    Sheer Pleasure Sandwich

For the last few weeks, we've been regulars at Heidi's. We're working our way through all the sandwiches and haven't been disappointed once! The service can be a little slow, but with the restaurant always full and a constant line of takeout orders, we're happy to be patient.

My wife says, I ordered a charcuterie board for a Halloween party and it was fantastic. We returned the board to the store and stayed for lunch. I had been searching for a cranberry turkey sandwich and Heidi's was the only place I could find one. It was so good! We also ordered the BLT and tried both the potato salad and macaroni salad. We will definitely be back for the turkey cranberry soon this season. We also look forward to taking the cousins to afternoon tea. We have been looking for a cute place that allows kids for tea. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. We met Heidi and she was very kind. I absolutely loved the decor and got some inspiration for decorating.

Excellent Rueben, the house made thousand island is to die for!

We recently discovered this lovely spot & we were delighted with the extensive sandwich options! I had the Rueben, which was hands down the best of my life. The tomato soup was also delicious! The menu also has salads, flatbreads & a variety of desserts. We will be back to try the Charcuterie board as well, perfect for an early happy hour (as they close at 5). The cocktail menu looked intriguing and prices are reasonable . Much more to try on future visits!

Heidi's Sandwichboard is a culinary gem located on First Street in historic downtown Snohomish. This was my first visit, never been and wasn't familiar with this spot. I was introduced to this lovely spot for a Yelp Elite event (4/5/25). Welcoming vibes from the counter staff. Aside from the complimentary half Turkey Cranberry sandwich, with pickle spear, and potato salad (usually $11.75), I also placed an additional order for the Italian Stallion ($16.75). All the lunch items were nicely prepared and boxed up for takeout. I appreciated the flatware, napkins, and everything securely bagged up. There is some outdoor seating right outside the entrance. However, there is vast interior seating and a separate tea room. The interior decor added warmth with lots of focal points and natural light. Menu has it covered with soups, salads, sandwiches, baked items, and beverages whether you dined onsite or decided on takeout. Terrific options for lunch, indulge in some wine and a charcuterie plate, or have leisurely afternoon tea service. I saw some platters being arranged and wrapped for a catering event. I opted to dine at one of the public seating spots with a great riverside view. The generous, fresh, quality ingredients were expertly prepared and definitely hit the spot. Even the refrigerated leftovers held up well. Definitely recommended!

When I visited Heidi's Sandwichboard for a Yelp event, my husband tagged along. While I had my Yelp item, he bought the TunaCado sandwich with a side of soup. We loved the TunaCado sandwich, and the soup. We loved how fresh everything was. We also got a Strawberry Lemonade and enjoyed it. The day we were there their oven wasn't working and only cold sandwiches were available. We will be back to try their hot sandwiches.

I came to Heidi's Sandwichboard for a Yelp Elite Experience and brought my wife along for lunch. I got my Yelp item while we bought her a BMT-Basil, Mozzarella, and Tomato full sandwich with the pasta salad and we shared a bowl of the Tomato Basil soup. Both were delicious. Totally fresh, homemade and tasty. I've never been inside Heidi's Sandwichboard but I've parked in front of it before when antiquing in the area. I remember noticing it as I LOVE sandwiches but wasn't hungry at the time so I made a mental note to try it one day. I'm very happy to have finally tried it. Inside the restaurant is very cute. The decorations over the entire business are super nice (Don't forget to check out the back room on the way to the bathrooms). It's close to Easter so the decorations were appropriate. I would describe the interior decorations as a eclectic vintage. It flows very well. I love the full sized bicycle decoration on the main dining wall in particular. The tables each had a bottle of water and glasses set on the tables so we could pour our own at our convenience. I had an organic lemonade with my meal also. We loved the food! It was very fresh and tasty. Overall, we had great service and got to meet Heidi at one point. She was very charming and told us the history of the place and some of her other ventures. There were all women working hard there and doing a great job. I will return one day...

Love the sandwiches here! The place is super chic and I was fascinated with some of their decor. I didn't even realize this was a sit down restaurant because i initially thought it was just like a deli. The servers were very nice and really attended to our n needs and they explained the menu pretty well. Definitely a must go to for some brunch menu and good for families. Parking though was so so I don't know if they have any dedicated parking lot but we parked by the streets and it see ed pretty full on a Friday lunch time.

Enjoyed a Saturday lunch with my Mum at Heidi's. The place was packed at 1pm. We tried the Turkey Cranberry and the Turkey Avocado. For sides we tried the potato salad and the tomato pesto soup. The staff were so kind and attentive despite being busy. The gluten free bread was definitely the only issue with the meal. I recommend for a $2 upgrade on bread they consider doing a higher quality and partnering with the Grain bakery just up the street. Overall 4 stars and glad we came today!

When your bestie says that this is her favorite sandwich spot, you gotta try it out! Located in the cutest town of Snohomish, I felt like I was stepping into a Christmas movie. The small town vibes were on point and very heartwarming. When we first walked in we saw their dessert case and I instantly saw the carrot cake and knew that I needed it. Did that stop me from ordering a sandwich, side, and soup? No chance. Soup of the day was a tomato pesto that came with some crackers. Hot soup on a cold Washington day-- there's not really much more you can ask for. I got their cup of soup and it was the perfect portion to accompany a sandwich, but you can also get a half sandwich combo with a soup or salad. I ordered the turkey cranberry with sprouts and cream cheese. And it's like a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich served on sweet bread. The turkey is piled high and had such a nice bite to it. My bestie ordered the Italian Stallion, and pro tip: you can get this sandwich heated up. The best thing about this sandwich is how they toss the lettuce in a vinaigrette. Service was quick and friendly-- if you're in Snohomish don't sleep on this spot.

We been wanting to try this place due to all the positive reviews. Wow! Lovely sandwiches. We went on a busy Saturday afternoon and had to wait a little more due to a packed house. The staff were courteous. Loved the ambience and the atmosphere. Being fans of warm sandwiches, We ordered the super dooper, philly cheese steak and French dip. The super dooper tops the list. We would definitely visit this place to try the other ones on the menu. I liked the regular coffee too. Since this place is in downtown, parking will be difficult to get.

I ordered Uber delivery this morning as I caraved for Heidi's sandwich. The same sandwich from last time, super dooper with pastrami, potato salad and tomato pesto soup. Everything is so fresh you can tell they use good ingredients. Sandwich was soft and well assembled. Pastrami piled high! Tried potato salad and tomato soup for the first time. The soup is really creamy and rich with full of flavor. I really like this soup. No wonder it's popular. The potato salad was a little bland but would go well with sandwich with strong flavor. I even love the side pickle and vinegary pepper. I don't usually go for sandwiches for lunch, but this is the only place I crave. Will definitely order again.

Popped in for a late lunch and they were busy but not no seats left busy. Food took about 15-20 minutes to come out. We were seated in the back with the rolling chairs by the bathrooms. I liked the option to order a half sandwich, the sandwiches are hefty, so definitely worth the price. It was nice to also have an option for sides. I got the junior club with macaroni salad and my partner got the turkcado with potato salad. The salads were just ok, kinda bland, super creamy. The macaroni had too much oregano.

I wanted to come to Snohomish (we're from Florida) after watching the realtor gals on HGTV. What a great time shopping and then I saw Heidi's on Yelp and decided to try it out. Great options for salads, soups, and sandwiches. I had the half Reuben and Tomato soup... both were awesome. Highly recommend.

As a vegetarian, my protein option was pesto tofu, while the other options were salmon and tuna. They had all the usual greens and vegetables, and everything was served cold. There were a few in house dressings along with some store bought ones. I tried the balsamic vinaigrette and a honey ginger dressing. It was good, but I think it could be better. My husband ordered the pesto tofu sandwich with Moroccan soup, and that was the highlight. The sandwich was delicious, and his only regret was not getting the full size. The soup was also really flavorful. The place itself feels cozy. The food came out quickly, and we finished everything in no time. Parking is street parking, which might be tricky, especially on weekends. Overall, a good experience. I would definitely come back to try more sandwiches or burgers, but I would probably skip the salad bar next time.

Wow, what a god send of a bakery! A complete GF bakery?!?! Yayyyy!!…read more I am so excited when I found out they make vegan, dairy free pastries. Double checked...Dairy free means no milk, cream, yogurt, butter etc. so I look for labels that says DV, V. Everything is automatically certified gluten free and there is no worry on cross contamination. They don't use run of the mill commercial grade high gluten flour the website tells all. There's also paleo, keto options. As someone who hasn't been eating butter based pastries due to doctor's orders, this bakery is like finding gold. Our favorite after 2 visits are their vegan dairy free sea salt chocolate chunk cookie, their classic GF big chocolate chip cookie, vegan dairy free banana macadamia nut muffin, and my absolute favorite is their dairy free vegan sweet strawberry scone (with rhubarb, flax and coconut). I typically find scones to be bland and dry. Not these! I enjoyed these so much they were so moist and delicious but what I love most is the chewy bits on the edge. My hubby is a chocolate fiend but he usually get sluggish and sick to his stomach after inhaling a large chocolate pastry from other bakery. He ate their large size classic chocolate chip cookie and it didn't bother him. Tasted amazing too! Their sourdough is one of a kind. It's piping hot and available on a daily basis while supplies last. Nobody offers gluten free artisan sourdough fresh out of the oven on a walk in basis. It stayed hot for hours after I brought it home because it was such a dense dough. When I think about how much more time and work went into these special loaves (not mass produced) and loaded with nutrition, the $23.50 is worth it! The sourdough is super moist if you don't toast it there's almost a slight tacky feel to it. Once toasted, it is the best artisan toast eating experience. This am, I enjoyed an open faced peanut butter and blackberry jam toast. Appreciate also they provide on the package specific care instructions for the best experience. For the price, I made sure we wash our hands and did all the suggested prep needed. My only critique would be transparency on pricing in store and on website. It was mildly shocking when the register total was in the $80 range after 2 sourdough loaves and 6 pastries before tip. After eating it, we realized it's actually worth every penny. Good at a different level. Maybe if they have a daily special would be nice to bring in more people? Well, we will come back regardless! Love this new bakery find!!

Upon entering, i immediately noticed baked goods display and the drink menu. The case was filled with a bunch of interesting types of baked goods. On top of the rose cardamom latte, brioche tart and cardamom twist. We also got a savory scone and another item that escapes me. I enjoyed the savory scone the most. It had chives and bacon amongst other things. Great texture and not too dry. The brioche tart was a meal all on its own. Heavy and will put you to sleep. The cheese I think that was in there was gruyere but I could be wrong. I enjoyed it but definitely will splooge out if you down eat it on a plate with utensils. Eventually it does get monotonous for me. Recommend sharing it. Cardamom twist was the least favorite item. I'm not sure what it was but there was an essence of something in the background that threw the flavor off for me. I can't seem to describe it. The twist was slightly doughy/stodgy for me. Maybe part of an off batch. I typically do like cardamom centered things. This wasn't my favorite is all I can say. One suggestion I would hope gets implemented is cost of goods displayed for each item. I can say I was surprised at the total during check out. I do go to a lot of bakeries, cafes and artisanal shops. I always felt more at ease knowing what I was getting into from a financial standpoint. Tip is to look at their discounted items. They are a steal. They also have a rewards program that gets you a drink with every new sign up paired with a purchase I wish I had known prior to purchase as I was only able to spot signage at the register.

There were two girls working- probably in their late teens to early 20's- one behind the counter and the other one was cleaning. The girl behind the counter said there was no more apple thus could not do the orders, then the cleaning girl approached the counter and was pointing to the pie we wanted and told the other girl there was still a couple slices left of the apple crumble pie. The other girl working the counter started whispering something to the other girl while looking at us sort of giggling. Just a side note, I had a feeling the counter girl did not want to do anymore work since there was about 10 minutes prior to closing time. The counter girl opened their freezer and said "I'm sorry, but we're out of ice cream for the shakes, but we can make you pie scream." My 18 year old daughter and I looked at each other, and I think we were both thinking the same thing. I told the girl behind the counter "forget it" and we walked out of there. On our way out I said to my kids out loud, "sorry guys, I don't think the workers want to stay any longer than they have to." It is obvious that if there is ice cream for the pie scream, there IS also ice cream for the shakes: ice cream goes with both! I wasn't born yesterday, and they could've just told me to my face- and I would've been okay with it- "sorry we're about to close and we don't have time to make your orders", instead of making up some bs about "not having ice cream" when clearly they did. I would've totally been fine had she been honest about having to close soon. I just don't like being lied to. Regardless, if the workers do not want to serve customers 10 minutes before closing, perhaps think about locking the front doors so no customer comes in. Or, put the sign that reads "closed". Customers are not idiots, are more likely forgiving if you're honest, and they're the reason why a place exists and the workers get paid. One star for tonight's customer service only.

We stopped in for brunch and I got my usual tarragon chicken sandwich and he got the chicken friend steak. I got water and he had asked for a Snohomish Coffee, which included alcohol, to which the waitress repeated "Snohomish Coffee", but he received a regular drip coffee. Neither of us were upset and didn't ask for a correction as it was busy and a simple oversight. When I ordered my sandwich, I asked for the pasta salad as my side and a side salad to add on. When my meal arrived, the pasta salad was replaced with the salad which, again, was fine and I didn't bring it up to the waitress - she seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people in the restaurant. When the bill came, I had noticed a $4.25 charge for the salad and asked about the amount. I told the waitress that I hadn't received my pasta salad, emphasizing that this was totally okay, I was more confused about the price. On the menu, it notes that side salad substitutions are $3.00, not $4.25. She informed me this was her first day, and as someone who worked in the industry for many years, I completely understood. She said she would ask and came back saying the price was correct but they hadn't updated prices on the menu yet. This didn't sit too well with me, but I left it as to not go back and forth. After all, the waitress doesn't control prices. However, if a price is posted, that's what should be on the ticket, whether it's been updated or not. The nail in the coffin for me was after I paid in cash, I thanked the waitress twice. She not only stopped making eye contact with me after the price incident, she said not a word either. No "thank you", no "thanks for coming in", not any acknowledgement of my existence. She put the change on the table and walked away. Again, as someone who has worked in the industry, when something (like prices) is out of my control, I still would apologize for the confusion or misunderstanding, and try to make things right or at least have the customer leave with some sort of sense of resolution. That was not attempted. I loved this place for years but unfortunately after today's interaction, I am not confident I will be back.

Got here and it seemed like the person who sits you either hated her job or didn't like us. She…read morejust didn't do a whole service either a smile, but did to everyone else. Maybe cause we're Hispanic I dunno. We at least got sat. My friend and I ordered mimosas and I got an Italian sandwich with a pasta salad. The food was ok. I didn't finish it. I was expecting something mouthwatering but it wasn't there. I wasn't too impressed because the service really killed it for me. The place is nice though, really packed and my mimosa was good. I got the pineapple mimosa. At least I got a good drink. Oh the Greek fries were BOMB! I think they are seasonal but get them while they have them! The lemon chicken soup was really sour and lemony for my taste but I still ate it.
