I encountered several instances of misleading pricing practices, outright lieng and lack of transparency, which I feel obligated to share. On December 10, 2024, I visited the dealership intending to purchase a truck with an advertised price of $34,910. I met with Christian, one of the senior managers, after over 1 hour, he then quoted me a total price of $39,910 which included an unexpected & deceiving mandatory $5,000 in xtra profit "dealer fees" added to the false advertised price. After almost a 2-hour visit, including a test drive, I decided to think it over. When I returned two days later, I was shocked to find that the price now had been increased to $41,500 by the dealer by another $2,000, with no valid explanation provided. Feeling further confused, I asked my wife to call the dealership to confirm pricing for the same truck. Over the phone, two separate managers assured her that the price was $34,910 as advertised with absolutely no doc fees, just sales tax and registration fees to approximately $39,000 all-in cost. However, upon her arrival at the dealership, after spending an hour there, Andrew, another senior manager, claimed the actual price was $44,000 with additional doc fees of $5000 added with tax and registration. This bait-and-switch tactic wasted hours of my time & agrivation and demonstrated a severe lack of integrity. Funny that this place has high Google reviews and abysmal Yelp reviews. I went in looking for a pre-owned car. I had seen 2 BMWs on their website and had confirmed that the one I was more interested in was still available. Arrived and after an hour had not seen either car. Eventually was told 1 car was in transit and the other, which I had confirmed was available was not available, on another lot, and a few other mumbled excuses. While I had been waiting, I looked at an X3 which looked nice and supposedly had a clean carfax report (no accidents, not salvaged etc). When I opened the rear hatch, water came out of the INSIDE of the hatch. And not a few drops. It had rained the night before and after opening the water came out for about 10 seconds at a pretty good rate considering there should not be any water inside the door panel. Salesman tried telling me it was outside the car and when I pointed to access panel where it came from (access panel to access rear camera or something which you need the tool to remove), he dismissed it. Sad, because if there wasn't an accident, i was probably a replaced rear window that was not installed properly - the seal did look off at the bottom but I am no expert.
