We ordered Oxtail Pho and Combination Pho with beef rib on the side and both pho was delicious. The waitress was nice and provided good service. I would definitely recommend this place and will eat here again when in Las Vegas. $20-$25 for pho is a bit high, but 1 bowl while traveling through Las Vegas isn't going to break the bank. read more

This place was really packed on Sunday for lunch. Looks like they do take reservations so that would be helpful if you plan on eating here. There were plenty of seatings but it was really crowded with lots of big parties. I ordered the House Special Vermicelli noodle bowl. It was a huge bowl filled with the normal vermicelli noodles, lettuce, and carrots/daikons. Noodles were cooked perfectly. The pork was flavorful and tender. Eggrolls were crispy and seasoned well. It came with a little bowl with the sauce and with the big noodle bowl, I ended up using all of the sauce. I also ordered their Thai Tea with no boba. Their Thai tea tasted more like milk than Thai tea. Maybe it would had been better if it wasn't so heavy on the cream/milk. Also heard that they make their own pho noodles. We came here on a Saturday afternoon, table of around 15 people. They seem newly opened and service was still working out a bit of the kinks. It's good that they double checked orders for us since we were a larger party. I got the rare steak and meatball pho which was a good portion and super delicious! Shrimp spring rolls and the egg rolls were pretty good as well. I got the avocado smoothie and unfortunately it was just too bland and icy. This has to be the best executed Pho shop in town! Very clean modern decor, well trained staff, and most importantly the food tasted fresh and delicious! I ordered the Pho special Combo bowl at $20, and the broth was spectacular! You can taste they use real beef bones, not filled with artificial powders and msg. The portion was huge compared to most places I've been to and the meat quality was also superb. I don't get others saying it's bland as I think most places are overly seasoned and the natural beef broth flavor is over powered by saltiness and artificial flavors. I was so full by halfway through the bowl, but I managed to finish the whole thing because it was that good! I enjoyed everything here, and I'm really impressed by who ever opened this shop. Checked this place out as we noticed it was finally open after replacing the former Pho So 1. Turns out they had just opened a couple of days prior and so not all menu items were available yet. Redesigned interior looked great. The egg rolls were fine, but the char-grilled short rib pho was really good! I was also pleased that their plate of garnishings included coriander snd rice paddy herb! Thats how you know it's authentic. Decided to try out this new restaurant during their soft opening. They sat my family and I down very quickly. Ordering and having our food delivered was also quick. I ordered the combination pho and it was okay. All the meats were super tender, but the both was okay. This was the most expensive pho I have ever eaten in Vegas and it did not taste like the most expensive. The Nem Nuong Cuon was surprising super thin. You could barely taste it. Wonderful staff and service during the grand opening! The pork patty spring rolls are a must-try with the special pickled-veggie peanut sauce that added a nice crunch. We also ordered the brisket pho and brisket/meatball pho with fresh noodle. This place recently replaced the old Pho Saigon 1. I came here for their soft opening and so far, it was a pretty good experience. The overall place is clean and a nice switch up from what it used to be. Staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. As someone who is Vietnamese, I thought it was decent. The egg rolls were good and so were the pork patty spring rolls. Flavor wise, the pho was not too bad. It was nice to have especially since I wasn't feeling too well. Food here is decent However the service I experienced today was not great. 30+ minute wait time for food. They messed up one of our food items during the dine in meal. We also ordered 2 to go orders which were messed up. One of the orders was pho dac biet which was not given to us yet we were still charged. The other order was bun Bo hue, they gave us bun Bo hue items with pho broth, which they confirmed was a mess up after we showed them a picture of what we got. I called them over the phone to dispute it, they told me I had to be in the restaurant to refund. I had to uber back to the restaurant and then back to the hotel which costed more money. When I got the restaurant they were willing to give me 2 new to go orders of bun Bo hue and pho, but they told me they won't refund even though they told me over the phone they would. Their mistakes costed me more time and money. I had to pay the consequences for their mistakes. Make it make sense. Will not be coming back. read more

Went on day 2 of soft opening. I was craving Bun Bo Hue. Was disappointed I couldn't try it. For soft opening they were only serving from the front of the menu. Ordered pho brisket and fresh coconut for dining in. Also ordered a pho, nem nướng cuốn & cà phê sữa đá Togo. I made sure to order nước béo because I like to add the extra fat and richness to my pho. The server forgot to put in my fresh coconut. I had to ask another server to check on it. The pho broth is phenomenal. Very delicious pho. Coconut was fresh, sweet and the coconut meat was firm but soft enough for scoop out with the spoon to enjoy. After paying and before leaving I asked to make sure my togo order had nuoc beo. Server said it was in there. When I got home I was disappointed that it did not have nuoc beo and my nem nuong cuon ended up being cha gio instead. In understand that the staff is new and they're learning so I wasn't mad. Just disappointed. Staff needs to practice being more attentive and thorough. I will be back to try other items. I honestly don't understand the hype around this place. I came to Pho Concept expecting a comforting, flavorful bowl of pho, but it completely missed the mark. The broth tasted bland and watered down, like it had been rushed instead of properly simmered. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the meat didn't seem fresh. Service didn't help either--staff seemed uninterested and it took way too long just to get basic things. For the prices they're charging, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. There are plenty of better pho spots in Las Vegas. I won't be coming back. read more
