Well, I have their business card with $120 written in it. I didn't want to argue so I paid but I won't be back. Just make sure you double check the price before you take your dog to be groomed here. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The same staff has worked there for years which is always the best sign of a well-run organization. I've watched with pride as she expanded the business over the years and has maintained the same exceptional quality of care and grooming. Special appreciation for Lacey, a stellar groomer and Pippi's other mother, Ali and John who always make our experience more personal. The employees always recognize me and my family and greet us with a big smile on their face. I've gotten a chance to know them from the various visits I pay to the store on a weekly basis lol ,and they are wonderful people. The store always seems clean and the fish tanks are always spotless, which is the primary reason I go there besides buying cat food.
