Let me start this review by stating that for nearly 50 years there is NOTHING I have hated more than shopping for and purchasing a new vehicle. HOWEVER, this was my BEST experience ever. I began by researching and deciding what kind of vehicle we wanted and about what we wanted to spend and started searching online. Through CARS.COM we located a perfect match about an hour away at 123 Village Auto Sales and called to make sure it was still available before driving that far. When we called Gerry answered the phone and when we told him which car we were interested in and where we would be coming from he told it was available and went on to inform us not only all the great things about this vehicle but also the several issues with it because it didn't want us driving down if the issues were going to be a problem. This was a pleasant surprise compared to what I have dealt with in the past - auto salesmen doing everything just to get you to their lot. We drove down immediately after the car and loved the vehicle - it was everything he told us. Gerry guided us to a bank that would finance the vehicle and walked us through the process. He insisted we tell him any concerns we had so he could get the vehicle ready while took care of our end and we wrapped everything up in a few days. We love out 2015 Subaru Forester. We have had it for about five months now and have had absolutely no issues with it NOR have we found anything that we weren't fully made aware of by Gerry. I went to go look at a vehicle here and am so glad I trusted my gut and did not purchase it. I was told the vehicle had two owners and no accidents, and they don't do carfax. Upon purchasing carfax I saw three previous owners, frame damage reported, and it was a corporate fleet vehicle! I wrote a five-star review two years ago for this car dealership and wanted to follow up on the quality of the car. Many times when buying a used car, you can run into a lot of problems (seemingly always after inspection). However, after a full two years with my Toyota Rav4, I am still incredibly happy with the quality of this used car. There has been the occasional wear and tear on the car, but nothing crazy. I've never had a major mechanical issue with this car. Keep in mind that the car is quite old now, it's a 2003 and so we're at 16 years and the car is still running strong. When it comes time to find another car, I will undoubtedly be checking this dealership again. I can't believe the quality of car I got for the price. Absolutely incredible! read more

Pray that the vehicle you buy here doesn't have any problems. Gerry is a nice guy but his mechanic is bad. Also he will charge you an extra 100$ to fix a problem that should be free. My AC in my truck did not work and he said not to worry and did not ever mention paying extra for the fix. I probably won't be back. read more

These guys were very nice on the phone but there were some things about the truck I bought thatw ere very disappointing. Like it was listed as having cruise control,...it did not have it. When I asked about this they said, "Oh, must have been a mistake." This was their responce after I flew up there from Pennsylvaniia!!! The oil was filthty and I had to have the oil and filter changed when I got home. The transmission fluid need flushed and changed also. I had asked on the phone if there was any hail damage and was told by the owner that there was none. That was wrong!!! There was hail damage on the roof and hood!!! The gas tank was almost completely empty, too. Now, I will say, I am about 95% satisfied with the truck I bought but not happy about the lies or misinformation that I was given. I'm sure they could care less about my feelings or opinion because I never heard one word from them since I bought the truck. read more
