I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

I have asthma. Nobody in their right mind would use those when the saw dust got into the motors. You cannot fix that by replacing the filters. Apparently John Fitz is an expert in air purifiers and what equates to ruining the air purifiers. John Fitz said they would only pay to replace my filters. Originally, Bill Stocky said the installer would have to pay to replace them. When I shared my receipts he suddenly had a change of heart. It also took three months to get a refund for the toilet they charged me to remove that was not removed by them.
