I've come here about 3 times to do my nails, since my boyfriend has been going to the barbers next door since forever. Small nail shop definitely these ladies have been working together for a long time, all Vietnamese of course. And they definitely speak it in front of you, I've never heard them say anything bad but all the jokes about nail ladies have some truth lol. Thank goodness I'm Vietnamese haha. My first two times I got gel nails It was okay nothing to rave about, pedicure lady can definitely be a little more careful and attentive and paint a bit better. Third time I got dip powder which I absolutely loved ! Perfect shape for my fingers and everything looked good it just took 2.5 hours. I think one of the newer girls did it but she still did a fantastic job. Prices are pretty affordable 40 for powder dip and 30 for pedicure with paraffin and sugar scrub. They kinda do pressure you a little to get things you normally wouldn't. I usually get regular polish and I ended up with dip nails lol I'm not mad at it though. read more

Went in around 12:30pm on Wednesday for a pedicure and the experience exceeded my expectations!! Pedicure starts at $30 (pedi + sugar scrub), increasing in service prices in increments of $5. I got the one for $35 which included pedi + paraffin wax, and I got regular white polish. I didn't catch the name of person who did my pedicure today, but she was an older lady, and let me tell you, she did a SUPERB job. She was very attentive and detailed, especially when she was doing the cuticles and toe nails. My new white polish looks clean and just, well done. I've been to multiple nail salons, but at least for pedicure, this has been the best experience. Definitely check them out! read more

This place is super affordable and the finished work looks great,however there are a few things that can't be ignored , 1)they cut on 2 of my fingers an toes 2) The paper list a price but theyll say something different if you don't catch them 3) really important at end they ask for a tip, they don't even leave it to you to offer, but then if you give tip they ask you to round up. And if you got 2 things done by 2 different people they hassle you for for splitting tip if too small. read more

Came here for the second time because I had an awesome first experience. The first time I came the lady was super nice, made my nails look amazing, and really took care to talk with me and make sure I loved my nails! It was one of my favorite visits! I came back this second time excited for special nails as a birthday treat and had the opposite experience. The lady still did my nails nicely, but she ignored me at times and was very rough with filing and caught my skin a lot (to the point I cried out several times in pain, to which she didn't even seem to care or try filing softer). While the nails look really nice, she didn't clean up some of the gel leftover on my fingers and ended the service by leaving splashed cuticle oil over my nails in a rush to finish with me. At the end, when she asked me to wash my hands, she had another lady sit in my spot within 30 seconds of getting up and grabbed my items without asking (not to mention the fact that she did not sanitize the area after I had been there). She left behind my phone where the lady was sitting because she was that much in a hurry for me to leave. I wasn't happy that she moved my items without asking (or simply waiting a minute for me to come back). When payment came, she grabbed my card out of my hand (not forcefully, but she didn't ask for it, just took it) and begin trying to charge before confirming my total. Overall, this place has fair prices and does nails well, so I recommend if you only care for that. But don't go here if you care about consistent customer service that makes you feel like you treated yourself. read more

Three different times I've made and appointment for a Mani pedi. My appointment is not booked. The first time was for my birthday weekend, I was taken in. They started with my pedicure and after an hour, still no one doing my manicure. I schedule my appointments accordingly to fit the rest of my errands. This time, I ended up not getting my manicure since I had other appointments to make. Second time, same thing, no appointments written down for me. They asked if I knew who "took" my appointment and of course I didn't. They ended up seeing me after about waiting 30 minutes. This last time, learning from my last experience, I wrote down the name of who answered the phone. This time I was told no one by that name works there. That was the end of my patience. Although they said they could see me, I was going to wait again. At this point, I was over their lack of organization. It's came here on Saturday after searching Yelp for a new salon. Usually I go to Allure Nails but my regular nail girl doesn't work there anymore & I don't know where she went. So, time to find a new establishment. This location is actually closer for me, so I figure at least that would be nice. I called ahead to book an appointment (I just said I'd come at 1) & was set up with no problem. I arrived & waited maybe less than 10 minutes & I was seated at my tech's station. Kim took care of me straight away. It had been almost 5 months I hadn't had acrylics on so I showed her a quick Pin of the shape I wanted & got to looking at the gel colours. Kim kept checking in with me about the shape. I told her I work with my hands so they need to be a bit short, & she made sure to round out the tip so they weren't too pointy like a stiller but more like an almond shape. They came out perfect!! She even finished the job off with a cuticle oil infused with real flower petals, something I'd never seen before. I think I have found my new salon, most definitely!!! read more

The reasons of "0" stars or worst manicure experience: - Called to Make an appointment to get gel manicure, during the convo the guy on the phone hangs up on me, thank god I had a chance give the time that I'm coming and my name - when I arrived, they let me and my daughter Wait for 1 hour on the couch - They took customer who came after me, I guess for the long nails they charge more than regular gel mani. The lady said she only does long nails that's why the customer who was behind me is 1st ( I heard 1st time this kind of excuse) - after they told me to wash my hands and sit on manicure table, waited another 10 mins Me and my daughter have been patiently waiting for an hour and 10 minutes. Disappointed on this place. The first two times I came in here. They were super welcoming and their service was amazing. Their products were good and their prices were reasonable. The third visit was NOT pleasant at all. The pedicure was good. Nothing too out of the ordinary. The product definitely did not dry from when the pedi was done to when they finished my full set with gel. I got home and the pedi got ruined. It had been a solid 45 min. So I got a full set with gel. I asked my manicurist to cut my cuticle on my fingers. She went ahead and did that. But cut me twice. One on my right thumb (where I started bleeding) and a second time on my middle finger(but I didn't feel it at the time). Granted I'm a very understanding person so I know it happens. It was an accident. As she starts filing my middle nail I get a sharp pain and I start bleeding. She said it was because I asked for her to cut my cuticles and now she remembered you shouldn't do that before filing the nails. She said she will remember for next time. . Would have appreciate it if she remembered while working on my nails. It would have saved me a lot of pain and discomfort. She forgot she cut me so she adds alcohol to those fingers that have cuts. Oh, i was in so much pain. She saw I was in pain and she brushed it off. She said alcohol is good. I said it may be good. But it still hurts. She laughed. So now my middle finger was sore from the cut, the alcohol, and the filing. I hadn't paid attention right away but I eventually noticed that my nails on my thumbs were shorter than the rest of the nails. I showed her and explained to her that from the tip of the nail to the tip of my finger , on my thumbs,it was extremely shorter than the rest of the fingers. She grabbed my hand looked closer and started laughing. wow! When I came time to pay. She didn't even offer a discount for her cutting me or the short nails. I will definitely not be going back. I threw away my money. Now I have to find a place to fix my pedicure and fix my short thumb nails. . read more
