The large pepperoni pizza was really quite small and very greasy!/ I had the pizza delivered to my apartment building. When the young man took my order, he asked what apartment #. I told him. The lady delivery driver call and told me she was there. I asked her to come up to my apartment and she flatly refused telling me "we don't do that" and she would leave the pizza at the security desk. I did tell her that was the first one to ever refuse and that I was disabled and in a wheelchair. She insisted " we don't do that! North county best pizza. That's their claim. However, I'm pretty sure I was their first customer of the day and the place was filthy. The day befores food was all over the floor and thy had a real fly problem. My pictures if you look in the background, you'll see flies swarming my pizza. If you for a second think Pizza Hut Pizza is good... that's because you haven't had the village pizza. The first bite of the cheese pizza was orgasmic. Absolutely delicious, perfect amount of sauce and the cheese was so delicious and perfectly crispy on top. The pizza took less than 10 minutes to make and it looked like a deep dish but it wasn't. I don't know what's been going on at village the Last few years but not only has quality gone way down they can't seem to get a single delivery order right. Either things are missing from the items themselves (cheese,salad dressing, dipping sauce) or your order is made with little care. Last few orders there's barely any buffalo chicken (and less sauce) on your buffalo chicken salad. My last order looked like someone punched a head of iceberg lettuce and threw in a few scraps of undercooked chicken, almost no buffalo sauce and barely any cheese . There may have been 1 & 2 sad mushy tomatoes though. For a topper they sent creamy Italian when I asked for blue cheese several times. I spent $27.00 for a large Steak and CHEESE grinder and Ziti dinner with meatballs. The Steak and Cheese had no cheese the Ziti was over cooked and it was mushy like baby food. He sat the pies down at our table and said thanks. No silverware. Napkins. Plates. Of course I asked. He just pointed over to a serve yourself table. The pizza was actually very good. Been somewhat a "regular" delivery customer for about a year. Their food is great. However, i live in Adams, that's about an 8 minute ride at best. Sometimes the food is hot, others it's not. Those times I've called back to make a complaint or more so to suggest the driver merely keep his heater cranked to keep it hot. Called tonight for a delivery and met with, on the other end of the phone. A belligerent, condescending, for lack of a better word, ASSHOLE. Here is a tip: get a large. Their large pizza is very, very good. The dough goes up the sides of the pan making a little bit of a deep dish effect, with a thick, buttery almost flakey dough. Really good! Unfortunately, they just seem to use the same size dough ball on the extra large, stretching it out to fill a larger sheet. Making the extra large just average. read more

Came here after a concert at Mass MoCA bc it was the only place open. We didn't order pizza so I can't speak to that, but we ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo chicken nachos. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, the hot wings were good (we ordered them extra done/crispy) and the chicken nachos were bizarre and not good at all. It was basically just chips with hard chunks of vaguely buffalo sauced chicken cutlets, not much cheese, just weird and not good, we threw them away. I had someone order a pizza for me friend as a surprise treat, since it is National Pizza Day and my friend has been through a lot of ordeals for the past year or so. I had them order a shrimp scampi pizza since he loves shrimp, but after ordering heard nothing from the driver for about an hour. I ended up calling them asking them when it would be there; they initially said it was out for delivery and that it would be there soon. H Half an hour passed and still no pizza. I called again. This time, they said that they couldn't find any order. When I told them the exact address I had them send it to, they suddenly switched their story and said that it must have gone to a different house. Although he was polite and courteous enough, he didn't offer to make a new one, or a refund, or anything. I am now working things out with the guy who ordered the pizza in the first place in the hopes that he can at least get his money back. I am absolutely disappointed in this experience; I wanted to make a friend happy and feel special after a couple of real terrible years for him and his family, but apparently at Village Pizza that is too much to ask. First of all, the pizza is very good. Do take out and leave it at that. The guys that run the place are very nice. We noticed a review here where they claimed to have more of a Sports Bar feel with many TV sets and selling beer and wine. They do have TVs but none of them were working when we were there. The day was a warm one so they had huge fans running in the dining area to keep the kitchen cool. The noise was just awful. Get to the counter, order your pizza, get your plates, utensils and bottle of soda and walk back to your table. They only serve you the pizza, nothing else. We had a mixup with our delivery order. They had the wrong phone number and wrong address. When we called because it was never delivered, they immediately remade the order (not by request, they just wanted to make sure it was hot for us) and delivered it within the next 15 minutes. I would just like to say that I give this place one star only because of the fact that I had just got a pizza not too long ago with overcooked chicken on it that was supposed to be a buffalo chicken pizza with spaghetti sauce on it and then a Hawaiian pizza with raw dough also the same thing on the other Pizza the two salads I got were not bomb salads they were more like downhill salads with burnt bacon on the top only tomatoes cucumbers and peppers got garlic bread with no garlic on it only butter I asked for extra crispy hot wings and what do I get I get soft squishy gross things oh and can I just mention on one of my salads there was basically raw chicken which it's not a good thing for any business of any sort the chicken seems to be from Walmart and on the other salad the chicken is so overcooked that you can barely eat it so I give this place one star because their food is absolute trash read more

Favorite pizza in North Adams! The place is small, and it has a Greek heritage atmosphere. I ordered a small pie of margherita with olives. Dough has crunchy borders really delicious, as well as tomatoes sauce and cheese! Loved it. read more
