He sat me down right away with no wait so I was feeling good about it! What followed was TWO HOURS OF NAIL PREP. Never in my life has this happened. I started timing how long he would be filing a single nail in the process (~ 3 minutes each). Let me be clear here- I came in for a simple french, we never even got through tips. In the background was a "free" google tv channel. I listened to the same ad on repeat four or five times each time there was a break in law and order svu. I probably heard the same commercial I am not kidding over a hundred times. I was doing my best to stay patient thinking maybe it was his first day. He started painting the tips around the 2 hour mark. Once again taking longer than I have ever experienced the many many dozens of times Ive gotten my nails done in my life. Only a couple tips in he went back and erased the tip to redo it. At that point I asked how much longer he would estimate the appt to take. He said maybe 30 more mins. I let him know kindly that Id been there 2 hours and that Id just take a color coat and leave. Where I absolutely had my breaking point was today, not even 48 hours after the worst nail experience I ever had. The thumb of my left hand broke. It was painful and it looks horrible. If you do go here I would recommend having a few hours to spare and I am hoping this was just a really bad one of because everyone has bad days!

(The whole package was already paid on classpass) Instead of confirming the service with me, the technician proceeded with a different application (what appeared to be Gel-X). Only after the service was completely finished was I informed that there would be an additional $20 charge. At no point before beginning the service was I asked whether I agreed to this additional charge. When I questioned why I had not been informed or given the option to approve the charge beforehand, my concern was essentially ignored. What was especially concerning was that the owner was present and witnessed the interaction but did not step in or address the situation. The overall experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, from the appointment check-in to the communication surrounding the service and unexpected charge. I am currently escalating this through the appropriate channels. I also wish I had looked into the reviews more carefully beforehand. There are already multiple people discussing their experiences with this establishment online, including on TikTok. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Businesses should not be charging customers unexpected fees after a service has been completed without clearly disclosing and receiving approval for those charges beforehand. I hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated. Luckily my situation is being escalated and classpass is investigating.

Anna is amazing! So are all the girls, but she's the best. So sweet, always good conversation. We've been going to her for close to 5 years and she's always just been such a doll. She remembers your story and asks about your family, job, friends, every time you see her. Plus she's gentle, careful of ticklish feet :) and there are so many things to choose from. The massages are great, the salon is always clean, and they offer drinks to enjoy in the massaging chairs! I'll continue coming here as long as these awesome women continue working here. I Came there for my mani/pedi, i was so happy because they did very excellent jobs, Anna and Tina were very kindly they had complimentary soda drinks suck as coke,juice,tea,coffee, and also cookies, I came there 9 times and 10th i got free 10 fingers nais designs its cool. I Love this place so much, but they charged me for $1 when i paid card, i understand that was convenience fees. So doest not matters at all. I got a gel pedicure and an ombre acrylic set. The nail technicians are kind, careful, and detailed with their work. They give you a water and bag a chips which is nice. I like how they take their time and give a relaxing experience. My acrylic set and pedicure both had a great 3 week retention which is important to me since I am a hairstylist. This is a great little whole in the wall spot. It's very easy to get a same day appointment. I highly recommend and will be back. read more

I hardly find a great place around my area to get my nails done, but luckily i found Victory Nails & Spa during my way home. I saw the store clean, so I tried it out. I talked to Tina i think she's the new owner. She was very nice to me. Very good services, especially free food and soda as i noticed. It's my favorite place where i get my nails done now. The only negative is you get charged 1$ each time you pay with credit card. I would recommend you go there. read more

I went to this place for the couple times. The reasons i love this place are Clean and nice and specially is the techs here are so kindly. The manager here offer soda drinks and snacks are FREE. I understand wherever i go or whatever store they have the same products and the price are varies. And she was very careful and took her time removing the old Gel X without damaging or hurting my real nails. Even though she is careful she still works pretty quickly. Her salon is very clean. The technician who did my nails was clearly rushing. By then I was done. Dreading how the French tips would turn out, I asked her to simply leave them as they were. As a business owner myself, I can say this was not acceptable customer service, and this will be my last visit. For $50+, there are definitely better places to get your money's worth.
