It really matters whether you make an appointment or not, so don't be a bad planner and guarantee a spot for yourself. Walk-ins are either told to come back the next day, or are told to come back at a later time. Another important thing to be aware of is that Mike takes one day off a week, so (and I can't emphasize this enough) make an appointment. Overall, absolutely amazing service, experience, and quality.
