No calls back, despite leaving many messages on his phone as well as we drove down again and left another message on the recorder at his door last week. No call back. I strongly recommend not using this place as not only do they not repair and return your property, but apparently you have to pay up front for nothing. Not sure how to get our money and two appliances back.

That was on Dec 13th. He told me it wouldn't be finished before Christmas. I am now not sure if he meant Christmas 2023 or 2024. I have emailed, texted, phoned and stopped by and have never received any response about If the repair can be made, If he never received payment or perhaps If he has died. I have No Way of Knowing. Later that evening when the Thursday night football game came up on Prime the system froze up. Since I had Anthony's mobile number, I called him between 6or 7PM. He didn't answer so I left a voice message. Within 10 minutes he called me back and instructed me how to reset the remote and I was able to watch the rest of the game. Most employees turn off their phones after 5 and don't want to help or be bothered by customers after hours.
