L3 Grilled Lemongrass Sliced Beef Lunch Special

Ordered the lemon grass beef w/ vermicelli noodles and veggies (#37). Absolutely delish! Excellent service, will definitely stop by again

Good food but no sauce included for pick up meals. Ordered fried rice, potstickers (both delicious) but the sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken were delivered dry with no sauces. Had to add sauces at home but thought they would already come covered or with the sauces on the side at the very least.

This is an update to my first review of Vietnam Noodle. We just had lunch there again yesterday, and I STILL LOVE IT!!!! Yes, the restaurant may not be the prettiest or most attractive inside. But it is clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, so that in itself gives them 5 stars in my book! I highly recommend their wonton soup. I order it every time and the taste is always consistent and flavorful. They don't skimp on wontons which is a good thing, because they are so delicious!

Would recommend coming here for their lunch menu. So much food for such a good price! The hot tea was also a nice bonus. We ordered the spicy lemongrass tofu noodle soup and Pad Thai with tofu. The soup was super tasty and perfect for a rainy afternoon. My boyfriend liked his Pad Thai a lot (I thought the sauce was a bit too thick but still good). Service was 12/10. Everyone was super friendly and we felt very taken care of. Would come back again.

Pho here is delicious. Incredibly delicious broth. Friendly owner and servers. Older building in a strip mall but clean and quiet inside.

Big servings! I got a heap of rice with my steak filet, which was also large. The flavor was great.

I am vietnamese and have always loved going to pho places anywhere i go and i've never had pho like this before. The meatballs were literally ITALIAN SPAGHETTI MEATBALLS. I was baffled. Id much rather they just say that they don't have meatballs than put frozen italian meatballs in my pho. the broth was not pho broth either. it was good broth, but didn't taste like pho. i think they don't use any chinese five spice in it. they also do not have any traditional pho additions. they don't have tendon, tripe, and apparently no meatballs either. they did not serve the pho with mint or basil or lime. just a sprig of cilantro and some bean sprouts. they did not even have chopsticks. really really sad that both times i've come here i've had the same experience, i thought that the first time i just came on a bad day and tried to be understanding of them not having any traditional pho protein options. spring rolls were good and the stir fry my husband got was decent. just don't get the pho. just to be sure that i posted this to the correct business, this is the pho place that says "vietnamese noodle restaurant" on the building, not the name of it, "pho vi".

Love Pho Vi! The food is delicious, the portions are big, and the service is lovely. It's our go-to…read morespot in Missoula.

This place was recommended for takeout by a local friend of a friend. We were traveling through and…read morewanted takeout. First, the ambiance is right up my alley. Hip. Modern. Soulful. A little tacky. It might be a bit high energy for some folks. We sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited. The thai lemonade was fairly bland. Although I did discover, through pocket research, that most thai iced teas and lemonade get their orange hue through food coloring (major blow to my assumptions about mixology). The food, on the other hand, was fantastic. Some of the best thai fried rice I've had. And the green curry was solid. And the cashew stir fry was decent. My one criticism is that I asked the host what she would recommend on the heat scale, and she recommended a two or three (although she bragged that she does a seven -off the scale- because she eats there all the time). I got a three. Lesson learned. Never take advice from a White lady from the Mountain West when deciding spice level, no matter how confident she appears (I should have done the five). However, we did get three types of hot condiments for the side (garlic chili sauce, house blended pepper flakes, and spicy fish sauce) and they were all fabulous. Overall, this was a fantastic thai experience. I've never eaten Thai in Thailand (for all the people complaining about authenticity), but I've eaten it in enough major US cities that I can confidently say it's as good as most other Thai spots. I'd definitely dine-in if I ever found myself back in Missoula.

When you go out, you pay for more than just the dinner. That's my opinion…read more Was put in the back table by the restrooms and a view into the kitchen...and looking at the wall. So not pleasant. I get it...may have been different if sat elsewhere in the restaurant. My date loved the noodle dish and my daughter and her friend loved the Pad Thai. Overall the dishes were really tasty and the service was great. The prices are a little high. It's an interesting place, it has this interesting vibe of old town/historic blended with Thai restaurant. It was fun! I think that a thicker curry, more rice, and a little less expensive would really make this place shine... at least for me.

Lots of my friends love this place and I keep giving it another shot, but it's never risen above…read more"fine". They have a larger variety of dishes than my personal fave Thai place in town, Zoo Thai, but the flavors are worse. On the plus side, the softshell crab appetizer is pretty good and unique. They have several more curry options too. The spice level ratings seem consistent across dishes, but a 5/5 here just means "actually spicy" (high end of medium for my East Asian spice tolerance). This latest time, I ordered the Pad Kee Mao at a 5 with tofu. It was very noodle heavy, probably used frozen veggies (has that distinctive jagged edge sliced carrot rather than shredded) and even at the highest spice level I found myself adding chili crisp to the leftovers to make it tastier. For reference, this spice level corresponds to about 2.5/5 in a Zoo Thai noodle dish (but Zoo Thai has a different scale for noodles vs curry vs rice dishes vs apps, beware). I'll give it another shot sometime, try their coconut-milk-less Jungle Curry at a 5, and hope for stronger flavor. But in the meantime I can't recommend this place if you like Thai food strong and spicy rather than creamy (I'm not a fan of coconut milk so I can't speak to those dishes).
