Walk-ins are either told to come back the next day, or are told to come back at a later time. At the end of it the barber mentioned there were 'a couple cuts' that he needed to clean up. I didn't realize until afterwards what he meant by 'a couple'.. (I've added photos so you can see for yourself) For a place that charges a premium for a shave this was the worst shave of my life. I left with irritated skin and many cuts. I also had a fresh nose piercing that I told the barber beforehand and multiple times throughout to avoid touching. He ended up bumping into it three times and dragged a towel over it.
