5 Star Indeed. Everything positive I've read and have been told about Victor and his shop, I've experienced and can attest to be true. My overheating car and I limped into Victor's shop Friday afternoon in order to have a cracked radiator replaced. Being the absent-minded and inconsiderate guy that I can be, I was hoping that the job could be done before the end of the day. I was told that he would try but cannot guarantee it would be done due to my late day arrival and his workload. As we chatted you can tell that Victor and his crew are as sincere and down to earth as they come. I confessed that I needed the car the next morning in order not to miss work. He quoted me a better than fair price, didn't try to upsell me anything, and allowed me to leave my car there in case he was able to squeeze me in. A couple of hours later, I received a call saying my car was ready. Victor had moved his workload around so that I would have my car before the end of the day and not miss work the next. Grateful. Fast forward a week later, I noticed that I was having to add/replenish a lot of coolant in order to keep my car from overheating once more. Victor took a look at it and confirmed the radiator parts and work was good. Still, he took time to help me troubleshoot. It turned out I also had a leaky head gasket. No worries, Victor had a guy for that. I knew how to replace my radiator and it is a PIA for my model. I am glad I found someone I can trust to replace it, and for a great price at that. I was so thankful I found Victor's Radiator on Yelp! All the reviews are so on point and true. I have nothing but praises especially for the owner, Mr Victor. He is very honest, friendly and accomodating. I literally saved a ton on my leaking radiator replacement and being ripped off by other shops.         I was initially qouted by Pepboys a $270 for a new radiator and an outrageous $152 per hour labor which they say will take 3 hours to finish..so it's a whopping $456 for just the labor? Are you kidding me?  It's almost $800 parts & labor for just a radiator replacement.          So I called  Victor's based on their excellent reviews on Yelp to ask for a quote and to my surprise, he said it will only cost me $352 labor and parts so the next morning I went early around 8:30am and my car was finished the same day roughly after 3 hours.          What is even excellent about this place is that they take pride in the quality of their work and offer 1 year warranty on parts and labor absolutely no charge! It's really hard to see from the street but there is a small sign. The owner is a really nice guy, down to earth and professional. short story. I should have came here first before buying a replacement radiator online. at 150k, my all metal oem radiator started to develop a small leak. since the rig was a family camping rig, I did not want to take a chance and ordered the replacement online (was bummed as all they had now for my rig are plastic tops). I got tied up and didn't get to replacing my radiator until a month and a half down. to my surprise the new radiator was not a direct fit (radiator almost touching the ac pulley). I called customer service where I got the radiator from but I can only return and get a refund 30 days from purchase. luckily I kept the leaky all metal radiator that was in the rig. found Victor on yelp and dropped off the radiator. Victor knows his radiators, he quoted the part number before even looking at the catalog and he was right. I was impressed. Victor promised the radiator will be done by end of day and it was. got a call a few hours later to let me know it was ready. it looked better than new. with much thicker solders.
