Absolutely crappy service today. Was sent away from the main register which had one person being rung up and sent to a register in the middle of the store. When I said there was a long line she just said sorry. Then proceeded to call the girl at the other register thinking I didn't hear what she said. So rude. Hope she isn't a manager. Then the girl at the second register couldn't even smile. I was overly polite and she was rude too. Clearly they both hate their jobs. This literally just happened. Terrible service I was gifted a gift card but accidentally scratched off some on the pin and the staff made it so complicated to get a replacement. The first time I went I was given a number to call for company support and when I did I was told I'd have to take it up with the store where the purchase occurred . So I went back to the store with the receipt used to purchase the card and was told I needed to have the person who purchased the card come with me even though it was bought in cash and I had the receipt, when i did get a replacement I chose my items and went to pay but went a bit over the funds I had in the card so I was gonna use the card and pay the difference but instead of charging the gift card the cashier charged it all on my card and said I could not get a refund so I would have to wait until the items I ordered in store arrived at my house then come return them even though I had just ordered them so I don't understand why it couldn't have been canceled considering the order had just been placed in store. Overall the employees were not helpful and a lot of my time was wasted. I do not plan to continue shopping there in the future. read more

This store has the friendliest associates out of all the stores I've visited, but lines for checkout are SO BAD. I would be in line for AT LEAST 30 minutes each time I visit. I really only go there when I absolutely need to, otherwise I just do my shopping online. The associates are friendly and are always willing to help, I'm aware that it's company policy to only have maybe two cashiers so that's probably something that need to be brought up to corporate. The store just always seems to be dirty and it makes it discouraging to shop around. Like I said, I'd only come in if I absolutely need to because the associates are friendly and they actually take coupons/rewards but I just need to be ready to spend a good amount of time waiting in line. If you're making an angel card payment do it online, save yourself lots of precious time. read more

I am very impressed with this Victoria Secret. More specifically, I was very impressed with the customer service. The staff I interacted with were so approachable, knowledgeable, down to earth, and passionate about their work. The selection was very good and the girls helped make sure I was taking home the appropriate bra size and found the color(s) I was looking for. I get it, covid. However the employees should be a little grateful they have a paying job right now. Covid does not equate for rude employees. If you don't want to work, quit so someone else can get a job. Or maybe find a job that doesn't deal with public if you're afraid to get the rona. Dirty and very unorganized. I don't completely blame the staff, more so the clientele. Mothers who let their kids run around the store without supervision while they shop should be shot. Three kids were actually spraying perfumes and body sprays just for fun. Save yourself the headache and take a drive to Monterey or shop online. read more

Most of the associates were nice and asked if I needed help. When I was ready to try something on, I asked an associate who was closest to the fitting room. KENDALL. She wasn't helping anyone and was just straightening out some clothing nearby. I asked very nicely if I could get a fitting room. She didn't say anything, literally ran into the fitting rooms with me waddling behind her (I'm 7 mos pregnant), opened a room and brusquely said something about sizing and her name was Kendall, and then she ran off. She was literally acting like I ruined her day by asking her for a fitting room. I was totally turned off by my experience and pretty much ran out of there. Idk who this Kendall is everyone is raving about. But this girl was not helpful and was rude. SORRRRYYY Kendall if I inconvenienced you in any way! Won't be getting my sale today. read more

Two weeks ago visit to VS was very pleasant, all the girls were very helpful and let me know about all the specials going on. Yesterday I go in, all the workers talking among themselves ignoring customers. The line was ridiculously long so I put some items on hold. Of course I asked how long they would be on hold for she assured me I had till the next day closing. I walk in today and my luck they don't have it. I wouldn't mind looking for my items again but I don't feel obligated to do so because I wasted enough time there in the first place. Don't put items on hold here or it would just be a waste of your time. read more

I love VS merchandise but this location has the worse customer service. Half or the associates know what they are doing,but the other half are clueless and very rude. I went there to do an even exchange in size and a chubby girl with curly hair, who's name I didn't get (cashier 1699993) "helped me" out. She was completely unaware of how to do an exchange and denied doing it. She offered to give me the lowest value for the item ($25) and then charge me the size that I needed at regular ($80) price! I obviously declined and asked someone else to help me. Another cashier was able to complete my even exchange without issue. The worse part of this experience was when I returned another item, expecting to get at least store credit for presenting my original receipt, but I ended up with NOTHING! This same cashier, curly hair girl, credited the angel card that was originally used to purchase it, without asking me or giving me a choice of store credit, even after I told her that "I'd like to return it because it was a GIFT given to me in the wrong size" she was not able to void this return so I ended up literally, unwillingly returning my x mass gift back to the person who bought it for me because this inept employee credited the card used to purchase it. The manager did not do anything about this either, she just refered her to call customer service, which was of no help. I am Sooo disappointed in VS customer service agents and store employees! To top it off, as I was packing my receipt back in my purse, the cashier asked me to move so that she can help the next person, WHAT? Customers aren't even allowed the courtesy to put their receipt in their purse without getting rushed to move! So rude and unprofessional. read more

Had such a bad time here the store was totally unorganized dirty the beauty products in the the pink side was all open they clearly were not the testers lotion were spilled lids were off and when I finally looked the scattered mess and found some of what I went in there for I wanted to ask if the sale was the same as online I tried looking for an associate walked through the whole store was being ignored then i finally realized a a group of three girls who were on there phone clearly socializing with a full store were the employees not one of them could answer my question and they directed me to a guy who I thought was a customer who I seen in the store them he left and had to ask someone else after four employees not knowing about the sale I was already annoyed I had to admit but when I got to the register I found out the sale I was looking for was on so i was a little bit happier about that. And after leaving the store and had complained to a family member she toof me she's had similar experiences and every time she's been in there since the move it's always been unorganized in the pink section and thrift store vibe when all the beauty products are scattered in that way. So basically my first time in the new location was my last I really do love victoria secrets and pink but I am gonna stick to there online store. read more
