I came with my growing tween as this ins one of the very very few store that offered bra fitting. The process was discreet enough so she did not feel " cringed out " the changing room are spacious and clean , kitted out with a tablet to call in your shopping assistant once you are done. She came in, always making sure my girl was feeling safe and treating her kindly asking her the right questions regarding pull/ tug and comfort to guide her. Always great offers in ; today was buy 2 bras get one free and the usual 7 knickers for $35. You can shop on either side Pink or VS. The cashier split the bill into two so we would get double rewards. Clever and kind. Grateful made her first experience human not body associated and kind. We'll be back. read more

This review is for the PINK store. Hope Melissa is working when you shop there. She's the BEST! I haven't been in here in a very long time. Came in to buy bras for my teen daughter. We were so lucky to have Melissa greet us and ask us if we needed any help. She sized my daughter on the spot, asked her what she was looking for, took us to the section that had them. She grabbed a few for us, used her mic to let the person in the fitting room know that we were coming. The whole process was so smooth! Melissa was so kind and gentle with my daughter. The dude and I came to Victoria Secret on 2/14/22 as I usually just shop online but since we had the opportunity to shop inside the store why not. I actually had to two gift cards to Victoria Secret but I left them back at home in Clovis Ca so it was a bummer i couldn't use them. Anywho we were greeted upon entering and I use to love shopping but now a days shopping l find shopping a drag especially when the dude rushes me . But surprisingly he didn't ! I wonder why xD Anywho, they had pretty good sales here and I wasn't in the mood to try anything on or get fitted so I opted for easy to shop items that I know I could fit. The store was organized and clean. They had stuff for all occasions. I am a Victoria Secret Princess as I only get my under garments from here and have a nice collection. I haven't really bought from here in a LONG time as I am completely over stocked to the point I have hundreds of unopened items xD It was nice to see the new options here. Not much has changed since I been shopping here since 2011, well except the use of the new paper bags. They don't seem as fancy. I do like how they wrap up your items up in gift wrapping paper which was a nice surprise later on when I unpacked them when we came home. The staff is always friendly and helpful ! Store is absolutely ridiculous.I usually have a great experience at this place.But after today I'll never go back there so. If you know your bras are going to break shouldn't you tell your customers to keep your receipt for the next 3 to 4 months and you should probably tell them how the garment should be washed and also don't cut the tag off inside the bra. They would not let me even pay half for a replacement cause I cut the the tag off inside. Do better ladies no wonder VS is going down hill. read more

I started off having a positive experience with Arnel, but things changed when I got to the register. The cashier was rude when I asked about the two styles I was exchanging. The exchange itself was straightforward, but she insisted that if I wasn't doing an even exchange, I'd have to return the free tumbler that broke in transit. She was really adamant about needing the broken tumbler back, even after I repeated that it was broken. She said there were no exceptions, and she would need it unless I was exchanging the full value of my order. I then showed her some additional items, which should've made it clear I was spending more, not less. But she quickly told me the colors I wanted weren't available, clearly irritated and treating me like I was just another difficult customer. She didn't offer even basic courtesy, so I told her I knew there were colors in the drawer and that I'd go get them myself. She didn't respond, just stayed stone-faced without any suggestions. As I headed for the drawer, the same friendly associate who had initially helped me asked if everything was okay. I paused and told her there was something else going on. Once she finished helping another customer, I explained the situation--how the out-of-stock issue wasn't the problem, but the cashier's approach and tone were. She immediately acknowledged that the cashier had been inappropriate and said she'd speak to her about it. She also offered to take over my transaction, which I was happy to accept and I made it clear that I was in no hurry and to take her time. She quickly resolved the issue with the broken tumbler, and she understood that I had already called and chatted online trying to handle it. The online chat rep mentioned they would send a $10 ecard as a goodwill gesture for the broken item, but I hadn't received it. She really turned the situation around for me. The initial sales associate also turned out to be the store manager. I was very impressed that she immediately acknowledged the unnecessary negative treatment by the cashier and took over the rest of my check-out experience. She also patiently answered all of my inquiries and dealt with my concerns graciously. I hope that Arnel not only gets a raise but is promoted for effectively executing and turning a customer's negative experience around on the spot. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I went to Victoria Secret before Christmas and they said if I got a Vs credit card I would get &35 off my purchase. I had a bill of $10.28 I sent in before the due date but they said they got it 2 days after. They billed me a &25.55 late fee and a $3.00 paper report fee. Never agreed to that. They told me I had a bill for &50.51 but couldn't tell me what extra $20 was for. I sent them a check k for $27.55 and they sent it ba k to me saying they couldn't read it but it was fine, totally legible. So now I'm sending in fee for $50.52 that day in the mail and I get a text I owe $96. VS did nothing to help me. Said they are investigating and would get back to me and never did. Community had the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my card and paid it to be done. Come it's are crooks. But they represent Vs. Vs already downgraded this store. It will be no time before they are out of business using Comenity. VS just lost three customers. I told my daughters we are never buying another thing from there. read more

Extremely good attitude, the service is off the hook! But some actions I'm not cool with. I had lots of Online orders due to replacement of most my bras and the great sale they had. I had ordered over $1000 worth. (plus I've been shopping at Victoria's Secret for over 30 years. I even have the Victoria's Secret laundry soap, Victoria's Secret laundry softener, and Victoria's Secret gum) However they were on various separate orders. I was having trouble with sizing. Anyway I had returned about $100 worth of a $400 order at the concord store and they took the free tote bag. OK I had another tote bag from another order and I was using it to shop with and I was doing an exchange plus paying more....and I told the sales girl that I already surrendered the Free tote, but she did not believe me and made me empty the tote I was using and she put everything in a paper bag. WOW! I explained that I already surrendered the free tote from that ordered so she said she'd scan it and check but since the sales girl at concord didn't note it, she didn't believe me, so I had to return two totes I mean, how petty can you be? This is where customer service becomes an issue plus I have two accounts for some reason. I don't know why one shows orders and one shows returns and exchanges so she was only seeing the returns and exchanges which doesn't look good on my end. she didn't see that I spent over thousand dollars in the store and online. After thinking I decided to call customer service. They were gonna call the store, but the store wasn't open yet so I called back and explained the situation again and the girl on the other end said that's their policy and I called again for the third time that girl apologized for all the poor customer service I received and sent me two free bags, I really didn't want the bags. I wanted the Store to know that this was an opportunity for them to make me feel like a valued customer by saying "hey you can just keep the tote." You spend a lot of money here and thank you for shopping with Victoria's Secret! there was another store out in the Fresno area where I exchanged a bra and they didn't mind at all. Didn't say anything about the tote. They were really nice about it, no questions asked very professional, but not all employees. Have that skill level yet. -if you have a customer that's in their 40s or 50s there's a good chance that, the customers been shopping at Victoria secrets for 30 to 20 years. I had a really good experience when I was there during the week. However, I got one size incorrect and needed to go back on a Sunday... The young lady behind the cash register was rude, difficult and kind of mean. She seemed more worried about process and where I was standing in an empty store, than being welcoming and helpful. At some point in the transaction I asked her why one panty was cheaper than the others. She said it was on sale and if I like she could charge me more, and it's store policy to ask customers if they liked to be charged more....not sure if that's true or why that's store policy, but it was more about how she said it, that was upsetting. It seemed like she didn't want me there. I don't know if I'm going to come back due to her unwelcoming behavior that I experienced today. No thanks! read more

I was in here buying a present for my niece earlier this evening. The lady who greeted me upon entering and asked if I was looking for anything in particular was friendly (one star for her). The store is also clean and neatly organized (another star). Then came time to check out which was quick as I was the only customer in the store. I requested a gift receipt (which was provided) and was informed they only had miniature bags. So, after spending $70, they proceeded to stuff my niece's present in the mini bag. There were 3 employees behind the register and I overhear one of them tell another "you probably have to pull some big bags from the back." I go to this VS specifically for Akram. She has helped fit me for bras several times through the years and does an amazing job each time, so much so that I remember her personally! She is thorough and guides with advice on the best look and feel for each bra style. She takes my opinions and wants into consideration and really tries everything until you are 100% satisfied. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant and fast, but also gives plenty of her time to make sure you've got it perfect. read more

Worst costumer service. Staff here needs to be friendly and more visible staff on the floor. Walked around the store with lots of merchandise on my hand passed by couple staff and nobody had offered a help nor ask if I needed a shopping bag. I also came to check out nobody was there and when a went to the PINK register a lady was there but just brush me off saying to check out at the other counter. I honestly hate going to Victoria secret because the locations I've been to either: A) Everything is a mess and disorganized B) The staff is limited C) The staff are not helpful However this location had none of those! The place was so organized, the bras and panties were in its places. If you wanted a small you could easily grab a small, if you wanted your size the drawer was there and not empty! Everything was well stocked. When I walked in I was greeted by two friendly staff members and they made sure to greet everyone that walked through the doors. I would also say I had a question and without asking for help there was a staff member there ready and willing to answer any questions I had. This brunette girl with a nose piercing was helping another lady in the dressing room, me, my friend and two other ladies where waiting for her to unlock a room for about 5-10 minutes, she made eye contact with us and ignored us. When I asked for a room she ignored me. I repeated it and came up to her, she finally gave me a room. I asked if I asked if I could be in the room with my friend and she said noon a rude tone and gave me a nasty look. After I was done I asked if I should leave the clothes inside and she ignored me again. Not only was her attitude bad but she was so focused on the other customer which I'm assuming was her friend because she was standing and chatting by the door, the rest of the staff are pretty nice but please fire or talk some sense into this lady. read more

Rudest employees. Please note this took place on a Thursday afternoon at about 4pm. There were more employees in the store than patrons. After waiting for a long time for a room an employee saw me waiting and walked over finally to rudely say "how many items?" I replied back with the amount and said "can I get a hello or anything"? She then replied with " if you wanted help then you could've asked". I told her I pressed the "assistance" button and waited. She then began to state how she deserved respect. What?!?!?!? When did things go left? I decided I would refrain from my try ons and ask to speak to a manager. I found the manager and the gal that originally helped me, who stood right next to her the entire conversation. When I explained the situation to the manager, she told me their buttons do not work...... hmmmm.... That sounds like an Internal issue and did not help the situation at all. I haven't been to this new VS location until yesterday, and I'm loving it! The layout of the store is always nice and manageable, smells good, the employees here keep it nice and tidy. I went in needing a nude colored bra and a black colored bra and with the help of Alreesha on the floor and Akram in the fitting room, I got the exact style and color I needed! Alreesha was incredibly sweet and upbeat and helped me search for my style and size and let me know they could order anything if they didn't have it in store. Akram helped me try on a few different sizes and helped me find a bra that fit me perfectly (I haven't gotten a new bra in a long time so my size changed!) thank you to Alreesha and Akram! (Alreesha also immediately helped me when I came back that same day needing to exchange something two thumbs up lol) :) I ended up leaving with the two items I came in for, as well as their $5 for $28 deal. I was beginning to think Victoria's Secret stopped sending coupons since I hadn't received any in a while. BUT, I received several coupons earlier this month for free panties, $10 off any purchase, 40% off sleepwear, etc... Upon entering, I started picking out panties since I knew exactly what I wanted. Shortly thereafter, I was greeted by Amanda who asked if she could help me find anything. I showed her all my coupons, and told her I wanted to use up all of them, and asked her to point me in the right direction. She asked if she could measure me and if I would try on a few bras. I looked at my two little's shopping with me, and I looked back at her, and told her I didn't think I would be able to. After a little convincing (it will only take 10 mins!), she brought me back to the fitting rooms and Giselle took over helping me from there. Giselle, YOU deserve 5 stars girl!!! She gave me bras to try on, checked in with me, then went onto the sales floor and pulled the ones I had chosen. All with the QUICKNESS!! She even checked my coupons/selection once more to ensure I had the right items. Check out was a bit of a mess; long, slow line. However, all cash wraps were open and they were moving as quick as they could. I am sure I slowed them down too with my multiple transactions. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, with 3 panties and 3 Body by Victoria bras for less than $60. read more

This Victoria's Secret is pretty small, wedged like a thin slice of questionable cheese between the cracker crumbs that make up Broadway Plaza in downtown Dub Cee. In a pinch, I'll stop by for a bra fitting (Sidenote: Why does my bra size change more often than my mood according to the VS fitting gyal's measurements?) or a brisk perusal but I rarely find something eye-catching enough or worth my time. Apparel is limited but pajamas seem to reign supreme, so if you're looking for a little sleepwear you can bet on finding something to take a gander at. I will say that their lingerie is plentiful and they always have the latest VS offerings. They stock the newest and truest, so whatever is being advertised on the website as the current styles are usually at one's disposal in this store. In terms of bras, panties, negligees and what have you, sizes seem to be consistently available, which alleviates plenty of frustration and the potential midday customer meltdown. (Don't act like you haven't had one, ladies! ...Or gents.) The staff is pretty friendly and willing to help, although I sometimes question the logic behind having one cashier while three associates roam the floor casually folding chonies (my slang for underwear, inherited from my darling sister) like bison in a grassy, desolate field. But hey, logic is contextual and bison need love too. read more

I came in the store to buy some lotion and look around for some bras with my friend. The salesperson that greeted us was super rude, I told her I was just here to look and proceeded to talk with my friend and go to the back of the store. She continued to talk about deals even though we told her we were just going to browse and pick up some lotion. She yelled at us "fine just walk away" in the rudest way possible. We ended up leaving the store because she was the only person available to check us out and we just did not want to deal with her mean attitude. Three years ago, I worked my butt off (literally) and lost 40 lbs. Early on in the process, my boobs volunteered as tribute. I had procrastinated on bra shopping for far too long. I made my way to VS after a disappointing experience at the Macy's lingerie department. Although I had a Macy's gift card to spend, I left frustrated at the lack of acknowledgement by any employees and my own failed attempt to figure out my bra size and preferred styles. I needed a bit more help than the Macy's folks seemed to be willing to provide. Although I had to ask someone for initial help, the VS employees were all super nice and quite helpful. The first person I spoke with happily fitted me, asked a bit about what I was looking for, and sent me with a bra card to the fitting room. They have every style in every size available in the fitting room. Trying a bunch of options was very convenient and quick. The employee who helped me there was great. Once I determined my favorites, she passed me off to a third colleague for "styling." That person walked me around to pick out bras and I left with exactly what I needed. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely return in the future. read more

Terrible experience. Fitting rooms close over an hour before the store does. Reasoning is that they cleaned them and don't want to clean them again. Took my business to Macy's next door (which I never really shop at, but found way better quality options that were much better priced). I only partway like this store. I'm at least not asked if I want a secrets card every five minutes like at the Concord store. But if I don't have a bag in my hand, I'm hounded until I do and am asked if I need help constantly. I usually only frequent VS during their sales. I find them too pricey other times. So my experiences with their dressing rooms have been at these times. And they have been bad. There's usually ten people in line for their tiny dressing rooms, and their workers are usually gabbing and discussing their jobs very loudly. It would have gotten a four, but I just can't stand how expensive they are and I've had to come back to get gray tags taken off my clothes that they left on. read more

It's my birthday month and I received gifts and promos from Victoria's Secret. My awesome Brother gifted me the coolest bathing suit. He was so kind and thoughtful he bought two different tops for me. Unfortunately, one the the tops were too small. He didn't keep the receipt but I did have the tags. I walked into the new/moved location yesterday. It's so spacious and organized. LOVE IT!!! I can't recall the name of my cashier, but she was so helpful. I stopped by around 6:30 pm. So whoever the girl was at the register - give her a raise! She was able to find the transaction by phone number and refund my brother's credit card. How awesome is that!?? I also mentioned to her that I forgot my birthday promo at home; she mentioned I could purchase now and get a price adjustment later. She was truly going out of her way to assist and please me. This was probably the BEST experience I've ever had at Victoria's. I appreciated her great customer service and efficiency. I will be returning soon - mainly because of her! read more

Not to get personal but the panties here rock! Many cut styles and sizes to choose from and the perfect fit....finally! And the other day instead of 5 for $25 it was 7 for $25...Hello!?! Lots of pretty and bold colors and patterns to make you feel great when you put them on. I have purchase lingerie in the past when I wanted something (extra special....bow chicka bow bow....) But just knowing I have a go to for comfortable and cute panties that stay where their supposed too, makes me a happy camper. Went to VS with some of my friends for a secret thong exchange we were doing. I checked out and all my other friends checked out behind me. As one of my friends was walking outside to meet us she was stopped as she had her checkout bag with receipt in her hand and was ACCUSED of stealing a thong. The worker was so rude about it and told us we were all suspicious, like why would we buy a thong and steal one what????????? We then asked for her name and she refused to give it to us even though she asked to pat my friend down.... like wtf. My other two friends then started to come out right after we watched them checkout and they accused both of them for stealing. Walked in a few days ago to no one greeting my sister or myself on the Pink side. Then yesterday I go back with my younger cousin who has a $50 gift card and uses $43 leaving her with a few dollars left on the card, I told her she could cash it out so she asked and they tell her no... now I go back and ask them to cash it because 1. It states on the back of the card if it's less than $10 they can do it & 2. It's a CA law to cash it as well if it's under $10. This Victoria secret is In a big outside mall. There are plenty of parking garages and street parking. This store is half Victoria's Secret and the other half in the pink store. There is a lot of options since the store is so big. It's pricey but the bras are really good quality. Everything else I think is ok. They have good perfumes and gift sets.
