying to rip you off sometimes a person is just looking for XL purple panties- can I get some help?? Lastly I will leave u w witho could have spent more money in less time if I had been helped but I did love the new selections even though they were not that easy to FIND!!! The two star review was based on poor customer service I am the floor person very unknowledgeable about inventory my pet peeve-it's like you work here right???? and really the place was filthy a lot of dirty bras and I could have told the floor person had she helped me in any way shape or form. I came to buy something for a friend's bridal shower and hated the entire experience which sucks because it looks like they had a good selection of bras. I constantly felt like I was being watched and couldn't relax at all while looking around. Maybe they thought I was going to steal? All I had on me was my phone and wasn't dressed in a way that suggested I was going to steal. It was my first time actually being in a Victoria's Secret so I was looking all over the store and especially at the Sports bras. I thought that since the employees were younger, they would be easier to approach but a majority of them were giving me side eyes and looking at me up and down. It was awful! I've never been to a Victoria's Secret because I always hear stories about how the employees are stuck up and rude and aside from the lady helping me, it's true. An older employee measured me as a 34C and it was VERY OFF. I thought that maybe she would be nice but she was just as off putting as the other employees were. I tried on a 34C and a 36B and they were way too small and tight. For both sizes, my boobs were spilling out of the sides and when I did the bounce check, there was a lot of jiggle which is the opposite of what I wanted. Maybe my shirt made my boobs look smaller or my sports bra did and that's why I got measured badly but I don't know. I've never been officially measured before so I don't know how all this works. A different employee was helping me try on bras and she was really nice! She suggested this really cute wireless bra that felt very smooth. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a bra and could potentially support me but the sizes I tried on were way too small. I wanted to ask her to resize me after I got a 36B but at that point I felt so uncomfortable and ashamed of how big my boobs were that I wanted to leave. I still ended up buying the bra anyways and the gift for my friend just so I could avoid the employees actually thinking I was a thief. I really do wanna get that wireless bra in the correct size. For now I just gave it to a friend who is a B cup and could fit it way better than me. read more

So we were here a few weeks ago and I kept meaning to update my review.. They have a Caucasian lady working here and first time I met her she was really helpful. The 2nd time I met her, she went through my daughters' bags under the guise of "Oh that's a nice sweater can I see them?" And just grabbed everything from the bag and took them out. It didn't occur to me until she had dug through the bag, that she suspected us of stealing. That was a total let down and we left feeling embarrassed and profiled honestly. I get it, we had walked to one side so she could grab me other bra options while my daughters waited in another spot with our shopping. My thing is, I didn't see her do that with anyone else. Just us and yeah we're brown and we're Polynesian. I didn't feel good about this and it felt heavy on my chest. My kids seemed down about it too despite me assuring them she was just doing her job. I'm still going to make my girls come with me to this location because I don't want that ick feeling to stick with them. Anyway, just wanted to add maybe try another way to check if you suspect someone is stealing. Like look at your cameras or have secret signals to coworkers to watch ppl so you don't have to dig through their bags in front of other customers. I usually come here twice a year but occasionally I'll stop in to check out the sales rack on the Pink side. The cotton yoga pants and sweats are very comfortable. The panties have great deals although the price has been raised over the years.. And I don't like the lace material because it snags in the washer.. If you go into the fitting room, a girl will help measure you and find different bra options to try on. I haven't had bad service yet. The fragrances smell wonderful but the beauty section is a bit pricey. Luckily I checked out after a small line but during the holiday season the line can get really long which makes me question if I should just buy online or do I really want/need it now.. There is a limit on the amount of ppl inside. Tip, definitely tag team, bring your other half to stand in line and zoom around to shop before they get near the register. read more

OK OK so yes I am a frequent flyer of VS. and I love the deals I love to shop there but there are some drawbacks. Unfortunately this goes across the board for most of the Victoria's Secret stores on the island of Oahu. Most of the promotions that they have the employees always say they barely received but maybe one or two boxes of the suppose it free item. Of course this is usually gone within a day of beginning the promotion which frustrates most of us who may have jobs or may have other things that prevent us from going at the opening of the store to take advantage of this freebie / promotion. Don't you think they should order an ample amount to suffice those VIP shoppers and frequent fliers? I think so .... Here's the story: Stand in line forever. Get called to the front by the cashier. I run to the front, excited; I need to get the hot pink fanny pack before they run out! I get to the register. Cashier says, "you need to stand closer, not way back there" Cashier goes back to being annoyed, fussing with clothing on hangers, totally ignoring me. WTF!! I love Victoria's Secret but seriously, corporate needs to come in here and either fire everyone or retrain the entire staff. I have been to many VS stores and this so far is the worst one. If traffic going to town wasn't so crazy, I would go there. The cashier line here almost always starts in the middle of the store. There can be four cashiers working and you still wait 30 minutes to check out. The return system here is also a nightmare. They ask for your driver's license and then call a number to ask for approval if you can return an item. What? If you have coupons to use other than the free panty one, expect some hassle also. Don't forget to enter your email address and phone number on checkout (some cashiers won't let you) so you can get coupons in the mail. The checkout line at Ala Moana moves fast, I don't know why the cashiers here are so darn slow! Selection is not good here also. I love the Body by Victoria Demi bra, but I haven't seen the colors for my size change in three months! Hello, get rid of the ugly pink striped ones sitting there and get some fresh colors. The sales in here are awesome, the promos/gifts with purchase are even better, but there is a price to pay other than what's coming out of your bank account. The store was indeed in disarray as others have pointed out. Displays described one thing, but the item storage would be no where near the display. I usually hate "asking for directions" as I'd rather spend more time just looking for it myself... but it's near impossible to shop here without asking for help as most items are not to be found in the many empty drawers, but the floor employees had to keep calling to "the back" to find stuff back there. Aubrey was very attentive indeed, but I would still have preferred to just grab what I needed so I could move on (I am not always the hugest fan of "shopping"). I went into pink/victoria secrets today around 4pm. I entered through pink side and was not acknowledged, no welcome greetings - nothing. I was proceeding to look at the 60% off sales no one asked if I was doing okay or if I needed a size. As I was looking at the sale, another associate was scooting by with a ladder, she didn't say excuse me or sorry, I basically got shoved to the corner for her to pass by. Great customer service when you enter the store. An associate led me to exactly what I needed! Good quality merchandise in a variety of colors and styles. After a short browse, I went straight to check out, which is in the back of the store, which is a little weird! Victoria's Secret in pearlridge is smaller than the one in ala moana. When coming here for their panty sale, 7 for $28, it was crazy. Literally the entire panty bar was a mess and none of the sizes were in the right place. It was like Black Friday or something. The staff were not doing much and weren't trying to organize the panty bar. On the VS side the staff were a lot more helpful. They helped me find my bra in the right size. I didn't quite see it on the floor, so they were able to look in the back stockroom for me. When it came time to pay it was extremely crowded and it wasn't apparent to where the line went. They wanted the line to go straight down the middle aisle rather than wrapping around the side. They made everyone move even though they ended up losing their place in line. It is just really disorganized and the staff don't seem to know what to do. It is a little crazy, so if you are willing to put up with this then you'll have no problem coming here. However, I like the ala moana location much better and the staff are always working. read more

I have been going to Victoria's Secret since I was in high school. I have always loved their quality and fit. They have certainly expanded well over the years. This location has great customer service. I can't say that I have received bad service at Victoria's Secret before. This location is smaller and definitely less selection compared to the Ala Moana store. I actually prefer Ala Moana because of the selection, but when on the go and just stopping in, I go to this location. So I sent my daughters in with dads credit card told them to get measured and buy at least 2 bras (VS) and the 5 for 30 pantys on pink side while I took my small baby's to get food & change a diaper. So I walked away, mind you my daughters are 24 & 15 so they're not little kids. 15 mins later I spot my kids in center going down escalators-while I'm headed back to VS in the elevator lol. Anyway my girls said first the salesgirls ignored them, totally unwelcoming and they acted like they didn't want to be bothered(they were talking to each other about July 4 weekend plans) even though the store was empty. my oldest asked to measure her sister and said she'll get someone. They waited & when she did come my daughter said she didn't do it right. (I'll get to that in a second) she measured 40. Only the bust, not cup. Then she rudely said, "sorry we don't have anything in that size, try Torrid!" My 15yo was so embarrassed. They left and thats where/when I saw them going down escalators....guess your sales people are good for one thing, sending people to other stores. anyway we did end up getting properly measured at Torrid which those lady's were helpful, welcoming, and measured my 15yo at 46. My niece encouraged me to get a bra fitting and raved about what a wonderful experience it was and all she learned, and how much better she feels now. I'll spare all the details, but basically, she actually doesn't mind wearing a bra or sometimes forgets she is even wearing one... I wanted that same experience, and visited the same Pearlridge location. It's so convenient that I don't have to make an appointment, just walk right in. It was on a Thursday night, store was quite empty, someone approached me immediately, just as my niece said they would. Mentioned I needed a bra fitting, and lead me to the dressing area, and another worker was there waiting to assist. I don't want to mention her name, but yeah, it was nothing like my niece experienced. So she asked me what size I normally wear and played off of that, she measured me and asked me what I preferred or was looking for. She brought a few for me to try on, but kept running out of the dressing room, she seemed very pre-occupied and made me feel like a bother. When she returned she would let me know she was back in, I would show her the fitting, but I wanted her to check entirely, she only checked the front and had to keep running off again. Basically, I made my own judgment, purchased a couple that she picked, didn't get a chance to confirm the fitting was right by throwing on the light material t-shirt to check for bulges. My niece told me about that shirt and thought they would have suggested I do the same. As I was walking out of the dressing room, she was right behind me talking on the phone? Or was it a walky talky?? And she said (not discreetly), that she is finally has extra time! Okay, that explained why she was not attentive to me. You would think that more cashiers would be working. I saw two other workers on the floor, so I know there are workers. The staff was friendly and answered my questions, but the line is moving kind of slowly. To improve business, cashiers need to work faster and efficiently. Right color, right size, wrong style. Wtf. It's so frustrating finding a bra here. Everything is messy and disorganized. The staff is not very helpful at all. They all seem bummed to be working. So, during this specific time, I absolutely needed a new bra. After driving myself nuts trying to find the bra I wanted for 30 minutes, I finally found it on the mannequin. The girl on the floor told me that she wouldn't sell me the bra off the mannequin because it was for display only. Really? There's a price tag and a barcode on it. I've worked retail before, and I've sold an item off of the mannequin. If it satisfied the customer and makes the sale, what is the harm in that? Ugh. I left with a bra that I really did not like because they couldn't offer me what I wanted. read more

I went here to return some stuff. Of course, I had to go all the way to the back of the store. I went in the morning to: 1) Get it out of the way and 2) go in as soon as they opened to look less like a creeper. They opened at 10 (normal for the stores at Pearlridge on a weekday). I walked in and saw a worker. She directed me (in the simplest way possible) where to return things. She said "in the back". I didn't realize that Victoria's Secret was that there are 2 separate stores next to each other and one side is basically just underwear. How to Look Like a Creeper by Brannon. 1-star for the poor customer service experience, almost always here. The line to pay is ALWAYS really long and takes really long. They never have all of the registers open no matter how many people are in the line. I went recently and I think they had 2 registers open and probably 20 people in line. Only once someone took me from the line and had me pay on their handheld machine - but I'm not sure why they don't do this more often. 1 more star because I do actually like their bras and panties. Mixed up styles and sizes...I couldn't even find the one I was looking for. Thought it was just Black Friday craziness...but overheard an employee say that they are like this ALL THE TIME! Finally I went to ask for help and stood less than two feet from two employees who were talking. I patiently waited and stared at them, thinking they would break off their (clearly heard) gossiping to assist. NOPE. I turned around and went into the other room to find Bethany - the girl who had greeted me. She immediately was on a mission to help me find the style I wanted - to no avail. She apologized and showed me a few other styles I might like, but I ended up leaving empty handed. If even the store employees can't find anything, you know it's bad. I am thinking that I will be going on line from now on as the store itself is a mess and the workers need to get some personalities. Came here because they have a sale. Not very impressed with the store. They should keep it cleaner and in better order. Also no one came up to us to see if we needed help and we were in there maybe 30 minutes. When I went to pay for an item that's when I was asked if someone helped me and I told her No. She apologized for it but first impressions are important in customer service. I went to the Victoria Secret in the Pearl Ridge shopping center and received the best retail customer service experience. Without giving TMI I had to try on several styles and sizes to find the the right fit. Yes, I was measured but still had to try on different sizes. Honey K helped me and was so great. She brought me bra after bra while the store was busy and never forgot about me in the dressing room. I finally found a style and size that fit perfect and bought 3 bras. Honey K is the best, she gave me a customer service experience that will have me going back. read more
