My 2 sons (ages 1 and 3) had their first appointment here and it was a succesful visit. As soon as we walked in there was Bluey playing on a huge tv. The reception area is nice and clean. Once we were escorted in the 2 staff members (Sha and Afsana) took such great care of my boys. My 3 year old wasn't scared at all and their kid friendly presence definitely helped. My youngest cooperated as well and I'm sure the 2 Bluey screens inside helped! Sha and Afsana also won over my kids with balloon animals and a bag full of goodies. First and foremost the front desk staff is the rudest I have seen in a dental or medical office. It is a money making factory where care is the last of their concerns. If asked a question the doctor and staff is super rude to say the least. I would have skipped leaving a review for this place coz the experience made me look for other providers and I found one which is actually amazing! More so I called up multiple times to release my son's dental x rays and after repeated calls no release yet They make excuses and don't release the x rays I will be registering a formal complaint because the clinic is legally bound by HIPAA laws to release x rays if requested by the patient. He was very shy and didn't want to lean back, let them look in his mouth, anything- Sha was super patient and helpful and really eased the stress. We made an appointment 6 months ago......on the calendar......planning to bring my daughter to our appointment and they cancelled/removed our appointment because we didn't call to confirm the appointment (closer to the appointment date). Pretty selfish business practice. Literally every business operates on if you make an appointment, you have an appointment. Would be different if they told us when we made the appointment that we also had to call confirm a 2nd time closer to the date, but that was never communicated to us. read more

I told her I could call the insurance company but inquired if that would also be part of the verification process since they according to her accept all forms of my insurance. We have been coming to this office for five years and have rec'd consistently friendly service from the front desk. Roland always strives to make us feel welcomed and heard. I am so happy to now see his friendly, unmasked face. Whenever we have a scheduling challenge he does his best to accommodate us and we appreciate it very much. Ebony is a relatively new addition to the front office staff and so far she is very friendly and strives to give excellent customer service. You can tell she enjoys her job and is an excellent fit. Took my daughter in for braces. Worst decision made! They are always running late. They dropped the ball twice on booking my daughter's appointment. She hasn't been seen since November. They only work on Modays, (they told after I signed the contract). The front desk could use some costumer service improvement too. They don't make patients aware when staff is running behind. My daughter got a pink balloon butterfly and a balloon puppy to take home to sis. This is an awesome pediatric location and I'm glad to bring my children here! Tim and Liz were so kind! The Dentist (forgot name) was very nice and professional and although he was beyond busy, his patience with each child (some visibly nervous) was remarkable. I will be finding a new dentist for my son. The way the dentist treated my son and I was not acceptable. Seemed very personal, not professional. They allowed us to walk out of the appointment without any treatment done, I simply was asking questions and he was extremely rude. I left there in tears but was told I was yelling while the staff smiled and waved goodbye, knowing I left that appointment  we waited months for and they didn't do the services, leaving me very dissatisfied.  We have been taking my son here since you guys opened. I've also referred to lots of people with their kids. i dont feel this way anymore, very unprofessional behavior. My son did not receive treatment, if anything like i said I was mistreated when asking questions to gain further understanding. This is no longer a good fit for us. read more
