The dipping sauce that came with the spring rolls was slightly sweet and salty. Like teriyaki. Great. The chicken pho came with rice noodles. Green onions chicken vietnamese basil jalapeno and bean sprouts. The chicken was mostly dark meat and very well done. The soup tasted like chicken broth homemade and had black pepper in it. Adding Siracha to it and some soy sauce was absolutely great. The side of rice I ordered for 1.50 was well worth it. I did not like the bean paste on the table. I would like a bigger bowl just more broth but it was really fantastic. A

I loved the fresh crunchy exterior white loaf bread. As I took each bite it gave way to a fresh, soft and pillowy inside white bread experience. It did a fantastic job wrapping up my Vietnamese style meat and veggies. Everything in my sandwich had a ton a flavor. I thought the summer rolls (wrapped in rice paper) were excellent and that dipping sauce was on point! I'll always get an order of that every time I'm here. The service was top notch and I loved the decor too. It's more of a quick in and out kind of experience which was perfect between running errands. I'll be back! November 2023

The mini food court has expanded over the years, but the food and service have stayed consistently solid. Their bún bò Huế is one of the better versions in the city and feels very traditional, from the variety of meats to the toppings and deep, flavorful broth. I'm still on the hunt for the best bún bò Huế, but this one is high on the list. We also love their pho and vermicelli bowls--fresh ingredients, good portions, and authentic flavors throughout. It was busy during the weekend lunch rush, yet orders came out quickly and the staff kept things moving efficiently. Tables were cleaned almost immediately after customers left, which helped the space feel organized despite the crowd.

It features rice vermicelli noodles (bún) and is loaded with toppings like shrimp, squid, pork belly, and eggplant, balanced by a mountain of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and chili. Known for its intense aroma and deep umami flavor, it's a beloved comfort food in Southern Vietnam, often compared to a 'Vietnamese gumbo'") and pho as well as great bahn mi like the meatball version. Prompt service and also located in the food hall of the World Fresh International Market so plenty of seating and tables. One gripe is that the sugarcane juice costs $8.50 for a Large with no free refills! What gives bro? All the cans of soda are also $1, and I told them as a business suggestion they should maybe allow at least one free refill at that price because that may be the equivalent of 8 cans. Otherwise recommended!
