Went to Victoria's Secret yesterday with my friend. There was a sale of 60% off bras. While looking in MY size bin of bras (which is 32d & dd to who it concerns.) A worker who is blonde with bangs and middle aged seemed like she was staring at me, and my friend had to audacity to say, "that's not your size." I told her KINDLY that they were my size. She then reply's with "that's not your size. you need smaller." Me and my friend are very respectful teenagers and were not being disrespectful to her or anyone all at. I get that I am on the smaller side so I might not have seemed like I was looking in the right section and maybe she was genuinely trying to help, but the tone she said it was very disrespectful. The greeter girls are nice that's about the only thing I could say about this store. This past visit on June 6, 2024 I was shopping for my wife and counted a total of six or seven employees walking around in this store yet one register was open. If you don't mind waiting in line a half an hour or more to check out then this store may be for you. I addressed this issue with the current store manager, which was a blonde hair heavyset girl but she answered me in a condescending fashion and walked away. This store was not busy for such a waste of time, This definitely took away my urge from ever shopping here again. Word of advice to VS get rid of the rude manager. read more

I received a nice amount of gift cards for the holidays for VS and when I decided to stop in to cash in the staff was super helpful and I was able to find everything I wanted and needed. Simone measured me and wrote down my favorite styles. After trying on she took the time to help me find great colors in all of favorite styles. It was super busy and she took the time to give me all the individual attention I needed. Needless to say I am very happy with the new items I purchased and the customer service at this location. I found my coupons in my wallet they was expired. So I went to work and I said let me take a visit to Victoria Secret. As I walked in the door the young lady was helping someone so I walked around to find out what they had then I bumped into another cell associate to ask do they take expired coupons and she said sure the look on my face with this big old Kool-Aid smile I said let's go shopping but one coupon I could not use and I was not upset because they did not have the item but thank God they did take my expired coupons. I wind up getting my free pair underwear and also outfit that was on sale for my knees it was two for the price of one and they also took my $10 off coupon. Only reason I gave them up for is because they need to have more plus sizes cuz the outfit that I brought for my niece I wanted it for myself but she's going to read graduate so I'm going to surprise her with a nice outfit. And I don't really go into Victoria's Secret because I had a credit card and it got me into trouble I used to go online shopping the store and went credit Card Crazy. So when another young lady asked me did I want to open a credit card I said no thank you and continue to shop. And I also brought the coconut lotion which is amazing it makes your body feel so soft and it's smells like you're on the island. I truly has to take more visits to Victoria's Secrets and Pink. Visited earlier today and was greeted by a sales associated named Olivia. She asked me what I needed help in, and I told her, and she helped me pick out a few items. I began to look around and found a few items I liked better, and decided to change my mind. Olivia found me again, wasn't too thrilled I opted out for other items, I guess because she didn't want me to get the better value. Got into the line. Pretty sure the sales associates talk among each other because my cashier knew who I was once she asked who helped me. She immediately frowned upon seeing me. I didn't even give her a tough time. Yes Cashier #1531063, I'm talking about you. I wished I asked for her name. Seemed miserable but I didn't pay her any mind, at first anyways. I bought a total of two bras and four panties, a total of $104.50 for six items, which I don't mind at all. HOWEVER, what I do mind very much is that all my items were wrapped by a single tissue paper and placed into a tiny bag, the ones used for the lip glosses or gift boxes. Hell, if I knew, I would've just skipped the whole humiliating experience, and just buy a gift card or opt out completely and buy online. Though embarrassed, I had to ask for a bigger bag because the items were gifts. I was not rude. I asked for a gift receipt, but I told her one for all six items would work. I did not have any coupons nor did I ask her for any to use during my visit. I did not use faulty giftcards or nor was my credit card rejected. I was completely compliant. It could have been a simple transaction and I carry on with my day. But it wasn't. Bottom line: its not how you treat people. read more

Prepare yourself for the PINK onslaught. Like all Vicky's, this mall haven of over-the-shoulder boulder holders leads off with a preliminary walk through a stinky selection of petroleum-based products all meant to make you smell more like a chemical flower and less like a real, live woman. Once safely past the gross lotions and potions (think AXE bodyspray, but for tweenage girls) and butt-branded primary colored sweats and panties, the big-girl undies are all organized for your perusal by size. I had a gift card to burn (thanks, Mom-Mom!) so I picked up my standard favorite, the Dream Angel demi, in a pretty pale gray. It was $45. That's major paper to spend on something that only my boyfriend and occasionally my best friend is going to see, but what the hell -- you can't expect to look good in clothes if you're wearing a cheap bra. The only reason I'm even yelping this particular Vicky's is the woman who rang me up -- in addition to being absolutely perky, when I complained that VC only makes one type of bra in my size, she suggested I try the "Sister Size," and explained that means, if you are a 32D, you should try on a 34C -- your sister size. From the moment I walked in Cindy greeted me warmly and immediately assisted me by telling me that Daina would be waiting in the fitting room to help me with fitting for new bras. Daina was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant in making this process seamless. Next, Gazzella then helped me with underwear shopping, providing me with a personalized experience and helping me to navigate the various options during a busy night. Last but not LEAST, the stores manger Haleigh was a breath of fresh air :)) taking the time to call a few stores, because this store was sold out of my size in a few of the items that I wanted. Ok, my best friend calls this place Icky Vicky's - because if you are a big gal - this is NOT the place for you. Victoria's secret is a place to buy "every day" underwear. It is mall-quality, mass produced bras, panties, sleepwear, loungewear and now - really poor quality fragrances and cosmetics that bilk thousands of teens and young 20-somethings out of millions each year - and their mama's too! If it sounds as though I am being harsh - well... ...I Kinda am. anyhow, I get my typical five for $25 plain cotton string bikinis there and whenever I get a "free panty" coupon in the mail I run right over. I am definitely not a a Power Shopper at VS - I much prefer high end lovelies like La Perla or Agent Provacateur for the specialty goods. But for an everyday comfy cotton undie? VS is my go-to spot. Just don't ask for help from the teen-aged, undereducated, underpaid staff (although they'll probably offer to help you). Come here during off hours when there are no lines to check out. read more

If I had the time on my hands, I would definitely drive to another location just to ensure that my size in underwear will be there. This is a BUSY location which means the pickings are slim. Now I am referring to the underwear selection as I can not fit the bras. It's always kind of junky, things are thrown all over the place. I give it 3 stars because there were times that I have had good service, but for the most part literally no one knows what's going on when it comes to a sale. I got a different response from every sales associate and I was told that the crops that I came in to get that were on sale were Not Included when they were the same exact pants in the picture. I had to pull up the picture to get them to honor it. Again customer service is a toss-up. You will get a funny look if you come in with price adjustments but at the same time every now and then someone will go above and beyond to help you find a size. Selection is ehhh. read more

Staff isn't friendly at this location. I went in to purchase some items and the staff literally stood in my way folding the underwear, and wouldn't let me get into the drawer. It was 1:30! Nowhere near closing time- like hello, id like to make a purchase, but you're literally blocking me from my size. They saw me and I guess just didn't care that I was looking for stuff. The store in general is a little hectic and sometimes it's a little tough to get help. I took my 12 year old sister there to get properly fitted. We wound up finding a woman, Ashley, who was extremely helpful. She helped my sister find the perfect fit and style. They didnt have the size I needed and associate became frustrated when I tried other types on saying "girl, you still didn't find what your looking for?".. Obviously not because your store isn't properly stocked, GIRL. When trying on intimates I'd appreciate more sincere, helpful employees not like pushy amusement park workers. I finally opened a Victoria Secret/Pink account after my daughters pressed and I liked their bags. I wish I NEVER HAD. The prices are very high so I don't shop there often. I think I made about 4 purchases for the year I had it or less. I paid bill off, then they raised my limit. I made 1 purchase after under $300. However, I found they added something called "Account Assure" to my account. When I called asking about it they said it would not be added to my account. I spent less than $500 on VS. Now my bill is over $1000 just for them charging account assure and late charges. I am done with VS. There is no secret other than a rip off. I'm canceling my account, they could not pay me to keep. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. read more

This review is not against the store, but against the quality of the merchandise. I feel like the quality has gone down over the last few years, but they are still charging high prices. My $50 sweatpants are getting holes in the seams (1 year), my bras have wires popping out of them (8 months), threads are fraying on the panties (2 months), and my $50 yoga pants have spotty color fading after 2 washes! I think they have pulled one over on everyone and cut back on the quality materials. It's sad because I used to get excited to shop here. read more

I recently went on a bra excursion at Victoria's Secret in the Cherry Hill Mall and was SO pleased! Cynthia who was working the floor genuinely wanted to help me find my right size and style I wanted without being the least bit pushy! When I got home to try the bras on again, I felt that they were too tight (just my personal preference, Cynthia sized me accordingly) So when I went back the next day to exchange the bras, Cynthia was working the next day and was more than helpful to pull the same bras I had in a different size. She was great! When I went up to exchange the 4 bras, somehow I only had 3 bras in my bag. Brandon, who was my cashier, was really trying to figure out how this happened (mind you the line was to the back of the store) and he kept calm and was so sweet that he left the register to go find Cynthia, who found the other bra. I highly appreciate the effort, sincerity, and politeness of these two! I will be back asking for them! read more

I went into the Cherry Hill Mall Victoria's Secret earlier today with my friend. When we walked in we were greeted by a worker named Cynthia. She was very nice at first, she asked us if we knew the specials that were going on and we told her that we did. Even though we already knew she said, "well I'm just going to tell you again to make sure you actually know." I found this insulting. She then went on to ask my friend if she wanted her to take her measurements to find her bra size. My friend said yes, and got her measurements. After my friend was done, Cynthia asked me if I would like her to measure me. I politely declined, as I had just been measured a few weeks ago. She then went on to ask me, "well when was the last time you were measured?" I told her two weeks ago. She then asked, "well what size are you?" I answered, but found this extremely rude. I told her that I did not want or need to be measured, and she then had the nerve to ask me what size I am, which is none of her business, especially since I did not want or ask for her help. As if this was not already crossing the line, she said to me, "I'm just going to go ahead and measure you again to make sure they got it right" and practically shoved the tape measure around me. After she measured me she said, "are you sure you're really that size?" (the size I had told her I was). I told her yes, that was my measurement two weeks ago. I have never had a bad experience with this store before but after my experience with Cynthia, I won't be purchasing anything from Victoria's Secret anytime soon. I understand that it is her job to help people, but I did not want or need it and Cynthia had the audacity to ask me personal questions and made me feel very uncomfortable. All in all, Cynthia was extremely rude to me and completely crossed the line. I gave this two stars not because of the brand or store, but mainly because of the worker Cynthia. read more
