Kseniya is absolutely amazing. I originally came across her groupon for a brazilian wax (last summer) and I have been going back to Kseniya ever since. She provides great service, makes you feel extremely comfortable, and is very informed on the products she is using on you. Her brazilians are extremely fast, precise, and the least bit painful (not to mention they last me a good month+). Best thing is that she uses 2 different types of wax and NEVER DOUBLE DIPS! She is very cognizant of sensitive skin and will use products based off of your skin and hair type. After going to her for just the brazilians- I wanted to give her other services a try. I finally tried a facial (my first facial) and Kseniya just made me feel super relaxed. Her products smelled amazing and left my skin glowing. I don't think I can say that my skin has ever felt so healthy! I am the type of person that strongly dislikes being put on the spot to buy skin care treatments/products on the spot and say no with the awkard feeling at the end (that- oh well, I guess I won't go back feeling) I have NEVER had this feeling with Kseniya. I found Viktoria Skin Care from a Groupon originally, and as someone who has tried many spas in the city, this is definitely one of the best. They do not rush you and ensure that you get a full spa experience - they really put in the time and attention to let their customers know they care. Worst wax ever. It was incredibly long and painful. The wax also took off quite a bit of skin. I would never go back.

Just had a brazilian and underarm wax done by Kseniya which was great!! She used hard wax as well as soft wax for the brazilian which I think worked really well and reduced the pain a lot for me (this is only my second brazilian so reduction in pain is great). For my underarms she used the soft wax which was fine. Kseniya was great about going over checking for stray hairs. After I got back and checked down under I noticed a few hairs that I need to tweeze but other than that I am satisfied. The overall atmosphere was simple and fine, nothing too fancy but I felt comfortable. The whole process took just about 30 minutes (maybe 25) and I was not kept waiting which was also great. She also made sure to apply a soothing oil / cream after the waxing which I appreciated because it helped to calm my skin and I didn't have to leave with my nether regions covered in wax residue. She was super polite and conversational. She was also very professional and answered all my questions. So glad I found her through Groupon, will definitely be going back soon! Also the receptionist / cashier was super nice and Store / Spa is located right on Wolcott and Division so it's pretty easy to find. read more

Absolutely amazing salon! They moved to their own studio at 2131 N Division, really cozy inside. I didn't have to wait long to be taken into the facial room. The space itself is nice with high ceilings and artwork. I had two services with Gulnara for an Oxygen facial. She is incredibly sweet and gentle. Each facial was around 50 minutes and included a mask she specializes to your skin type. I felt the services were relaxing and hydrating. I also got an eyebrow wax at my second facial. Not only is this the least painful Brazilian wax I've ever taken, Ksenyia is an amazing, professional, sweet-hearted person. She is punctual, professional, and genuine about providing a great, consistent service and knows how to treat her clients. You feel like you're here best friend leaving that place. She uses the hard wax, which was my first time using it, and never want to go back. I hate the regular wax now. I barely feel it and encourage anyone to find something less painful as her techniques. I went for a facial here and it was outstanding! Golnara was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about skin care. I've had countless facials over the years and I'm kinda picky about my skin care. I opted for their basic deep cleansing facial to start which was $85. I loved the products they use...not sure the brand but it felt very clean without a lot of fragrance. She made a point to educate me on what would be good for my skin but without telling me to scrap everything I've been using at home. I'll definitely invest in the products they use as I run out of what I currently have. I'm excited to have found a high quality skin care spa without the full on luxury spa experience. I love this place. I try to use the same person every time I go, but all the estheticians I've had are fabulous. While pregnant they make sure to not use anything potentially harmful. They diagnose my skin and recommend the appropriate treatments. The face doesn't look great right after extractions and everything, but give it a few days and your skin will glow. read more
