I came shopping here needing more push up bras because I honestly don't have very many at home. Trying not to pack much but I really needed them. Prices are fairly high for a bra but I didn't care because I needed them. Jackie assisted me yesterday afternoon. She was very helpful in helping me find my size. They had different colors to choose from. I ended up buying a pink and red one for Valentine's Day. Hubby isn't here to be with me but I wanted to feel in the spirit of Valentine's Day. The cashier was super nice and helpful. Use your credit card because you gain points and earn stuff. I saw that I got a free Valentine's Day blanket for free. I spent over $100. She also gave me a coupon if you spend $50 or more you get like $20 off using your coupon. The store was clean and organized. Jackie was super funny and helpful. Go ask for her. The lady who was working the cash wrap was very rude to my mom. Usually if you know what's going on the with the store you would want to share all the promotion. Review by wife: my complaint is the same as others apparently. So there's a line to go in, an older Haole lady, an Asian lady, and then me are waiting to go in. Guess which of us gets the escorted service around the store?? The host doesn't call someone for the Other two lady's before me and neither was a rep following the other two lady's around(yes I noticed) , she calls one for me & literally this lady stays right by my side the entire time. Like I'm stealing, I felt really uncomfortable and was going to leave the store but my daughter was leaving in 2 days and I really needed to grab as many underwear as I could before her trip, and this was my only visit to the mall before she left. I had a PINK $90 reward card that expired today, but the closest stores-- Ala Moana and Waikiki-- were already closed (7PM) when I realized that I had to use it by today. I decided to go to the one in Windward Mall since it closes at 9PM. When I got to the cashier's desk, I was greeted by Lyla. I though the way she greeted me was very lovely. There were some panties that I wanted to order and asked Lyla if she could look for them on-line. Not only did she find my size, but she also showed me other colors that are available on-line in the same style. There were also 2 sweat shirts I asked her to look for. Last thing I bothered(?) her was to check the balance of a gift card that I had for a long time. The system didn't let her, so she asked Misty-- I think she is a manager-- for a help. Misty had to go-line to try to find that out, but it wasn't successful-- not their fault. BTW, Misty was very attentive while I was still shopping. The whole time Lyla was helping me with my requests, she was so sweet and kept smiling and laughed with me when we were talking briefly. I was having a bad day today, but Lyla and Misty, especially, Lyla made my night. P.S. I left the store when the whole mall was closing and when I got to my car, I realized I left my car key at the cashier's when I was paying. I called the store, and Lyla answered. If I could give just the host at the front of the store a star rating, I'd surely give her a 5. She was very welcoming and thorough with the new shopping procedures due to the pandemic. Kudos to her! However, the workers on the inside of the store..need help! While browsing, one worker kept following me around the store asking me if I needed help with anything. I mean...you've already asked me a handful of times, I'm sure if and when I need something..I'll come and find you! And when it was time to pay, the girl at the register told me that before she would help me, I needed to clean her counter and keypad. I told her that I was paying cash. So she told me, "well, that defeats the purpose. just don't touch it.". I was like..for real?!! She then tells me, that I need to hold the shopping bag open while she grabs my clothing items, because she can't touch the BAG, for HER SAFETY! What the fudge?! Great experience today. I came in to look at only the sale items but was surprised to see so many promos going on. $10.95 sports bra, 5 for $28.50 panties, $35 leggings and 75% off select perfumes and gift sets. I felt like this was a good deal, probably cause I haven't shopped in VS for a long while.. I believe she is the manager, a blonde lady, she was very helpful in helping me put all my items into a shopping bag. The lady at the dressing room opened a door for me with no attitude and the cashier was friendly. The panties were very organized! Something I usually don't see at other Victoria Secrets. When VS gets busy, panties are always the first to become a huge mess. It's frustrating when it takes me double the time to find my size. But when there are ppl crowding the table it can be a bit frustrating to fit in and clean it or find your size. Stephanie (Tall/blonde) lady was very very helpful! She told me about the sale going on (semi annual sale) and she helped me test all the perfumes in the semi-annual sale, which was so very sweet of her, especially it being my first time in this store. This is my 2nd time in a Victoria Secret. My 1st time was last week, pearlridge uptown. VERY BAD! No customer service, no greet, no testers, and literally was sniffing the bottles, cashiers seemed fake, didnt ask if I was helped, didnt ask if I had a rewards card & MESSY!! I've been a VS junkie for years and having one now in the Windward Mall is a dream come true! It is located on the 1st floor and the Pink side is very small, the VS side is pretty nice. Remember, it the Windward Mall, not Ala Moana, and for its location, it's up to date and usually has my size. Every time I go there there is the most helpful blond lady (I believe the manager) She is personalable, funny and goes out of her way to find things for you. Her is is also very helpful. They had ample merchandise during their semi-annual sale, and if you give them your email or open up a PINK card you get free merchandise and money coupons quarterly in the mail. I love free stuff! They sometimes get busy, but the cashiers are quick, and the floor people can even ring you up if the cashiers are busy. Very cool! It is a very clean store, no merchandise left in the dressing rooms, and enough sales staff on the floor, plus they always greet you when you come in. This is my first time going into this Victoria secret, I usually go to Ala Moana , Pearlridge, Kamakana VS/Pink. I've never experience such bad customer service... As I walked in, there were to employees doing shipment and no one said welcome. Usually when I walk in Someone tells me a promotion or asked if I wanted to get measured. That didn't happen here. I was walking in the store and this one employee looked as if she was shopping for herself like she was working and also trying stuff on. As I continue to walk through the store I passed a couple of employees numerous times but they never bothered to ask how I was doing. I asked what the current promotions were and the employee I had talked to said they were posted Around the store, and to read the signs. After I picked up a few things I headed to the register. This employee saw me walk toward the register and I'm there waiting but she just continues to fold the clothes she was working on. Another employee passed by me and went on the back and told me someone would be right with me. It took maybe about 10-15 minutes for me to check out. The store wasn't busy and there was a lot of available employees. Overall my experience was so bad, I don't think I'd shop at this store, if I were to visit this mall again. read more

I almost never shop at Victoria's Secret because I know I don't fit anything in there lol but I've recently lost a lot of weight and said "what the hell, I'll go in n look around!" So I went in and was greeted immediately with warm smiles and if I needed any help finding anything. Well I ended up with an associate helping pick out things! Her name was Lexi and she was really enthusiastic and very helpful! Well I made my first purchase EVER this past Saturday and I'm in awe because I actually fit things they have in there! Went to windward mall the next day and got everything i needed! Everything was clean, in stock and super organized. Came here last night for their special 10 for $35 panties that they had from 5pm-9pm. Figure that we should come to the Windward location since there was traffic going both to Ala Moana & Pearlridge and I thought that the foot traffic in the store wouldn't be as busy as the other locations. To my surprise, the store was bigger than expected, and the foot traffic was busier than I expected as well. So, we're shopping, got everything that we needed and stood in line. I thought there was just one really long line for all the registers, but after standing in line for like 10 mins, we were told that there were four separate lines so we all started to spread out. The formations of the lines for each registers was kind of messy with the way the fixtures are set up. Anyways, before I went into the store, I was able to load the "Free panty" promo but the other half which consisted of the 10 for $35 promo wasn't loading. I got to the front of the line, and I'm not sure if she was a supervisor (she took over the girl's register, and was telling the workers when to go on break and what not) called me to her register. I explain to her that for some reason, I'm not able to load the other half of the promos that were sent and she told me that she could not accept it and that I would have download the app in order to get the barcode. I asked her why, because I had the other promo pulled up so its obvious that I got the email about the 10 for $35, and she still proceeded to tell me that I needed to pull it up. I still questioned why I couldn't get it based on that, and that I always do this at both the Ala Moana and Pearlridge location and they accept it with no problem, so why was it a problem now because it makes it even worse that I couldn't even catch any internet in the store, not even any of the wifis that is available for TWC, Google Starbucks or the Mall's wifi at all. She told me if i go to the entrance, I can catch internet and to go straight to her register afterwards. So I took up my son and my two nieces outside just to download the app, and signed in but couldn't find the promo at all on their app. I walk back to the register and I tell her that I can't find the promo on their app. She looked at me puzzled, so I handed her my phone and ask if she could find it for herself, which she couldn't even do. She inquired about it with the girl next to her and the girl told her, 'Oh yeah, if they show me the app and that they're signed in then I usually just give it to them.' so she did. BUT while she was ringing up my items, I hear her mumble to the same girl, 'That wasn't the app.' Um, excuse me? I downloaded the app which said that it was in relation to The Victoria's Secrets Corporation & I used my login like I how I would on the website itself, and you wanna say that's not the correct app? This blew my mind. I had literally bite on my tongue to refrain myself from causing a scene because I just wanted to get out of there. On top of that, it took forever for her to allow me to swipe my card for my payment and she tried to make it seem like I didn't even know how to pay. She kept asking me what the screen said..like GUUUURL, I shop at VS ALL the time, I'm not just coming out from living under a rock, I know how to pay for my things with these types of machines. I cannot believe this horrible service I got here. I'd rather shop at the Pearlridge location and wait in line to pay for half an hour cause I know that I won't have any problems there. It's sad, though. I was really looking forward to shopping at this location, because I personally love Windward Mall, but because of ONE person, I will not patronize this location. read more

Reading the past reviews I sincerely apologize for your bad experiences but for me it was truly the opposite. I walked in and there was a host asking each guest if we were looking for anything special, letting us know the sales, what her preference and favorite part of her collection(which I believe is a TRUE upscale in suggestions of their products), and there was hand sanitizer to use before entering the store. I applaud that part very much! Usually when I shop I know exactly what I'm looking for and sometimes takes me ten minutes to shop. I went to the pink side and found exactly what i was looking for. They had a 2 for $52 sale I think and I had found 5 bras which I got stuck on. Jackie immediately came up to me asking if I was doing alright and showed me the bins with all the good sale of bras. I came back to the table with the 2 for $52 and found myself stuck because I wanted to just buy my neutral colored bras. She was so friendly and approachable and I had asked her for her opinion on which color to choose from because I wanted to jump out of my comfort zone and get colors that weren't my style. Not only does being friendly help but I got another 2 bras. 4 bras total! It may not mean or cost much but i feel like this store became my favorite location out of all the VS stores I've been to. Kenzie rang me up for my items and she was such a sweetheart! Really friendly and kept a good conversation at the register. Lots of friendly and helpful employees at this Victoria's Secret. Not a lot of waiting if you need help. Also had a lot of selections on different apparel and some of the newest styles. Was surprised at this mall the amount of variety of styles . Spent a good hour here with my friend and we're able to get some really good discounts on some of the body washes. I only give it three stars though because he didn't seem to have some larger sizes. But I guess that's Victoria Secrets for you. Also would've liked if they had more selection on workout apparel. Especially with a new advertise sale for $25 dollar workout pants. Didn't seem like they had a large selection but what they did have was appealing but limited in sizes. My Teen Daughter & I walked the whole store & passed 3 workers and not 1 person acknowledged we were even there! They were too busy talking to each other bitchin about how the morning crew don't do their "put backs"! For me, I've worked in the retail & customer service and I was taught to always acknowledge customers when they walk into store or even when I pass them! I just made a third visit there and was hesitant to do a review the first two times attempting to give the benefit of the doubt. Overall, customer service here is negative. There are a couple of floor gals that are pleasant enough, but really no real service involved. The gals at the register are not friendly either, they work with a straight face, no eye contact, and when I asked them to do an order online and had questions, I felt like it was a "bother" to be asking. Although I kept my demeanor pleasant and smiled(which forced them to smile back), it really wasn't a good feeling to be there spending my money. This happened all three times. It feels like they are doing us a favor instead of we are there so they have a job. It really is a place to go to try on what you want and then go online to order it if you really want the item...or better yet, look elsewhere. Lot of other good companies out there with nice items and a great attitude on customer service that make you want to keep coming back to buy more and is more deserving of your investment. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would... To be completely honest I am thrilled that there is finally a location near me so I don't have to drive so far. However, every time I step inside its never a good experience. I used to work retail as well and I know how it can be working short staffed, but I don't even think that it should make the atmosphere of a store let alone a well known brand location make a customer feel like they shouldn't be shopping there. No one ever greats you when you walk in and I see sales associates on the floor, but they never offer their assistance. Today I came in to exchange a bra and panty for the same bra and panty just a different size. I ended up having to pay the difference of the items even though I was exchanging them for the same items just a different size... This really threw me off. So I took a look at my receipt and walked back in just to clear up the confusion and I just felt really embarrassed. I just wanted them to explain to me why I owed them money if I was just exchanging the items not returning them to get money out of it. They never really gave me an explanation just talked amongst themselves which made me feel disrespected, like I'm not in here to throw a bitch fit. I politely asked for an explanation and wasn't given one. Just a hand full of receipts, money handed to me rudely, and a half- assed "sorry about that". I've been to this VS a few times now and everytime I am greeted with smiling faces. It is a smaller store so their selection is smaller as well, but it is very clean. I was measured for a bra and was directed to where the push ups were. It was easy to find what I needed. They also let me know of the promotions going on and I got a lot of great deals. Overall, this store is pretty okay. However, there were some issues I had during my visit. For instance, one of the perfume displays near the cashier had a used makeup brush of some sort lying next to some panties (which didn't belong in the perfume section). In addition, in the PINK section, there were bras on the floor (the majority aren't willing to purchase bras lying on the floor). Furthermore, within the Victoria Secret section, where the panties undergoing the 7/$28 deal were displayed, the drawers were disorganized and messy. The wrong sizes were placed in the wrong drawer. Some drawers were stuffed with panties, thus making it difficult to find any panty of interest. The panties were not nicely displayed, which made my search for finding the right size and style of panty difficult. Not only did I find the drawers messy and my shopping experience tedious, some panties were placed in the wrong section. Meaning panties that weren't qualified for the 7/$28 deal were misplaced. This issue particularly made me upset because while trying to purchase my items, which I thought qualified for the 7/$28 deal, the cashier told me three of my selected panties were actually for the wrong deal. Since these panties were PLACED in the 7/$28 deal section, how was I supposed to know they didn't qualify for the 7/$28 deal. All in all, the staff need to be more tedious in keeping the shop clean, organized, and verifying the correct merchandise is placed within the correct area. The owner of this store should also look into hiring more staff. Today, I only saw two staff members. Having only two staff members trying to manage an entire store containing a lot of shoppers is too stressful. Plus, after seeing the mishaps today, I think the short staff isn't capable of managing this store to its greatest potential. In the future, I hope this store will acknowledge and apply to fix these issues. read more

I was super excited that a VS location opened up at windward mall. I mainly go to the Ala Moana location, but with an infant, windward mall is easier to bring him around to. However, the first 4 times I went into the store, no one greeted me, so I walked out every time. It was just so awkward and uncomfortable. The last two times I went in, I had coupons and I knew exactly what I was looking for. I had a free panty coupon once, but when I went to check out, I guess my phone didn't have service because I was unable to access the coupon. The girl at the register (Brooke) told me she couldn't "offer" it to me and that I needed to download the app, etc.. I told her I received the coupon via email but I couldn't load it in the store, she told me sorry, I can't honor it. I was like okay whatever..... Then the last time I went in, it was to get a free tote if I spent x amount of dollars. Same girl, was there and I was in a hurry, so I grabbed a few things and at check out I asked her if i had enough merchandise to get the tote. She replied "what tote?" Not in friendly tone either, like she was irritated that I even asked a question. So I had to explain to her the promo and she knew exactly what the promo was, it was like she was testing me if I knew. I'm used to receiving the outstanding customer service that I get every single time I go to the Ala Moana location, and the workers coming up to me asking if I knew about the specials/promos that are happening right now. Specials/promos at VS are no secret (with the amount of advertisement that they put out) and shouldn't be. Bottom line, I feel they all could use a bunch of customer service training stat!! Totally different atmosphere and I'm really disappointed because I was really excited about this new location. read more
