This place deserves a 3.5, not a 3. I wanted to like this place bc they had good thit nuong meat but the pho is really bland. Another thing is I asked for extra mayo butter for my banh mi, but they actually gave me 3 sticks of butter. Lmao! I got com thit nuong and bun thit nuong. The eggrolls in my bun thit nuong was bland, but their nuc mam cham has my flavor profile liking and when that is good, most of everything will taste good. I did really enjoy their bun bo hue. They were able to give me extra mam rouc. That made it much more tasty! I think its pretty big inside with a good amount of tables. We ate around 8pm as this place opens late until midnight. I felt like this place was a letdown. While the inside is clean and nice looking as it is a relatively new restaurant the food was lacking. We ordered meatball and brisket and regular brisket pho as well as pork egg rolls. They also do not offer pho ga at this location, only beef options. The pho arrived with very little meat in it, and the taste was not very remarkable. The pork egg rolls were also bland and we did not enjoy them. Lastly, Pho Concept seems to be going pretty hard on ai food photos and ads. The food does not look like that and the digital ai ads on the walls were hard to read because the design is bad. To me this is a sign of cutting corners and not focusing on their food quality. Overall, it was too expensive for what it was and we will not be coming back. read more

We really enjoyed this Pho spot. We were in Las Vegas for the day and we wanted to share Pho with our friend whose never had the experience of it's great taste. It's not an all-new concept, but it's doing enough for Vegas. Pho Concept is one of the newer pho restaurants in town. Having taken over a pretty large space from the now-defunct Pho So 1 on Spring Mountain and Decatur, they had big shoes and a lot of seats to fill. So far, they might be doing just enough. I showed up during weekday lunch. The Yelp Waitlist kiosk had groups displayed as waiting for some reason, but I was seated immediately and later saw no sign of those larger groups appearing. Maybe a bit of laziness or tech illiteracy, but hopefully they use this function well during peak hours like the weekend. I kept it simple and went with the Combination Beef Pho ($20.00), aka Pho Dac Biet. The noodles were normal, and the meats were all pretty tasty and tender. I didn't really notice a pink presentation of the rare steak, but I'd wanna have it cooked eventually. The broth is a little low in herb/spice profile and has no visible cilantro involvement despite what the menu claims, but it has a nice light sweetness and blends very well with the lime. Overall, you can likely do worse at a majority of pho spots in town. The interior has a modern feel, so it's also a bit more welcoming than most pho spots. The service is standard for this sort of restaurant, meaning they'll ignore you after they take your order and you have to walk to the register to pay. I didn't notice what music was playing if any. Pho Concept seems to have solid pho, prices on par with the competition, and above average ambiance, which does count if you're trying to distinguish between this and any other pho spot. I just heard great things about their Sauteed Beef Pho (Pho Tai Lan), so I'll probably have to come back soon to give it a try. read more

It was not our idea to come here, but we did. It was crowded with ppl coming constantly. I had the stir-fried macaroni dish and my hubby with a friend had pho and his gf had the vermicelli noodle bowl. Stir-fried macaroni looked good but it was cold. My husband advised the staff and they did offer to warm it up in a microwave or redo it, there are some food you can't just microwave, but I don't like wasting food. I'm one of those ppl that I don't like wasting food unless it's really bad or spoiled. Pho also presentably looks good but it did not had that pho taste. Vermicelli bowl combo, well the vermicelli was hard like it came out from a fridge. Maybe they're are new (a month or so) but hope they will improve. read more

We tried this place since our usual Vietnamese spot in the same plaza was closed that day. This took over the former Pho So 1 space and a definite upgrade with its large dining area and contemporary decor. We had the brisket pho, pork egg rolls, and pork chop broken rice. The food was okay but the broth a little lacking in flavor. The prices are slightly higher than average but portions are pretty big. Some specials were advertised on digital signs on the walls but we didn't even notice them until after we placed our order. It would be nice if they were included in the menu or have a sign on the table for diners to see right away. read more

Wanted to try out this place since I kept seeing it on my IG. The parking was super easy, nice large lot for the plaza. When you walk in the place looks very modern. It was clean and bustling! I feel like it's kinda hard finding good viet food in LV. Or maybe my standards are too high since I grew up eating it lol. Once we ordered the food came out pretty quickly. Beef betel leaf 6/10: this one was prob my least favorite dish. It had an interesting aftertaste that didn't suit my style. The sauce was also a bit too pungent for me. The presentation was nice and you eat it by wrapping it like a spring roll. Since I didn't like the sauce I asked for nuoc mam on the side which was a lot better! House special vermicelli 9/10: packed with flavor and nuoc mam tasted so good with it. It was refreshing for a hot day. I was surprised the pork wasn't chewy since it looked like it had a lot of fat. But it was actually pretty tender. Pork patty rolls (nem nuong) 8/10; this dish has so much potential. The roll was so good and packed with the best ingredients. However the sauce was a peanut brown sauce which isn't traditionally the correct sauce for it. I think if they used the correct orangey sauce that usually comes with nem nuong it would be a 10/10!! Filet mignon shaken beef with pasta 10/10. This was probably my favorite dish! So packed with flavor and the pasta was chewy, just how I like it. The beef was so soft and tender, definitely good quality. The fries were also done well with a perfect amount of seasoning. The beef was a bit salty so definitely eat it with the pasta which is a bit more bland. They go very well together. Overall the food was really good! The prices were a bit steep but you get what you pay for. I didn't try the pho but maybe I'll try next time! read more

Second time dining in at Pho Concept and it was great again! The portion sizes are filling, I had to take my pho home both times! The pho broth is delicious, flavorful, and comes out super hot every time. There is plenty seating in the restaurant and seems to fill up quick. We also had the tiger shrimp spring rolls and they were super fresh and paired with one of the best peanut sauces I have had. The menu is more limited compared to other Vietnamese restaurants but that just means that they are serving up the best! read more

They've only been open for about 3 months, but the food was already incredibly flavorful and impressive. We enjoyed a variety of dishes: Char-Grilled Short Rib Pho -- the 1 lb short rib was one of my favorites! Tender, flavorful, and so satisfying. Filet Mignon Shaken Beef Garlic Noodles -- another standout. The filet mignon was tender and paired perfectly with the savory garlic noodles. Sautéed Beef Pho with ginger, garlic & egg yolk XO Crab & Scallop Fried Rice Vietnamese Crepe (Bánh Xèo) Pork Patty Rolls Pork Egg Rolls Bún Đặc Biệt with pork, shrimp & egg roll Mashed Avocado Durian Everything we had was delicious, but the 1 lb Short Rib Pho and Filet Mignon Garlic Noodles were definitely my top favorites! As Vietnamese, I m picky with my pho and I think this place nails the broth. Very close to what I have in Vietnam. Ofc still tastes Americanize. But one of the best pho place in Las Vegas for sure. Feel classy eating here. The decor and lighting feel warm and inviting. Large dining area. The servers are extremely friendly and helpful. This place was really packed on Sunday for lunch. Looks like they do take reservations so that would be helpful if you plan on eating here. There were plenty of seatings but it was really crowded with lots of big parties. I ordered the House Special Vermicelli noodle bowl. It was a huge bowl filled with the normal vermicelli noodles, lettuce, and carrots/daikons. Noodles were cooked perfectly. The pork was flavorful and tender. Eggrolls were crispy and seasoned well. It came with a little bowl with the sauce and with the big noodle bowl, I ended up using all of the sauce. I also ordered their Thai Tea with no boba. Their Thai tea tasted more like milk than Thai tea. Maybe it would had been better if it wasn't so heavy on the cream/milk. Also heard that they make their own pho noodles. This place recently replaced the old Pho Saigon 1. I came here for their soft opening and so far, it was a pretty good experience. The overall place is clean and a nice switch up from what it used to be. Staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. As someone who is Vietnamese, I thought it was decent. This location has great interior decoration and truly feels like an upscale Chinatown location! The bowls are large, convex shapes and the servings are generous. The meat quality is also great! I would definitely consider coming back here as audition to be THE main pho spot. One little suggestion I have is that the tables mainly come with Sriracha sauce to spice your soup up with. I believe having some good, old fashioned chili paste or oil on the side to garnish would be the move over pre-bottled goodness. read more

For this getting replaced by a pho place they will be trying to fill some big shoes. The ambiance and vibe was giving a really modern take on bold Vietnamese culture. When we seen that this was a new pho spot we were open minded to giving this a shot. Inside decor was very modern and had cool cultural wall art and nice lighting. The staff and service were very nice and communication was punctual. We ordered the combination pho, meatball pho for the kids, spring rolls, and ube coffee. The pho broth was very rich and delicious. I am very picky when it comes to the broth. The pho was on point their sliced beef and meats for the combination pho were delicious. Something about their sliced beef they do something different with it's very soft and succulent so good. The spring rolls were mid nothing I haven't had before. One thing that stands out was the vegetables garnish selection had some different herbs in there that made the experience delicious. The price is up there for pho but everything is up not just this place they just keeping up with the time. We are definitely going back when craving pho and more! read more

On our first visit we found the food was great! This is typical of a good restaurant. The vermicelli with pork was good. The noodles were freshly made, the meat was not overly salty, also had the right vegetable s for the dish. Most importantly the fish sauce tasted right for the dish with the right type of pepper (for spicy eaters). The pho broth was flavorful with not an overwhelming amount of MSG. They also had fresh noodles! Staff was friendly and sweet. My wife asked if the bolba was fresh and mid sentence our server said she'd check, turned around and asked. At some places you get the rolled eyes, etc. We asked after about why there's new owners but the same great taste remaind and found the cook is the same one for the past 15+ years (keep him/her!!!). New clean look. Endearing staff. Same great authentic Vietnamese food. 2nd Visit We came back again a few days later. This time wife was so hungry she called ahead and asked if we could order 5 minutes out and they agreed (don't do this if you're not super hungry, it could grow cold if you hit too many red lights). There is only one fried rice and it's in the style of "cơm răng" where some of the rice is left to crisp. It adds a crunchy texture and was delicious. The Bo Ne came in a cast iron and was enough for 2 people. The meats were very well seasoned and the bread tasted fresh. Overall I was surprised the owner took the order. This plus coming and getting recognized and frequent checks is above and beyond for most restaurants (you get 1 or 2 of these). We are not from around here but we felt like regulars. We overheard how the staff and owner interacted with the other guests and this is just how they are. The food is great! The service was even better! Our Lyft driver recommended this place during our trip. We came here not knowing what to expect. Our waitress Linh was so helpful with our selections. We ordered the spicy beef with beef ribs, ox tail pho with fresh noodles and the nem nuong roll with ube coffee. When we tasted our coffee we had to get our own. The taste was decadent. The deep roasted taste was one of the best we had. Then came our bowls. Our minds were blown! The broth was so clean and flavorful and our meat nearly melted as we bit thru each bite. This has to be the best executed Pho shop in town! Very clean modern decor, well trained staff, and most importantly the food tasted fresh and delicious! I ordered the Pho special Combo bowl at $20, and the broth was spectacular! You can taste they use real beef bones, not filled with artificial powders and msg. The portion was huge compared to most places I've been to and the meat quality was also superb. I don't get others saying it's bland as I think most places are overly seasoned and the natural beef broth flavor is over powered by saltiness and artificial flavors. I was so full by halfway through the bowl, but I managed to finish the whole thing because it was that good! I enjoyed everything here, and I'm really impressed by who ever opened this shop. Wonderful staff and service during the grand opening! The pork patty spring rolls are a must-try with the special pickled-veggie peanut sauce that added a nice crunch. Decided to try out this new restaurant during their soft opening. They sat my family and I down very quickly. Ordering and having our food delivered was also quick. I ordered the combination pho and it was okay. All the meats were super tender, but the both was okay. This was the most expensive pho I have ever eaten in Vegas and it did not taste like the most expensive. The Nem Nuong Cuon was surprising super thin. You could barely taste it.
