They charged a reasonable fee for their service. I was totally satisfied and impressed. They all represent old fashion local customer service and professionalism that is very uncommon today. The second time they came out the panel was malfunctioning so they replaced it. The fourth time they came out the unit was just leaking water while not powered on or running, and this only occurred after they replaced the control panel. The technician spent 10 minutes at my house before concluding it was "the sink overflowing" despite all of the evidence I provided indicating it very much was not the sink. They charged me a service fee of $137 and left. Now I am left with water continuously pooling in my basement from a washer that didn't do this until Advantage Appliance Repair touched the unit. They did more harm than good. Stay far away from this business.
