My 2 sons (ages 1 and 3) had their first appointment here and it was a succesful visit. As soon as we walked in there was Bluey playing on a huge tv. The reception area is nice and clean. Once we were escorted in the 2 staff members (Sha and Afsana) took such great care of my boys. My 3 year old wasn't scared at all and their kid friendly presence definitely helped. My youngest cooperated as well and I'm sure the 2 Bluey screens inside helped! Sha and Afsana also won over my kids with balloon animals and a bag full of goodies. First and foremost the front desk staff is the rudest I have seen in a dental or medical office. It is a money making factory where care is the last of their concerns. If asked a question the doctor and staff is super rude to say the least. I would have skipped leaving a review for this place coz the experience made me look for other providers and I found one which is actually amazing! More so I called up multiple times to release my son's dental x rays and after repeated calls no release yet They make excuses and don't release the x rays I will be registering a formal complaint because the clinic is legally bound by HIPAA laws to release x rays if requested by the patient. He was very shy and didn't want to lean back, let them look in his mouth, anything- Sha was super patient and helpful and really eased the stress. We made an appointment 6 months ago......on the calendar......planning to bring my daughter to our appointment and they cancelled/removed our appointment because we didn't call to confirm the appointment (closer to the appointment date). Pretty selfish business practice. Literally every business operates on if you make an appointment, you have an appointment. Would be different if they told us when we made the appointment that we also had to call confirm a 2nd time closer to the date, but that was never communicated to us. read more

To book an appointment is extremely difficult, it's usually 3 months out and this is for EXISTING orthopedics patients! Disappointing to say the least! I told her I could call the insurance company but inquired if that would also be part of the verification process since they according to her accept all forms of my insurance. We have been coming to this office for five years and have rec'd consistently friendly service from the front desk. Roland always strives to make us feel welcomed and heard. I am so happy to now see his friendly, unmasked face. Whenever we have a scheduling challenge he does his best to accommodate us and we appreciate it very much. Ebony is a relatively new addition to the front office staff and so far she is very friendly and strives to give excellent customer service. You can tell she enjoys her job and is an excellent fit. Took my daughter in for braces. Worst decision made! They are always running late. They dropped the ball twice on booking my daughter's appointment. She hasn't been seen since November. They only work on Modays, (they told after I signed the contract). The front desk could use some costumer service improvement too. They don't make patients aware when staff is running behind. I just brought my 4 year old to her routine dentist appointment and I am thrilled how well it went, thanks to the caring staff. The balloon animals absolutely helped! Phew! My daughter got a pink balloon butterfly and a balloon puppy to take home to sis. This is an awesome pediatric location and I'm glad to bring my children here! Tim and Liz were so kind! The Dentist (forgot name) was very nice and professional and although he was beyond busy, his patience with each child (some visibly nervous) was remarkable. Took my kids here, until I moved to Solano County. My daughter would complain of tooth pain in her top front teeth & I was told by Dr.Espinoza that her teeth were fine and that it must be food irritating/poking her gums because of her teeth being small. Her new dentist said that she grinds her teeth and the bottom row has been hitting the back of her top front teeth while she does it, so he can see the nerve through the back of her teeth. When I mentioned she complained of pain there sometimes he said it makes sense! We now have a treatment plan for it, instead of it just being brushed off. My son had hit his mouth while playing, making his front 2 teeth loose with swelling and bruising to his gums. He needed them pulled, he could barely eat they were so loose and they were bugging him. Dr.Espinoza said he could put some cream on his gums and pull them, with no pain. He put the cream on, waited a couple minutes, then pulled them. My son cried and looked in pain and said it was hurting. Dr.Espinoza said "there is no pain, all he can feel is pressure" and brushed him off, while basically telling him what he felt was wrong. I didn't know what to do. Come to find out, the numbing cream is supposed to be used to numb the area before using a needle for the actual numbing agent. It only numbs the top of the gums. It is not used for pulling teeth. My son was in pain. After hearing that, I am angry! My poor son felt him rip out his 2 teeth & then got told he wasn't feeling it and brushed off. I feel horrible that I was there and am supposed to protect him, but didn't because I didn't know. I don't see how Dr.Espinoza can live with himself. It makes sense now why I always heard crying and yelling from the treatment rooms. I thought maybe it was just because the kids were scared, now I know it's because he does whatever is fastest to be able to get to the most patients that day, without a care to the children he sees. The treatment they did on my son's teeth was bad quality. Their new dentist asked how long it was since the sealant was applied, I'm guessing because he didn't see it. Muir Station doesn't care about the quality of care they provide, only how many patients they can see in a day. This is why it is always so packed and the waits are always long. I hear no crying from children at the dentist office my kids go to now, the waiting room is never full, and we never wait past our appointment time to be taken back. DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. Find somewhere else. read more
