Once again, I listened to my boyfriend where to get some delicious Vietnamese food. I came to Victorious Pho Bar. This time I didn't get the pho. While looking over the menu one side of the menu is Vietnamese food and the other Thai food. I made the decision to get a little of both options. My appetizer I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and for my meal I ordered the vegan Pad Thai with hot Jasmine tea. I receive my Tea and Spring rolls simultaneously. My tea is piping hot and my shrimp spring roll giant and looks so fresh. My service was great you walk in and the waitress will tell you to sit anywhere you like. The restaurant definitely gives sports bar vibe with the decor. My food was amazing. The shrimp spring roll was delicious the veggies super fresh and crispy and the shrimp cooked perfectly and they give sweet chili sauce as the dipping sauce. My vegan Pad Thai was equally as yummy. It's was so flavorful I did feel that my broccoli was way overcooked and hardly any cabbage either. The veggies you get it broccoli, cabbage, carrots, green onion and bean sprouts. For the area, this is a good find. In a strip mall, it's kind of understated. Welcomed by staff, simple menu. We started with shrimp and veggie spring rolls. Very fresh ... nicely done. I had Beef Pho, they had several protein choices. Good sized bowl, steamy hot. All the extras you would want were provided. Zero complaints and was a welcome change to the regular options in the area. This was a lunch visit, but could tell it transforms to a bar at night. Recently moved to Alamance Co. but hadn't had chance to try local Vietnamese. Today was a little cooler, a little overcast -- ie. perfect soup day. So pho it was! The place was empty but we decided to try since we were already in the plaza. It's decorated like a sports bar, not an Asian restaurant. Food came out quickly. It was bad... we couldn't even eat the meat. The broth overflowed the bowl. Asked for steamed sprouts and they came out boiled and wet/soggy in the basket. The veggies they give a very small amount... not even enough for one person. The soup itself was oily. The flavor was ok. The entire spoonful of soup was greasy. My guest couldn't eat at all. The noodles were over cooked and mushy. The meat was in chunks not slices and it was chewy and gamey. The meat was inedible. Neither of us at any meat as shown in the photo. No one came to check on us even once and I had to call them by yelling past the drapes so we could pay. I told the woman working about the meat and she couldn't care less. She was rude and condescending. Her only response to anything was yeah well sorry about that. I will never step foot in this place again. Piss poor service and the food was inedible. Visiting for the weekend and my friend took me here. We ordered take out and while we waited had a beer at the bar. They have a wide selection of beer and liquor, they also have a pool table and some nice music playing. The place probably has around eight tables, nice quaint spot. Everyone there was very nice and friendly! I had the shrimp hibachi and my friend ordered the shrimp pho. The hibachi was very good, nice big shrimp and the broccoli was seasoned very nicely. The rice was a little salty, didn't need any soy sauce. Next time I would ask for extra broccoli. My friend enjoyed her pho, she eats there at least once a week. read more

I have been looking for pho spots since moving to the area early this year & this was my best find. Compared to 'saigon' down the street, they blow them out the water. We had the whole place to ourselves, waitress was awesome & friendly, playlist was fire, they even have a pool table! We had the fried chicken egg rolls, beef pho & combo pho. Egg rolls were a bit underwhelming but still tasted good! The Pho was AHMAHHHZZINNNGG. I will continue to eat here regularly, that's a fact. read more

Food ordered sight unseen. Just looked at the reviews. Upon receiving the food it was packaged with care. I ordered Chicken Pho with had everything separated and portioned perfectly. I coupled that with the Pan seared Dumplings they were still hot when I received them. I forgot to mention this was a through Uber Eats. Lastly I ordered a Vegetarian Roll which was refreshing and tasty. Not sure if they are new to Burlington or if I am just new to them. Either way for goodies this is a sure thing! read more

Found this place via DoorDash a few months back and glad I did. Food is reasonably priced and consistently good. Love the beef pho and chicken pot stickers are delish! Take-out is always quick and the folks up front are friendly and professional when running in to pick up our food. While visiting Elon University, treated my son and his roommate to a flavorful bowl of pho tai (beef noodle soup). Ordered chicken dumplings to start and they were scrumptious. OMG! The chicken soup is a "Healer!" If you are sick, this soup will get you back faster. And the Fried Steak Rolls, Delicious!
