The place was empty but we decided to try since we were already in the plaza. It's decorated like a sports bar, not an Asian restaurant. Food came out quickly. It was bad... we couldn't even eat the meat. The broth overflowed the bowl. Asked for steamed sprouts and they came out boiled and wet/soggy in the basket. The veggies they give a very small amount... not even enough for one person. The soup itself was oily. The flavor was ok. The entire spoonful of soup was greasy. My guest couldn't eat at all. The noodles were over cooked and mushy. The meat was in chunks not slices and it was chewy and gamey. The meat was inedible. Neither of us at any meat as shown in the photo. No one came to check on us even once and I had to call them by yelling past the drapes so we could pay. I told the woman working about the meat and she couldn't care less. She was rude and condescending. Her only response to anything was yeah well sorry about that. I will never step foot in this place again. Piss poor service and the food was inedible. I should have followed my gut from my last visit and stayed clear. It's definitely on my no way list now.

Tofu pad Thai. 6 small pieces of floppy tofu (soft) no peanuts or egg. Very disappointed.

Pho is decent for Burlington. $4 up charge to add a few pieces of broccoli and carrots. Broth has good flavor. Pad Thai is disappointing.

Food was very good. Started with chicken spring roll. Girlfreind had the pho combo which she liked and I had the chicken hibachi.

Visiting for the weekend and my friend took me here. We ordered take out and while we waited had a beer at the bar. They have a wide selection of beer and liquor, they also have a pool table and some nice music playing. The place probably has around eight tables, nice quaint spot. Everyone there was very nice and friendly! I had the shrimp hibachi and my friend ordered the shrimp pho. The hibachi was very good, nice big shrimp and the broccoli was seasoned very nicely. The rice was a little salty, didn't need any soy sauce. Next time I would ask for extra broccoli. My friend enjoyed her pho, she eats there at least once a week.

I have been looking for pho spots since moving to the area early this year & this was my best find. Compared to 'saigon' down the street, they blow them out the water. We had the whole place to ourselves, waitress was awesome & friendly, playlist was fire, they even have a pool table! We had the fried chicken egg rolls, beef pho & combo pho. Egg rolls were a bit underwhelming but still tasted good! The Pho was AHMAHHHZZINNNGG. I will continue to eat here regularly, that's a fact.

Agree, best Pho in Burlington! The fried chicken spring rolls were also delicious. Causal atmosphere. Polite service.

Went here with a party of 4 and waited for 40 minutes for sub-par food. I ordered the beef pho and it was alright, but not worth waiting 40 minutes for. There seemed to be only 3 employees working so that may have been the reason. Lastly, the long wait time gave us plenty of time to observe the questionable sanitation of the restaurant.

Nice service and the hibachi beef with fried rice is excellent! Sweet tea is good, too, which is important to this Southern gal.

My wife found this family owned Banh Mi place and brought me over when we were in Greensboro…read more Located in a strip mall it is unassuming but the food was exceptional. I ordered a regular Bahn Mi and an iced Vietnamese coffee. The sandwich is around 12 inches and packed with what should be in a Banh Mi and nothing else, just the way it should. The bread was crusty and the meats were great flavored with a bit of heat from the toppings but not too much. The sweetness of the coffee balanced it out nicely. Good price and a great lunch.

Delicious sandwiches. It's as simple as that…read more I was hungry when I visited, so I ordered two. My first selection was the Saigon Classic, essentially the banh mi as it was intended. And then I also chose the New Orleans, which holds all the standard veggies and the pátê but adds some srirachi-flavored pork to the mix. Prices were reasonable and so too was the prep time. Both sandwiches were flavorful and perfect choices for lunch on a reasonably hot day. There were around nine or so tables inside the restaurant, and a few of them were dirty, though staff did get them cleaned up by the time I left. And apparently the air conditioning was on the fritz, so the dining environment wasn't especially comfortable, though it was tolerable. Were it not for those issues, I'd probably go with a full five stars here. I'll definitely be back. And I wish we could get a proper banh mi like these over in Winston (where no one even seems to know what pátê is, much less that it belongs on these sandwiches), because I'd be a frequent customer.

Besides that once the staff understands that not all "certain" guests are not delivery drivers (assumed I was a delivery driver while I was still wearing office business attire mind you) they give perfunctory service. Besides the awkwardness upon entering Simply Thai...I must say.. .the dishes I ordered were Simply Awful. For some reason the chef adds an extremely high level of oil to everything that at least I ordered and as a result this made my dish pretty well inedible. Contrast this with real Thai food that I have gotten fairly consistently in High Point for example and you wonder if the high rankings this establishment gets are due to the locals just not having a clue about proper Thai Food.

We were greeted by workers upon entrance with a beautiful formalish dining room area that almost feels intimate. The tom yum soup was a bit saltier than what I expected it to be but i loved the big chunks of tomat. I wasnt the biggest fan of the mushrooms in the soup. I did enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps. I also ordered a roll of sushi which tasted delicious. The server was well attentive and our food came out rather quickly. Overall the food seemed a bit salty for my taste but i did enjoy the sushi as well as the ambiance.

I really wish Winston Salem had a great Banh Mi available. There are some good Pho restaurants but…read morethey don't serve Banh Mi usually and when they do it's not quite the authentic version I'm looking for. I had the Banh Mi at What Da Pho in the past and remember it was good so that's what I ordered this time. Additionally we ordered crab wontons and summer rolls. The restaurant is a little hidden but if you park in the parking structure adjacent to the restaurant it's super easy to get inside. First impressions are it's quiet- no music in the dining room, and the decor is sort of an afterthought with scotch tape holding LED lights to the walls and some Asian inspired pictures but not very well thought out. It's Ok, I'm not coming for the decor. The service is a little lacking. They are giving the bare minimum here so don't expect your server to be too friendly. The crab wontons and summer rolls arrived quickly. The crab wontons were super hot and crispy right from the deep fryer. They were filled with a delicious imitation crab and cream cheese mixture and when dipped in the sweet chili sauce they were exactly the thing I was craving. The summer rolls were equally as fresh and delicious. The filling of cold rice noodles, crisp lettuce and shrimp then dipped in the accompanying peanut sauce was just as delicious. We ordered one pork and one beef Banh Mi. The first thing I noticed was how plentiful the meat was in each one. Usually it's a light sandwich but these were very hefty in comparison to others I've had. My meat was very savory and had a very tender texture, almost like pot roast. It was also the juiciest pork I've ever had in a Banh mi. The picked vegetables were also really good but both our sandwiches were missing the jalapeno I've come to expect. My husband really enjoyed his beef one as well but we both noticed how the bread lacked that crusty flaky quality that Vietnamese baguettes normally have. This was more of a sub roll with a chewy texture and softer crust. The flavors were great, I just missed the textures I have come to expect in an authentic Banh mi. Our spot in Greensboro will still be my favorite but when I don't want to trek out that far, I can get my fix at What Da Pho.
