Today my niece went to pink and Victoria secret we decided not to get the item from Victoria secret and the sales person asked oh you don't want the items we decided to purchase something from pink since it was a little pricey. It's so sad that it's my niece first time going to your store she was excited and to have your sale rep announce over the two way radios oh she doesn't want it it's to expensive for her out of her budget loud on the two way radio. CUTE YOGA PANTS W/GREAT SERVICE !!!!! So, I came specifically for Black Friday /buy one get one 50% off. On this trip I spent $250.00 and the woman who was helping me was soooooo nice! She had pink/purple colored hair, and lord, she was bouncing around that whole damn store in 5 mins flat like the for real road runner lol it was so nice to see someone so enthusiastic because Honestly, most VS employees are so annoying, rude, and somewhat stuck up...(speaking of stuck up, there was a gay guy and a super skinny girl who were being just that! RUDE. They literally walked right in front of me and couldn't even say "excuse me" or anything- lol. But Anyways, I didn't let that ruin my shopping spree) I was really glad to see that at least some of the employees there had great customer service /didn't fit the normal "rude VS workers" There were awesome sales, and can I say I LOVE the new fewer people inside?! I am so happy the pandemic has done this for us, lol! I got to see the store not a wreck, no kids running like crazy w/moms yelling, Things were folded, and no hovering over me! WINNING. Im giving 1 star because I have to, but I would rather give negative stars because of how rudely I was treated at this particular store. My experience here was very bad considering that I was treated with much disrespect from an employee. She judged me for my chest size which is bigger than others including her and she used that to criticize me and make me feel like an outcast. She was very rude towards me and my friends and even said, ¨Why are you broke Mexicans shopping here you should go back to Mexico where you belong.¨ My friends and I took this into much offense considering we are NOT MEXICAN but Dominican and Puerto Rican. I don't really like to shop at the mall anymore, but I had to come in for an online return for 2 items. The lady at the register didn't care to check her mistake when she refunded me only one item. As I walk out of the store looking at the receipt, I realize it said only one item refunded. So I go back, stand in line, and meet her again and told her she refunded me only one item. Usually Victoria secret is known to be crowded and have excruciating long lines. Of course this was the case as always but I didn't seem to mind. I literally shopped for about an hour and a half and Veronica was there to help with any questions I had. She was very approachable and didn't approach me 1000 times. She did however great me and make sure to check on me enough times to cover any concerns I had while still allowing me my space to make decisions for myself, which I loved! She was there when I needed her and was very helpful and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with Veronica! She is a great employee. Now... Karen at the register. Another amazing employee! She was sooo patient with me! She was super sweet and didn't make me feel rushed or that i was putting too much on her. She grabbed me a few things I didn't grab, helped me exchange an online order, and also order more things online for me. I honestly threw a lot at her but she handled it with such pose and my favorite part with respect and with such positive energy. Let's admit we sometimes run into those girls that are a second away from an eye roll... but definitely not these ladies! These girls definitely made my shopping experience in store such a great one. I recommend trying out another Victoria Secret location if at all possible. The "Manager "Karen doesn't care about the customer. She wants you out! She is an arrogant human being. Very disrespectful. She is snappy and not willing to help a loyal customer. If this is the face that is representing Victoria Secret I would be concern. I walked into this particular Victoria Secret to return a gift. I didn't have a receipt, tracking number, order number. It was a gift and rightfully so I was just asking if I can get store credit. She refused by all means to help me and treated me with a standoffish attitude trying to belittle me. After asking for the managers name I went home and call customer relations. Long story short I came to the realization that I had options and they were denied at the store. If you have an item without a receipt or an order number that was purchased online you have 2 options. 1. The store can offer you the lowest selling price of the item and give you store credit. 2. The item can be sent to the distribution center (warehouse) once the item has arrived to the warehouse they will send you store credit based on how much the item was paid for. Just felt compelled to share what I learned after my experience and wanted to warn everyone of the incompetent manager by the name of Karen. I recommend that they re-evaluate her work ethic, customer service and overall professionalism and re-train the staff so they are prepared for a situation like mine. I came in for a bra today and knew the exact style I wanted unfortunately they didn't have anything but Carol came up before I could even ask for help and started to lended a helping hand and when she saw they still didn't have anything I was in love with she even went above and beyond to check what they had in the back and guess what she came back with a big box of happiness and the perfect bra that I wanted was right there. Not going to change the star rating. Again and Again i keep being let down as a customer.. I walked in yesterday on Thanksgiving evening. Thru the pink side. KATE eho is one of the associates there looked pretty annoyed. She was moving some white racks and she Almost bumped in to me. Here is the tricky part. So my mom has gifted me a gift card from Victoria's Secret from this exact location, and as I'm trying to purchase my bra at the Glendale mall the guy at the register told me my card had no money in it. I gave my mom a phone call and she told me she put in $100. Unfortunately she threw away the gift receipt and now we have to wait about 2 weeks to hear from someone. It's so frustrating to know that either the employee doesn't know how to put in money into a gift card or that the employee scammed my mom. For example this last time I went the girl working the dressing room told me I was only allowed to take 6 things in with me. Generic. Eh, ya know, I am not the biggest fan of Sticky Vicky's. They don't offer a ton of sizes (past 34D and even then, those bras arent the cutest things you'll want covering your bits.) This particular one is always trashed and smells funny and is always FILLED with strollers. Customer service is rather slow and indifferent, but whatevs. I too am a girly girl, but gosh darn it, I will stamp and pout to get Agent Provocateur once a year (consider them an investment.) This place is good for your every day sort of knickers, though. You can't beat seven bucks. All of my target bras were super uncomfortable and I came here on Tuesday and apparently I've been wearing two cups too small. Angie was really nice, polite, patient, and helpful. The last time I came here, I was greeted and even complimented for my Juicy Couture bag. This time, the store was busy with their semi-annual sale (and the line was too long) so I decided not to buy anything; please take note Victoria's Secret! Everyone was so nice! The store was pretty messy when I was here but it was also the day before the fashion show and it looked like every stock person they had was out on the floor preparing for what I'm sure was a flood of customers the next day. So I can't really give an accurate description of the usual state of cleanliness. It has three distinct rooms: first one is the lingerie, second is registers and beauty, third is Pink. They made a mistake on my order (charged me for an extra item I didn't even get) and rather than helping me resolve it, they tried to send me to another store and contact a customer service line. After I told them I already talked to customer service and they told me to go into any VS store to resolve it, they just walked away. Nancy was at the register just smirking and laughing. I ended up going to another location and they happily resolved the issue for me with no hassle. I won't be shopping at this location ever again. It seems like they like to give people a hard time just for the joy of it. They deserve to go out of business or retrain all their employees on customer service. I was there recently for black Friday and the first 2 girls to approach me just greeted and asked if I needed help I said ya but the first girl said okay be right back and never did. The second I asked hey are these the only ones that come in a cute bag? She flat out told me "no OBVIOUSLY if that's all you see there." So I walked away and then this guy ANGEL approached me with a smile and asked if I needed help I asked him the same thing and he says no we have a couple more over here I'll show you!
