Viet's is always so good and I love how authentic the dishes are! My friends and I always love getting spring rolls platter whenever it's served at a Vietnamese restaurant and I really liked this one specifically because they had the weaved type of noodles. We also got the steamed clams and banh beo and it was also tasty. The servers offered us some free oranges at the end of our meal and it was really nice of them. The inside of the restaurant is decorated for events and there was plenty of space!

Love the ambiance and service. Staff is very friendly and food comes out quickly. Seafood sauce is delicious and goes very well for these dishes. Only complaint is that food was not hot enough and the lobster was over cooked. Maybe just an off day. Will be back

Our group of 11+ a baby walked in after a long weekend in Breckenridge ready to chow down on some Vietnamese food. The restaurant was pretty bright and even had a stage. The food tasted authentic and came out fast too. The menu had so many options to choose from and the prices were fair. Overall a great place to get your Vietnamese food fix. The highlight for me was the banh khot. It was sooo good, we ordered it twice.

This was such an awesome spot for Vietnamese food. Located in the back corner of New Saigon market, Viet's Restaurant (not to be confused with the Cafe) doesn't necessarily look fancy from the outside. But once you walk in, you are greeted with fish tanks, TVs playing relaxing nature videos, gorgeous decor, and an open, airy-feeling dining area. They have a large stage in the center of the room, and it definitely looks like they can host large events there. The food was phenomenal, and offers more depth and variety than the smaller pho shops along Federal (not talking smack, I love those places too). The service was also fantastic. Overall, if you are craving Vietnamese food, but want to level it up, this is your spot!

Really good food with plenty of selection! Nice little place we stumbled upon while visiting Denver. I had the Banh Canh Tom Cua which is a sort of seafood soup that had a unique taste. We also tried this rice appetizer I forgot the name of but feel free to look at the picture below and order it - you'll like it especially if you like fish sauce. I don't have Vietnamese all the time, but the dishes we ordered here were all pretty top notch. Service was quick and easy as well. Nice little place, will definitely visit again to try some new things on the menu!

Found ourselves on federal trying to go to New saigons last weekend but the chef walked out and they weren't seating for 45 min sooo we decided to try Viet. It's in the big plaza off federal Blvd and it looks like a reception hall that converted to a restaurant with lit up stage and clear tables and arches in corner. We got the grilled shrimp spring rolls which were great, when we ordered fried rice and the soft shell crab I said I want crab to come with rice as dinner not appetizer and instead everything came at once - oh well. The rice I did not like, with it coming out with spring rolls it got cold because I wasn't ready to eat it and i personally love the small cube combo fried rice meals not these big pieces of meat. It just didn't feel cohesive. The soft shell crab was oily and just didn't have much flavor besides breading and oil I wish they seasoned and did something on side like a tangy sauce. Overall- may try again but it wasn't my favorite place.

It was horrible. You could see the wilting of the green onions. It had actually changed from green to almost black. I couldn't believe I paid for what looked like garbage and leftovers. The soup was even worse, it was so sour that I didn't even open the can. My sister and her friend threw up after trying the first spoonful. It was disgusting and almost fermented. I'm not exaggerating, even if I had it tested I was sure it would be putrefactive. It was so weird that when I called to ask, they didn't understand what I was saying. They even said I didn't order the food when I had a receipt with MY NAME ON IT AS THE PERSON WHO ORDERED. There will really be people poisoned if they continue to do business irresponsibly like this.

My parents flew in to visit! As always they're looking for great Vietnamese food and we again find ourselves back at Viet's. We shared a hot pot and it was SO good. The service was also great, our server gave us quite a few fun dipping sauces and I had a great time here with my family :)

The bun rieu was delicious. I could taste some freshly cracked black pepper on top. I also liked the fresh vegetables they paired with it was well as the iced tea complimentary to every guest, that's a special touch. The spring rolls were freshly made for my order. They tasted very good, sauce was perfect taste and consistency. I haven't found any places here with as good of spring rolls as I did in California though, plentiful to find plump delicious ones there. But anyhow this restaurant reminds me a lot of the large family style vietnamese restaurants back in California. With a huge menu. Docked one star for less than average service, it took a while to be seated and it took too long for a refill. But overall very satisfied and would return and even bring people from out of town here.

My vietnamese blood cannot be picky about thìs place. We live 10 min from Asia central in federal and food here hands down beat most of our favorites. We ordered 1) clay pot fish (bone in). Huge portion. Worth it. And the flavor is authentic. 2) shaken beef. Tender. 3) to go salad combo. Even good the next day 4) bun Bo vermicelli. My hub said the best in Denver he had and he had a few 5) lotus wonton. My picky toddler liked it. 6) lemonade lychee. When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

However, I am glad the hype is real and that the dishes we ordered and ate were really good! For a group of 6, we did try as many dishes as we can. Everything we had was delicious, but I would skip two: (1) the charred cabbage and (2) rau muống (morning glory). The cabbage was not worth the $20 we paid, and the morning glory was so salty that I wished we could have a bowl of rice to balance out the saltiness. For these two dishes, which totaled $39, we could have ordered another "big" plate/dish. Overall, we enjoyed dining here. It was hard to hear some of the conversations though. A lot of voices and noises, but it's because the place was filled: no empty tables at all. I was also really surprised how many waitstaff they had here. From runners to servers, from hostess to bar tenders, the service we received was excellent. Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later. As I am sitting here writing this review, I am truly enjoying the atmosphere. Listening to the music over my head, I am sing a little bit too loud, louder than mouthing the words.
