They have a few mocktails to choose from, which is great because I don't drink alcohol. For an appetizer, I tried the beef carpaccio and caesar salad. For entrees, my table tried that ossobuco and the roasted filet tip risotto. For dessert, we tried the homemade tiramisu. My favorite was definitely the beef carpaccio. There is valet parking and a parking lot available. For dinner, reservations are recommended. They also have a weekday happy hour that you can check out.

Once seated, the waiter was very attentive throughout the entire meal. To start our meal, we ordered a a plate of the calamari, which were ok, maybe a bit more rubbery than I like. Side salads were brought out after, which were ok, nothing great, very basic. They also brought some tasty, warm garlic rolls/knotts with the salads. For my entree, I had a tough time deciding, there were a lot of good options on the menu, but I was really interested by the Cacio E Pepe, but it is only available as a meal for (2) which seemed a bit excessive. My brother and I decided to get it together, along with a side of sausage to add some protein to the meal. I've seen videos of pasta made with in a cheese wheel online several times, and have wanted to try it, but this has been my first opportunity. They bring out the cooked pasta, and prepare it in the cheese wheel at the table, which was an added bit of fun for the dining experience. overall it was a fun and tasty meal. Got to try something I've been wanting to for a while. One warning, the restaurant is basically just one large room, so it can get a bit loud, depending on the crowd and how busy it is. But I'd go back, and would recommend this spot to other as well.

Our wait staff Jennifer was very good and courteous. It was just the two of us and we each order our own Pizzas if you compare my pizza photo from my last visit to today's you'll see what I mean. Either the oven was too high or the pizza oven chef was overwhelmed because as I looked around ours weren't the only ones really dark. I did mention it to the wait staff and she was more than apologetic but it's not her fault. Anyway, I will probably be back and specify "light on top" you want the crust to have a bite not a chew that's tough. I know that sometimes you just have an off night. Pretty hard to screw up a cheese pizza tho. Sigh.

Great place; Great customer service…read more When dinning out to eat--even at your favorite place--it is inevitable that not every experience is going to hit it out of the park. Mistakes and missteps are bound to happen here and there. Such was the case during my last visit to Carrabba's. My mother and I had lunch at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Bradenton yesterday and there were a couple of different issues we had over the course of our meal. Although there were errors during our experience--both by the kitchen and service staff--the team was quick to address the issues accordingly and completely rectified the situation--even going as far as to comp one of our meals as well as a couple of other things from our bill. We were both taken by surprise as such considerations are entirely rare in these kinds of situations, at least in my own experience, anyway. What an incredible example of how things going awry can turn into an opportunity to shine and show the guest they absolute matter. Kudos to the Carrabba's family for exemplifying truly excellent customer service. Thanks for all your hospitality!
