Located in Las Vegas ChinaTown is this comfort food of Vietnamese Cuisine. Parking is great for late night meal. The space is large and we didn't have to wait. It was also clean and simple. We had late dinner at 9:00 and it was a perfect fix with the Bun Bo Hue. Portion was very generous and was not able to finish all the meat they had in the bowl. Service was great and attentive. Would recommend and definitely come back when in Vegas.
Went on Monday at 5:30pm, parking was easy and the restaurant wasn't busy. Still took some time for someone to notice me and get me a table. Oxtail pho (4.5/5) - generous portion. Oxtail could've been more tender. Banh xeo (4.5/5) - again, generous portion and it was tasty. Overall good food, but I think my expectations were too high (a Vietnamese lady recommended this place to be the best in town). Not my favorite but I would go back.
Viet Noodle Bar is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Chinatown about 10 minutes from the Vegas Strip. It's a casual and family-friendly spot that both locals and tourists visit. We ordered the #13 pho dac biet ($17.95) and #36 bun bo hue ($17.95) which were both good and had big portions. The broths were flavorful and hit the spot after a night out. The service was good and the food came out fast.
BACK IN VEGAS!!! I have been craving Vietnamese food ever since I moved back to Michigan from SoCal. When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.
I've been to Viet Noodle Bar a few times, and it's always been amazing. The Oxtails and Beef Rib is one of my favorites Pho's to order. The Oxtails have so much flavor and the Beef Rib is so deliciously tender. The egg rolls are a must. My first time having it with a lettuce wrap, carrots veggies, mint, and cucumber - nice twist and super flavorful! The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean; the staff were super nice and attentive, thank you for taking care of us. I definitely recommend Viet Noodle Bar for a nice Vietnamese Culinary experience!
There's so many pho places in town, but this is my favorite one on Spring Mountain. The dishes have a good depth of flavor. Typically I get the Chicken or Beef Pho, but on this visit, I went for the Pork Udon. The soup comes out temperature hot (a must!) and the broth is so good. The bowl is big and you get a lot of the price - so the value is there! For me, I add some extra toppings in addition to the bean sprouts and lime. I also added basil to mine. I also had their Egg Rolls to start - pork and vegetable inside. It is super tasty and it comes out nice and hot from the fryer. The contrast of wrapping the crisp egg roll in a piece of lettuce is a texture that I love. Lastly, I always get a side of their Charbroiled Pork as well. It has a great marinade and flavor in it and I also like to add this to any noodle soup that I'm having. The staff here is really nice and always prompt. They greet you right away and they are ready to take your order any time. The food doesn't take long to come out either.
Ive had this a long long long time ago. So we decided this weekend we'd try it again. It taste like pho so. Which I didn't like either. The portion is fine but it just doesn't have that umpf! The rich, aromatic, deep flavors were lacking. I don't really like their nuc mam cham either. I took my kids here and i remember my kids telling me their bun thit nuong is bland as well as their pho. The service is to be expected from a vietnamese restaurant. It just seems unorganized and different servers on each of my orders lol! The restaurant is open and big. Its nice aesthetically. I usually get bun bo hue, but I didnt this day. I wish I had gotten that instead. That looks like it would have more flavor!

Nothing really stood out as especially good or bad, but it was a pretty standard dining experience on that front. The ambiance is fine. Viết Noodle Bar is a nice, big, open Vietnamese restaurant, but the booth seating was not the most comfortable. I sat behind someone who kept pushing back and forth, and my seat back kept shifting constantly, which made the meal less enjoyable.
I'm a bit disappointed because this is my first low rating. The Vietnamese crepe was a bit soggy. Overall, the food was okay and the price for the main dish was a bit high. For just two pieces of pork sausage, some vermicelli, and not enough veggies, the main dish cost $19, and a side of one shrimp patty stick was $9. Our waiter was nice, but we had a bit of trouble with the bill. The lady charged us a little extra than the bill itself. I questioned her why there was a difference, and she said there's a 3% extra charge because I used my credit card. That was absurd and I feel cheated. If I hadn't questioned it, we might not have known about the extra charge that would probably go through. She also mentioned that if I paid with cash, my bill would remain to its original. I paid for it in cash to avoid the extra charge and avoid the drama. It dampened my mood. She just lost me and others who I came with as customers. Though I had a bad experience, I wish them the best of luck in the future. Hopefully my insight would help to do much improvements in the future.
We went here for late night meal after landed and car rental after trying to go to a nearby place and was told by a customer their wait time for food. We all got our own bowl of pho. We also got the girlled pork sausage spring rolls. It was okay. The spring roll was only fill with vegetables and pork sausage. The pho was also okay but filling for us. The service was fast and the food came out quickly.
Bo luc lac, pho, banh canh, cha gio, bo tai chinh, goi sang no matter why you order you will be satisfied. Everything here belongs on the menu you can't go wrong. The stir fried beef is astonishingly fragrant with garlic and the seasoning not over powering leaving the tender beef flavor still there. The pho broth rich in bone broth packed with collagen and top with aromatics, the lotus salad crisp and refreshing and filling with all the ingredients shrimp pork lotus bonded by a refreshing sauce perfect for the summer heat. The bun bo hue so is rich in flavor lemon grass aromatic's not overwhelming just pure flavor. The service is super fast and friendly. The ambiance is busy thats how you know the food is fresh and good.
Was looking to try a new Vietnamese cuisine from our usual spots and this restaurant did not disappoint! We came on a weekday and there was still relatively a lot of customers but we were seated quickly and service was great. The parking lot is shared amongst the other stores but there is plenty. I tried their Bun Bo Hue and my boyfriend tried their Pho and both were very flavorful and packed with noodles and protein. I always sub my protein for BBH out with only cha and beef shank and they were able to accommodate with no problem. Definitely going to make this a regular spot for us in the area!
Very prompt service. Great fresh quality of food. I always get the spring rolls #2 style and the vermicelli noodles, this time with beef. They have peanuts in them so beware if you have a nut allergy. Not too loud in there, a lot more spacious inside than it looks outside. Since Pho So 1 closed this is the new favourite!
RAISE THE BAR I think this is a solid Viet spot amongst a plethora of places down Asian row on Spring Mountain Road. This is the usual spot my crew ends up at after partying the night before at the club. Or even becomes the after party of the pool party at the day club. Soups, noodles, and rice dishes help soak up and flush out whatever was ingested in Vegas so what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. They definitely raise the bar with the quality of their dishes which is hard to say with the variety of things they have on the menu. I think everything is tasty and decently priced and I praise them for being consistent. The food is fairly quick and have no issues with service. It does get pretty busy but even the large seating area can get filled up. They can do larger groups but it will take longer to get seated. So plan accordingly. read more

Pretty good pho. We were a party of 7 and got to sit right away. Service was good and they were attentive to what we needed. My wife ordered the bun bo hue and it was also pretty decent. Overall, I thought it was good but it seemed a little pricey especially for the 5 small shrimp egg rolls for $10 but that's inflation for you. I might stop by if I'm in the area again. read more
Decided on Pho for lunch today . My friend recommended Viet Noodle Bar located on Spring Mountain Rd. I ordered summer rolls for appetizers w/peanut sauce . It was ok but the filling had more rice noodles than lettuce and shrimp On other hand their beef Pho was very good my pics show how big the beef bone was . The taste was very good and the beef just falls off the bone. Price is very cheap compared to Hawaii @ $19.. Service was ok the original waiter did not come to check on us after he took our order. Next time I'm in Las Vegas I'll definitely come back again read more

Excellent service!!! I love fatty brisket !!! Not many pho places have fatty brisket as one of the choices for the pho bowl!!! I like it when it is just pure fat (with no meat part attached) Soup was super tasteful!!! Reasonably priced!!! read more

When we arrived the place had a waiting line . We waited for no more than one minute before we were seated. The food was delicious and the pho seemed to keep growing. The broth tasted like it had been boiling for hours. The spring rolls were amazing . This place is cozy, and busy and you can only hear the sounds of happy patrons. read more
Been coming here for quite awhile. This particular Saturday afternoon was pretty busy. Large restaurant with plenty of seating. Lots of other patrons and some well known Asian celebrities were later seated behind us. Numerous options on their menu to stuff yourself with. Ended up ordering my usual Bo Nuong Cuon (grilled beef wraps), Nem Nuong spring rolls, and Com Thit Nuong (grilled pork with rice). The beef can be self grilled at your table or done for you in their kitchen. I decided to have them do it for me so I didn't leave smelling like my meal the rest of the day. Beef wraps come with lots of veggies, rice paper, and two kinds of dipping sauces. Grilled pork came with a simple presentation. Everything came out quickly and tasted amazing as usual. Service was great as multiple servers checked on us and kept us topped off on everything. Highly recommend this place! read more
Was in town early April and went with family. Place is large and very comfortable! Super busy because the food is on point. I ordered the Bun Cha Gio which was delicious! One of the best bowls I've had. Service is great too. Can't wait to visit family again so I can come back! read more

They have horrible service they gave our Oder to the wrong person. We ordered some fresh spring rolls and fried rolls and a Pho, fresh spring roll came and pho came but after we were almost done the fried spring rolls still never arrived. We followed up on it too in the middle of our meal but never arrived. We no one attended on our table we don't even know who our server is. We asked for water and the Asian older lady said she will get it but never did. I had to get up from my seat and go where they get the water. I will never ever eat there again or will never recommend this place. I asked for a manager and they said they don't have one read more

I finally had the chance to check out Viet Noodle Bar in Chinatown off Spring Mountain near Arville, and I have to say, it lived up to the hype. My fiancé and I went for an early dinner today WITHOUT a wait and able to get seated immediately, and now I truly understand why this spot is such a fan favorite in the Las Vegas community. Their menu has so much variety, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor and authenticity -- it really brought everything together and knocked it out of the park. If you're ever in the area and craving a comforting, authentic bowl of pho or other noodle soups, this is definitely the place to go. Open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight, it's convenient no matter when you're hungry, and the generous portions at great prices make it even better. I really appreciated the experience, and I know this will be one of the spots I return to again and again -- it has quickly become one of my favorites in town. read more

First time trying this place with my boyfriend, I absolutely love it. We did need to wait to be seated and no one came for a few minutes but otherwise, everything was phenomenal. The food was so rich, healing and tasty. I've only had Pho two times (this is my second time) and this place exceeded my expectations and did not disappoint. I will be back here again! read more

Quality has changed over the past year. Food did come out fast and hot which is appreciated but you can tell that the quality has gone down a little. BBH quality was not what it used to be. Noodles were soggy and over cooked and soup was more watered down than before. The pickled veggies were not crunchy or sliced like they used to be sliced if you ever order the spring roll dish. Just those little things you noticed if you've been coming here for years. Hoping it gets better. Unfortunately not my go to place any longer. read more
A friend of a friend recommended this pho spot to us, and it didn't disappoint! I loved how you could customize the meats that were inside, as most pho places had preset options on their menu. The pho itself was delicious, portion size was very fair, and the price fit what you were getting. I would definitely return to this spot if I was in the Vegas area and craving pho. read more

My friends and I visited on the third day of EDC weekend as soon as we woke up. It was busy inside and there was two other groups ahead of us waiting for tables. However, we didn't wait that long for a table for three people. It was at most ten minutes. My boyfriend and I shared the Goi Cuon (Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp), $8.95. They were nicely cut up into four pieces to share. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (Combination Pho), $15.95. Then, my boyfriend suggested we order something to-go to have for later once we return back to the hotel after the end of day three of EDC. I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli Noodle with Egg Rolls and Charbroiled Pork), $15.95. The food was good! It filled me up, but I wasn't too full. Service was good! We were attended to in a timely order and whenever we had requests, they were fulfilled quickly. It was also very easy to find this restaurant and get parking. read more
As always, I like to preface my pho reviews by saying it's difinitely a hit or miss depending on personal taste- everyone has their own go-to flavor profile. For me, this spot absolutely hits the mark. I've tried a handful of pho places since moving here, and while some were good, none quite hit like the pho restaurant I used to have almost on a daily back home in CA... until I was recommended this place. Let me just say - We have a winner. The 25min drive to get my pho fix is completely worth it. The restaurant is spacious, the wait time is minimal, and the food? As kids today would say "bussin" The flavor is spot on (for my preference) nearly identical to what I was used to in CA. Bonus points: there's no extra charge for adding additional meat to your bowl. So I added some brisket in my very basic rare steak go to. read more
