Was told mid -haircut that he was too matted and that they' had to cut his hair shorter than agreed upon. I would have appreciated if they would have called to ask if that was something I was okay with before proceeding to cut him shorter. My groomer asked if he was matted when we first arrived, we told him no and he felt around Hercules' coat but did not let us know if he was matted. Will not be going back.

I was asked my dogs weight, I told her what I wanted done and was quoted $120.00. Today I dropped off and when I picked my dog up, the charge was $160.00 plus tax. I very politely said that she had quoted me $120.00 and she opened her book and said well, that wasn't for a full groom and that price wasn't $120. Well, I have their business card with $120 written in it. I didn't want to argue so I paid but I won't be back. Just make sure you double check the price before you take your dog to be groomed here. I went here because they use to groom both of my other dogs and I never had any problems. Too bad as my pup looks fantastic but not an unexpected $40 fantastic.

Seems like most are not the in business of wanting to help people. They always have an attitude and annoyed when you approach the desk. I'm sad to leave this practice as I love the doctor and all the vet techs have always been so great with my dog.

My dog is very nervous around new people and I was concerned about using a new groomer. Bailey cut his hair for the first time and was great ! She did a great job and was very patient with him. The employees always recognize me and my family and greet us with a big smile on their face. I've gotten a chance to know them from the various visits I pay to the store on a weekly basis lol ,and they are wonderful people. The store always seems clean and the fish tanks are always spotless, which is the primary reason I go there besides buying cat food.
