After so much time and energy I put doing the research and getting quotes and estimates from different company, and the worst yet when someone gives you wrong information like we cannot install sods now it's too hot, which later Matthew you told me that it was not true. It's really nice when you finally find someone that charge you reasonably and fits your budget. Villa did an absolutely incredible job! Our backyard was an overgrown nightmare (see photos). Matthew came out to give a free estimate, which ended up being lower than quotes from other companies. He was conscientious and responsive. I asked him and his team to remove everything for a clean slate, and they did exactly what I asked for. The hard-working team was efficient, quick, and went above and beyond ensuring the yard was completely debris-free. Villa Maintenance did a fantastic job cleaning up the front of our condo building property, which was tangled up with years of weeds, vines, old dead plants, overgrown bushes, and a mysterious "tree" growing up the side of the building. Matthew responded right away to my message, and they even went out the same day to scope out the situation and put together an estimate. They use a very convenient online estimate approval form that made the communication even easier (rather than phone calls back and forth, etc). This was a great experience from start to finish. Matthew was so friendly and communicative and understood our budget constraints. They spread mulch on all 4 sides of our house. Very high quality mulch. Came out for a quote same day I reached out via Yelp and they were here first thing in the morning the next non-rainy day and knocked out the project in a few hours. Villa Property Maintenance has worked with us for almost 5 years now. We receive services including biweekly lawn service, gutter clean-out, shrub removal, and maintenance under our very large deck (clean-out, laying rock, etc.). We have also worked with VPM to build some beautiful hard-scapes and planter beds in our front yard. They are great with trimming and tree consultation and even recommended to us an edible landscaper for our specific needs. They are courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, and very professional. I went through the trouble of writing yelp for estimates, scheduling people to come out, sending photos etc. villa was one of about 6 people to respond. He scheduled an appointment then didn't show up for it then called to see if he could come still but later in the day almost 2 hours after his appointment time, then finally came and was nice in person took measurements said he would have a quote after the weekend and then never called or emailed and never returned. Has not replied when I emailed to see if the quote was ready. Maybe when he actually shows up he does good work but I couldn't say. Seems like a young guy that doesn't care about the company name or professionalism.... or my time which is the bigger problem. read more
