The to go cashier handed us our food and forgot our sodas. The cashier had an attitude, almost slamming the windows after handing us the bag. We had to wait for another person to come to the window. We wouldn't go back. The 2 burger combos were $31. The burgers were not worth $31. $31 for 2 burgers didn't feel frugal. Frugals is on the same level as Zip's, not very good and expensive. The scallops were perfectly cooked and I felt like the portion was appropriately sized for the dish, even though there were only 4. My server really made the experience enjoyable.
