It's cheaper to buy more sessions in bulk. Available in 3,6, or 8 sessions per tattoo. After the laser, the healing went exactly as she said and there were no complications. I applied aquaphor as directed and that's all that was really needed as the healing went on. After just one session, there is already a big difference and I can't wait to go back for many more!

However, it was a rough day and so I decided to go treat myself to getting my nails done. When you walk in to a new place, you never know what to expect, and especially when there aren't that many people there and they just give you a check. However, I had the best experience! John did my dip manicure and he did such a lovely job. He didn't say much, which was okay with me cuz I was tired and had a bad day. But he did a great job on my short little fingernails! He soaked off my old set. No pain was felt so that was great and the new set is so straight and the shape is what I wanted and that makes me so happy. Last time I had my nails done my son wasn't straight and I looked at that for weeks and I just thought how did somebody think that was right? Different salon. So anyway, I got a nice service. My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.

There was only one strip that stung a bit, but honestly, it was nothing compared to what I was expecting. Kennady clearly knows what she's doing. On top of that, she was such a pleasure to talk to. If I find a decent one they usually don't last. Well I went to get my eyebrows and lip threaded yesterday, Tuesday, February 20. I checked in and saw there were only two techs there. Simi and Pretty. Well I had a bad experience with Simi previously. She left a huge bald spot in one of my eyebrows before so I decided to try Pretty. I don't recall ever seeing her name on the check in screen so I assumed she was new and selected her and waited for my turn. Few mins later it's my turn. I sit and tell her that my right eyebrow is slightly thinner than the left and she disagrees and says it's thicker and I said no it's not. It's thinner and I'm trying to grow it out. So she begins threading my right eyebrow and right away I felt like something was going wrong. It felt like she was taking way too much off. I could feel it. When she was all done with eyebrows and lip she hands me the mirror but I can't see too good without my glasses. I pay and leave. I get in my car and pull out my hand mirror to take a look and sweet Jesus what has she done? She completely butchered my right eyebrow. Shockingly my left one is not good but not hacked. It looks like she took a weed whacker to my right one tho. She went up way too high on the arch and thinned out the lower arch where I told her I was growing it out. It seriously looks like she threaded it blindfolded. There is no saving it. I'm hoping it can be somewhat back to normal within a few months. So really I just suggest if you get a good tech there stick with that one. Because they are so hit and miss and I would hate for anyone to feel like I felt after what she did to my eyebrow. I wanted to cry when I saw how bad it looks. I'm crying inside actually. Perhaps the owners need to pay their good techs more so they don't leave.
