The young girl behind the counter, had the worst look on her face, I had my wallet in my hand, as well as my checkbook. In case they only took checks. I could not remember so I wanted to be prepared. As soon as the girl saw my checkbook, she rudely said we do not take checks here, and she turned her head as if that was the only payment I had. I quickly said I have my wallet with my debit card and credit cards I came prepared. She made and then continued to just look like I had wrecked her day. I will never return. It's not the same without Norma around.

Amanda Grandsard sent me all the information on the unit. She also sent me the Buy Back paperwork that Jeep sent with the car so i would know what all was done for the buyback repair. She also told us it did come with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep for the buyback repair. She also sent me all the recall work and updates that were done to the car that they had on file for the buyback. That information did match what Jeep put in the paperwork when they did the repair. They were upfront with the info we needed to take a trip 5.5 hrs to go test drive and drive it home that night. We are very happy with our transaction with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My daughter forgot a picture that she took with her sister and forgot it in our old van. Amanda Grandsard found it in our van so my daughter could get her picture sent to us. When I'm in person, everyone is super friendly and helpful. But, if I don't go in to the dealership - nothing gets taken care of, or even addressed. On SEVEN separate occasions my phone call was not returned when being told "we'll get right back to you" I sent an email detailing my experiences, which was not returned.. but when I went in to the dealership "we got your email" oh ok it just wasn't important enough to acknowledge or reply until I randomly walk in? I was denied a loaner vehicle for 60 days ("none available") but I was told 3 separate times that "one is being returned this week and we will get it to you" Nothing happened until I walked into the dealership and made a big deal about it. And guess what...? Drove away with a loaner that day. I was offered an apology from the service manager when I picked up the loaner, but that's it. 3 weeks later my car is done. They forgot to program the proxy key to my driver's door but I don't even want to take it back until I can be without it for 2 weeks because that's probably how long I'll be without it.. Hopefully it's just a case of poor organization and prioritizing - which can be fixed

I went through the trouble of getting a check from my bank and made the 45-minute drive, only to find out the car had been sold as I arrived. On top of that, I then had to turn around and drive another 45 minutes back home--making the entire trip a complete waste of an hour and a half. I even texted Jordan beforehand and asked him to let me know if they were going to sell the car so I didn't waste my time--but I received no response. When I got there, they also mentioned the side mirror on the car was broken and needed to be replaced--something that was never disclosed in the listing or mentioned ahead of time. To make things worse, they tried to show me other cars with double the mileage or way outside of the price range I originally came in for. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If I had the option to 0 rate stars I would. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time and keeps their word, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

What shocked me most is that after I provided honest, detailed feedback about my experiences, the dealership informed me I was no longer welcome to service my vehicle there. They even canceled an existing service appointment that included parts I had already been waiting weeks for. On the surface, the facility is impressive: the sales area is modern and comfortable, there are small private rooms where you can take a call, and a kids' play area if you're waiting. However, the religious overtones throughout the dealership -- including free Bibles placed in the waiting area -- felt inappropriate and out of place for a business setting. I fully respect anyone's right to practice their faith, but I do not appreciate having it pushed at me while I wait for car service. The service department itself has been consistently disappointing. My service advisor was dismissive of the concerns I raised about my $70,000 electric Jeep. It was clear the team lacked knowledge and interest in understanding EVs; feedback I provided was poorly relayed to technicians, and the responses I received were inaccurate, passive-aggressive, and condescending. My vehicle was even returned to me dirtier than I dropped it off because they insisted on running it through their car wash, leaving water spots everywhere. Appointments typically take weeks to secure, not because they're highly sought after, but because staffing is thin -- a situation the dealership seems unwilling to solve by paying a fair wage. To be fair, the parts department was a bright spot: the individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. But overall, the dealership's lack of professionalism, unwillingness to support EV owners, refusal to provide loaner vehicles, and complete disregard for customer service left me with zero trust in them. My experience here has been so negative that it's soured me not only on this dealership, but on Jeep and Stellantis as a whole.

Spent numerous amount of time looking at the right car for us and finally found a brand new dodge hornet, specially without front bracket plate mounted to the bumper. We are relocating to other state where the front plate isn't required and this particular car looks nicer without the front plate. To install the front plate it requires to drill holes in the bumper. I mentioned that we want a brand new vehicle without a front plate bracket several times. We agreed at the price and setup an appointment with salesman Alec. He knew about our needs as I mentioned it to him several times. On the appointment day to make sure before our 2 hours trip I messaged him to check about our agreement and he responded back that someone drilled holes to the bumper and installed the front plate.. I was shocked. We spent so much time to talking about it and finally they did opposite. They don't listen to their customers and don't care about your needs. Don't spend your time with Sam Leman Morton. Go to other dealer.
