He was so aggressive and rough that he left BRUISES on my arms. I was so shocked and terrified that someone representing the business would treat a customer like that. No one deserves to be manhandled like that, especially when you're just trying to communicate that there's girls in the restroom and you're wanting to leave safely. This was a completely unnecessary and unacceptable situation, and because of this we will not be returning to epoca. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be treated like trash by the security workers.
