i walked into the store to smell a perfume i had been searching for, for a good long while and i'm autistic and have sensory issues really badly so i constantly have noise canceling headphones on with music playing. as soon as i walk in and pick up the tester bottle an employee walks up behind me and starts screaming "HELLO??? HELLO????" and waving her hands in the air trying ti get my attention. i turned and looked at her, pulled my headphone to the side and questioned her. "WE ARE CLOSED! GET OUT" she waved her hands in a shooing motion. i looked at her and said "there's no physical evidence of your store being closed, there are customers walking around, employees speaking to and helping them and the gates aren't closed" and i set the tester down and put my headphone back on, i turned my music down to see if she had something else to say and i heard bits and pieces of what she said and it was NOT nice. don't go to this location unless you have a degradation kink, and if you do visit just for that, she has a long black ponytail and glasses. read more

I came here looking for a few bras, and it took me over an hour to leave the store. The selection is huge, though some stuff is very unorganized. I wanted a bra fitting and had to wait about 25 minutes for someone to help me, then when they did they were not thorough at all and told me the wrong size. I got a lot of attitude from the workers when asking for help with the fitting and with opening the dressing rooms. The prices are very high here which I expected, but the service is what really made this experience a bad one. read more

Poppy is so sweet she was nice and let me use my coupons and was patient with me. The selection wasn't much because of the sales, but, they helped me find what I needed and I didn't feel rushed. The value is always great I can't complain. I love shopping there. read more

When I started going to the store nine years ago, it was bustling with young people, working there and eager to help you. Now, if you go there, you can barely find someone to help you. They have hired more mature people, which, unfortunately means things are going to go slower as they try to help you. And I don't see some of them being physically able to move about the store , quick enough. I think that there are certain jobs that are better for mature, elderly people, such as maybe just standing and greeting people. But an extremely busy store like this should not have people that are not able to keep up with the demands. I went in there during their semi clearance sale and unfortunately there was a long line and they had moved the register in the middle of the store. Which seem to confuse a lot of people as they went towards the back to the counters and had to circle back around to the front. The people that they have working there seem to still be learning the register. They kept making mistakes and having to start over. I just think the workload is too much for somebody that isn't a little bit more useful and knowledgeable as computers and registers work. I also purchased a five for $30 panty deal and I know I picked out five and when I got there she told me I needed to pick one more out so I went all the way back over and picked one more out and then it turned out she just didn't see the other one that I had in the pile by the register. That was their first mistake. When I asked for a particular size bra, the older sales person responded with "WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU NEED SIZE 40G?" Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a rude response, and it is really not for her to say and question my bra size, I felt it very offensive, since I should know my own bra size! I just feel like they really need to revisit the hiring process and really go through, and not only find people that are a little bit more focused, but also they need to hire more people. And WHY on earth, there would only be two people running the store when they're having a massive sale throughout the store is beyond me ! read more

Fitting rooms are open again, displays are well stocked, but there's always a long line to check-out, a little odor to the fitting rooms on the VS side, and the prices seem to keep rising while the quality goes down. I love the Dream Angels line; it's been my go-to for years, but sadly this location doesn't carry much of my size in store, usually just neutrals if that. However I do regularly stop in for their modal pajamas set; comfiest things I've ever slept in! But they've gone from $54 to $64, and now I have waistband ties threading apart after the first wash. Additionally, the panties are now 5 for $30, but the selection is limited - hope you like no-shows made of non-breathable material, because that's it. Where's the cotton, or the lace? I like the steps they're taking to be more size inclusive, but when you don't have the inventory to support the all the sizes, it's kind of moot point. On another recent trip, I struggled to find bikini bottoms in a size medium and tops in a size 32DDD, so that was frustrating, and this time I couldn't find one Dream Angels bra in that size either. read more

Sales associate was very unprofessional towards me. I was shopping for a bra while the sale associate asked if I need any help, sure I could use some help. She then proceeded asking if she could take my measures, I agreed no problem. I picked 3 bras that I liked. She then comes back offering me a bag to carry those bras, I thank her and proceeded with my retail therapy day. What she did then completely shocked me and I still can't believe it happened even at this point. She started to criticize bra choices I've made, told me that there's one that won't fit, takes it away and puts its back on a shelf. All of that happened in a rude demeanor. I felt completely humiliated and didn't know how to respond to that. Needless to say I will never be back to that location. I've been a loyal VS fan and supporter for over 14 years now and never felt so sad after leaving the store. read more

This store is pretty big and has the best selection out of many others. And its organized. The staff was very helpful. I only buy all my bras/sports bras at Victorias Secret because they really do have the best quality. read more

My sister and I came here when she wanted to be fitted for a bra for the first time ever. Nina was working in the fitting room and she was super helpful! She made my sister feel comfortable during the fitting process and provided a lot of good guidance on how to find a good fit. I'm giving the review 4 stars because the line to check out was ridiculously long and not very organized. read more

Would probably leave 0 stars if I could. Place had food and drinks left all over the store. Employees weren't wearing identifiable clothing or name tags. It's close to Valentine's Day and they only had 2 dressing room stalls open. When asked if they could open more, when 2 girls were taking over an hour to try on outfits the entire time, they refused. Clearly cannot focus on multiple tasks at once, or keep the store clean. Very poor customer service and will absolutely not be returning to this store. Will drive to Tyrone square instead. read more

I have never had a bad experience with Victoria Secret in the past until now. I was in the area last week and stopped in the Clearwater location to by a new bra. As I haven't treated myself to a nice bra in about a year. I found a beautiful turquoise bra that was perfect for the summer. I got all the way home only to find they had not put the bra in my bag. I called a manager the next morning and explained the situation. She was rude, but none the less told me to come back and they would get me the bra. I explained to her that I was driving a long way to get there and could she please make sure the bra was there. She assured me it was. So that afternoon I drove 1 1/2 hrs back to the store only to find they did not have the bra. They were out in my size. I was so upset. Will not be going back! read more

Shopping at this Victoria location has been much pleasant compared with previous visits for me. Staffs have paid more attention to their customers and they take time organize their precious silky stocks. Everything is neat and clean even during the crazy sale events. This Victoria's Secret is huge! I don't think it's necessary to have so much lingerie under one roof. But the store was very clean, nice and the selection was obviously huge. I'm still waiting for the day they carry their clothes in store. Some of the items were very over priced though, like $50 for yoga pants, no thank you. read more
